This paper proposes the method to develop domain ontology's DB, based on the ontology's DB, utilizes ontology's to annotate unstructured information and translate unstructured information into structured information, so that facilitates the retrieval of unstructured information. The experiment results show that rule-based retrieval has better recall and shorter retrieval time than fact-based retrieval and relationship -based retrieval.

The mathematical model of salient pole synchronous motor has been given. The principle of three-level direct torque control of salient pole synchronous motor is analysed. The synthesis method principle of virtual synthesis phase has been given in detail. Some simulation waveforms which based on the virtual synthesis method of three-level direct torque control of salient pole synchronous motor have been given. The simulation results show that the program has some advantages, such as low torque ripple and fast response. So it has some actual value.

An improved neural network based on L-M (Levenberg-Marquard) algorithm neural network has been applied to the model for the analysis of factors on Hypertension. It can remedy the shortcoming of the slow convergence rate of traditional BP algorithm neural network. This model can determine which factors are the main reasons for high blood pressure. We have adopted the lattice fuzzy close-degree assessment and expert scoring method which quantified the various data of the factors on high blood pressure. We used the matlab to program and simulate. The results showed that: the improved BP neural network, can determine the main factors which causing the high blood pressure correctly, the error between the Predictive value and the actual value is very small. it reached the desired goal.

The training of E-commerce talents is inseparable from a scientific and systematic training platform. At present, there are hundreds of E-commerce training platforms with different features available in the market; however, we put forward a multi-level comprehensive assessment system based on the theory of fuzzy, characterized in scientificity, accuracy, comprehensiveness and objectivity, enabling the provision of the support to the teaching institutions in the selection of platforms. In the paper, we design the evaluation index system based on the practical needs of E-commerce teaching, establish multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model and verify the model effect by experiments.

The focus of the present work is on introducing the computer and network based teaching approach to electrical engineering curriculums. These techniques not only help to expand the teaching contents and improve the learning effects, but also can cultivate the self-learning of the students and construct the interactive learning environments. The education experiences of computer simulation of adjustable speed AC drive system curriculum, the web based system simulation platform for automatic control curriculum and FTP site based microcontroller course design were presented and analyzed as examples. The practice results provide an overview of the teaching approach. It is expected that this approach can be helpful to the education study and reform on the engineering curriculums of higher education level.

Diffusion tensor-MRI (DTI) White matter fiber tracking traces white matter fibber bundle and its image according to the diffusion of water molecular in the white matter. This paper uses structure information of fiber bundle and DTI information in current voxel to estimate the probability density function of the tracking direction to the next voxel. This algorithm is under the framework of Bayesian decision and uses weighted sampling to get the tracking result. Stochastic three dimension image of topologic and spatial information of white matter fiber bundle was demonstrated through multiply tracking and was applicant in real DTI data.
