: Information technology has enriched the teaching methods of higher education and has been widely applied. This paper adopts research methods of literature review and logical analysis to systematically analyze the many drawbacks of traditional teaching methods in badminton teaching in universities. Combined with the rapid development of information technology, it lists various advantages of video feedback teaching, MOOC teaching, WeChat teaching, "online+offline integration" teaching mode, and flipped classroom teaching, providing a theoretical basis for the innovation of badminton teaching mode. Research suggests that information technology has brought significant changes to badminton teaching, promoted innovation in badminton teaching methods, and promoted the development of badminton sports.

: At present, competitive sports is the core of national sports competitiveness and the key to the development of national sports. As an important event of the Olympic Games, wrestling is gradually attracting the attention of gold medal competitions in various countries. This article aims to study the application of functional training methods in wrestling training. Based on the analysis of the principles of functional training, the evaluation methods and training methods commonly used in functional training, 20 male wrestlers from a sports college are the research objects. Divide them into experimental group and control group, observe the difference of wrestling training effect between the two groups of athletes under different training methods. Experimental results show that functional training can improve the balance ability of wrestlers.

: Based on the research that EMS training system simulates the brain signal of human body and directly transmits the motion signal to the muscle to make the muscle contract strongly, this study makes a horizontal analysis and comparison of normal athletes, rehabilitation people, obese people, white-collar workers and other people, and makes a quantitative analysis. EMS training system is more efficient and effective than traditional training methods The advantage of convenience is to find a method to stimulate muscles through fast, effective and safe means, and find scientific and efficient training and rehabilitation methods for relevant people, which represents the future development direction of training and rehabilitation.

: This paper focuses on the special physical characteristics of curlers and their training methods. Through the analysis of the physical fitness tests and training methods of curlers, it is found that the special physical characteristics of curlers mainly include strength, endurance, coordination and balance. In terms of training methods, this paper introduces specific training methods for these special physical characteristics, including strength training, aerobic training, sensitivity training, and balance training. The results of this study can help guide the training of curlers and improve their competitive level.

: Objective: to explore the main reasons for the slow development of university baseball on the Chinese mainland. METHODS: A search of domestic and international literature on university baseball was conducted between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2021 using the CNKI full-text journal database, Web of Science and Baidu Academic, respectively. RESULTS: The main reasons include insufficient capital investment, lack of effective athletes and coaches training mode, lack of cultural identity and supportive policy. CONCLUSION: There is great potential on the Chinese mainland, and there are also many development obstacles. The development of university baseball requires more investment and concentration.

: With the increasing improvement of people's living standards, obesity has become a chronic disease all over the world, which can make people's physical shape and various physical indicators abnormal, resulting in a variety of complications, posing a threat to people's lives. Osteoporosis (OP) is one of the complications caused by Osteoporosis, which is mainly characterized by decreased bone density and easy to fracture. Obese people with OP have a higher probability of fracture than normal people. Once fracture occurs, they will lose their ability to exercise and may even threaten their lives. Exercise is one of the measures against obesity. High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been widely used in the field of weight loss, and the right amount of exercise can prevent OP. In this paper, a large number of literature was reviewed to find out the possible mechanism of HIIT in preventing and treating OP in obese people, so as to reduce the probability of obesity and obese people suffering from OP. relationship. Studies have found that increased fat mass and body fat percentage are positively correlated with bone mineral density, obesity can increase bone mineral density, and higher bone mineral density can reduce the occurrence of OP [12]. Another study found that obesity was highly correlated with OP, and the increase of abdominal fat was negatively correlated with bone mineral density. The more abdominal fat accumulated, the greater the impact on bone mineral density, and the corresponding increase in the prevalence of OP. AbDOMinal fat is composed of visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT). Studies have shown that VAT has a negative effect on OP, while SAT and OP have a positive effect [11] . Vat can secrete a large amount of Leptin (LEP). Other studies have found that LEP receptors exist on the surface of osteoblast (OB) and chondrocytes, and LEP can reduce differentiation of osteoclast (OC) and accelerate OB division, mineralization of bone minerals, and accelerate collagen synthesis [13] . LEP in the human body is positively correlated with body mass and fat content. Compared with normal body weight, serum LEP level of obese patients is significantly higher. ObESE individuals secrete more LEP due to fat, which has a protective effect on OP. However, obese people have LEP resistance, so LEP cannot play its due role [14] , the mechanism may be that LEP passes through the blood-brain barrier. It enters the skull and activates the OB-Rb receptor in the hypothalamus, so that the hypothalamus is stimulated to secrete inhibitory OB factor [15] . VAT can also cause inflammation and promote the secretion of inflammatory cytokines. Inflammation plays a key role in OP. Inflammatory cytokines produced by fat cells link obesity its metabolism-producing diseases, Tumor necrosis factor- α (TN F- α) , interleukin (interleukin) and TNF- α the main inflammatory cytokines . IL- , IL-6, transforming growth

: The 21st century is a new era of human development. In the current context of the "knowledge economy", "teachers" have become the focus of global attention. In this new era, education will take on the historical mission of revitalizing China's economy, nation, and country, with the most important being teachers. From the perspective of career development, the quality and quantity of teachers play a decisive role in the education process of a nation, and university physical education teachers are an indispensable part of higher education. The improvement of their personal abilities and the enrichment of their professional knowledge will hinder the development of university physical education. Therefore, the cultivation of university physical education teachers is also receiving increasing attention.
