This research discusses efforts to revitalize Chinatown in Siak Sri Indrapura after the fire that occurred on February 17 2018 coincided with Chinese New Year celebrations. In this fire tragedy, 54 houses burned down with losses estimated at 15 billion. Until now, efforts to revitalize a number of burned buildings have not yet been implemented. Due to the slow pace of revitalization efforts, quite a few Chinese people affected by the fire chose to build new business premises and residences. This will of course have a big impact on the development of socio-economic life as well as an impact on the tourism sector which is being worked on by the Siak Sri Indrapura Regency government. The aim of this research is to answer questions related to the revitalization of Chinatown in Siak Sri Indrapura which has never been completed. In this case the author uses a historical research method which consists of four stages consisting of Heuristics, Interpretation, Source Criticism, Historiography. The results of this research show that the delay in Chinatown revitalization in Siak Sri Indrapura is caused by various interrelated factors, some of which are limited financial resources, stakeholder disagreements, severe building damage, permits and regulations, community involvement, changes in priorities, political uncertainty. and economics, planning and management deficiencies, and technical and architectural difficulties.

The Future Package (PMD) is an integrated program of the Sharia National Pension Savings Bank provided to a group of women in rural areas who wish to start businesses and have dreams of transforming their lives but do not have access to banking services. Currently, there is a trend among financial institutions, both banks and cooperatives, in mitigating financing risks through the Joint Liability System. From this background, questions arise: (1) How is the joint liability system practiced in the Future Package (PMD) product at BTPN Sharia Pekalongan? (2) What is the Islamic legal perspective on the joint liability system with kafalah contract in the Future Package (PMD) product at BTPN Sharia Pekalongan? This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach aimed at systematically describing the research focus, which includes the joint liability system, where the researcher describes the joint liability system and evaluates it from an Islamic legal perspective. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The researcher analyzes the data using theories and legal foundations related to joint liability with a kafalah contract, resulting in findings on the mechanism and Islamic legal review of the joint liability system with a kafalah contract in the Future Package (PMD) product at BTPN Sharia Pekalongan. The research findings indicate that the implementation of joint liability in the Future Package (PMD) product at BTPN Sharia Pekalongan is temporary but can become permanent if group members under joint liability run away. The joint liability contract in financing the Future Package (PMD) does not fully comply with Islamic principles, particularly concerning the insurance object, as it is often used for consumable goods instead of business purposes.

Social interaction is something that teenagers need. Driven by high curiosity, this often leads to negative impacts such as drug abuse. One of the cases occurred in Nagari Paninjauan, a teenager finally fell into legal custody to go through the rehabilitation process. Even though they have been responsible for their actions, society's view of teenagers is still considered bad, causing gaps in their social interactions, so this is very interesting to research. The aim of this research is to find out the background and interactions of teenagers before they are introduced to drugs and to find out the form of their interactions after drug rehabilitation. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with an informant. Based on the results of this research, it is known that informants who initially interacted actively in society, were ultimately influenced by their friendship environment to consume and sell drugs. However, after serving a sentence and training for five years and three months, the informant still received bad views from the public. Currently, the form of interaction that teenagers have is accommodation. Existing conditions also cause teenagers to tend to be passive in interacting with society. Thus, researchers suggest to informants to open themselves up and try to develop their potential so that society's view of them changes.

The scale used in this research is the Likert scale. The results of the validity test of the previously used questionnaire were 33 items, then after the validity test there were 30 valid items and 3 invalid items. Behavioral independence is a child's attitude or actions in determining and making decisions based on their own desires without depending on other people. However, what happens in the field is that students still do not have the confidence to make decisions regarding their education. One factor that causes this is birth order. This means that in the family parents give children the opportunity, trust and freedom to act based on the child's position or birth order. The aim of this research is to describe the behavior of the eldest and youngest children of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Beremas students and see whether or not there are differences in the behavior of the eldest and youngest children. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive-comparative analysis approach. The population in this study was 170 students and the sample was 119 students who were the oldest and youngest students. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The instrument used is a behavioral independence questionnaire with an interval scale. The research results obtained were that the oldest and youngest children had an average of behavioral independence in the high category with an average result of 51 and 53. Meanwhile, the results of the t test analysis showed that there was a difference in behavioral independence between the eldest and youngest children with a significance of 0.015 with the mean behavioral independence of the eldest child of 101.56 and the mean behavioral independence of the youngest child of 105.17. So it can be concluded that the youngest child is more independent than the eldest child.

People spend a significant amount of their time constantly checking their social media and online market accounts. Individuals who always feel afraid of missing out demonstrate a tendency toward FoMO. However, the desire to belong to a group or purchase a product leads individuals to act consumeristically. This study aims to investigate the impact of Fear of Missing Out on compulsive buying behavior among female university students who purchase discounted items using the Shopee application. The population consists of female students at the State University of Padang. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 165 individuals. The study utilized the Fear of Missing Out scale (ONFoMO), which was modified from Kurniawan and Utami's work (2022), alongside the Consumptive Behavior scale based on Sumartono's indicators (2002). The simple linear regression analysis revealed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.779 with a significant value of .000 (p<0.05) and an influence of 60.7%. Thus, a significant positive influence of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) on consumer behavior among female college students buying discounted products was observed. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the higher the level of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), the higher the likelihood of consumer behavior among female college students buying discounted products, and vice versa.

The problem of inheritance is a discussion that has been discussed clearly and in detail in the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah on how to resolve it. However, along with developments over time, there are bound to be problems that arise in resolving inheritance issues among society. Not only in this day and age, even during the time of the Prophet SAW there were often disputes between his heirs. This thesis discusses the Position of Girls in Inheritance According to the Compilation of Islamic Law and Toba Batak Culture, where the Toba Batak Culture says that girls are not heirs. The method used is empirical juridical, which uses empirical facts that examine applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in society. The nature of the research used is descriptive, where research only describes the situation of facts or incident. Based on the research results, the application of Islamic inheritance law in the Toba Batak Community in Pangaribuan sub-district, North Tapanuli district has not used Islamic law as its inheritance law, but still uses customary law. Toba Batak heirs in Pangaribuan sub-district, North Tapanuli regency usually hold deliberations to resolve this either only with their families or with traditional elders.
