Based on the theory of charged particles in the electrostatic field and the particle collision theory, the simulation of a small deflection energy analyzer is carried out by using the multi physical field simulation software COMSOL to detect thermospheric atmosphere. The highest working pressure of the energy analyzer is simulated and calculated, and the ion trajectories and energy resolution of the ions under different ion energies are calculated. The influence of different ion beam incidence angles on the energy resolution of the analyzer is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the particle collisions can be ignored under the pressure below 10-2 Pa. Moreover, reducing the size of the ion beam outlet slit is helpful to improve the energy resolution of the analyzer. The simulation results can provide theoretical support for the development of thermospheric sounding apparatusr.

Due to the defects in the producing procedure, series storage battery inevitably presents inconsistency. When being charged, high voltage battery of battery pack is easy to be overcharged; when being discharged, low voltage battery of battery pack is easy to be excessively operated. As the charge-discharge cycle of storage battery pack continuously increases, the inconsistency is also increased, which would greatly shorten the battery lifetime. In this work, a novel battery equalization circuit was realized to dynamically adjust the battery energy. This circuit could significantly reduce the inconsistency of a battery pack.

On the background of Lunar unmanned sampling and Mars exploration, the working modes are getting bigger in numbers and classes, and the functions needed to support are also becoming more. Such as the docking mechanisms in the process of Rendezvous and Docking, antenna or camera pointing parts used in Lunar or Mars observation, thermal control caused by space temperature alternation, SSPA or TWTA operations for the communication between earth and lunar. It has been proved that the operating characteristics for electromagnetic and mechanical moving parts show different kinds of figures in data value sets. Base on this, using multi-classsification and distance computation, the result of quantitative distance calculation of different data sets got in different life period for the same working mode, can be used as the proof to demonstrate the health status for a specific mode.

In recent years, the phenomenon of fake examinees taking the test is becoming more and more common. The traditional method of examination authentication is to examine the identity card and the admission ticket of the examinee. Now, more and more researchers applied biometrics to identity authentication. In this paper, we propose a scheme to generate a fake examinees preventing admission ticket based on Quick Response Code (QR) and iris biometrics. We give the process of identity authentication when examinees use the admission ticket designed by our scheme. Our scheme improves the accuracy of authentication. Besides, we embed examinee's photo into the QR code, which improves the usage of the admission ticket page. Moreover, the examinees themselves hold their own iris information, thus there is no database to store examinees' iris information in the examinee authentication system which effectively prevents internal personnel from leaking and external personnel from attacking the database for the threat of iris biological information leakage.

A flexible assembly architecture for the middleware plug-in is presented. To support the automatic assembly and information interaction among test information resources, the middleware plug-in is divided into the object model implementation files and the plug-in adapter. The object model implementation files complete the information interaction of test resources. The plug-in adapter implements the information transfer of test resources and the dynamic assembly of the object model implementation files. In order to complete the interface design of the middleware plug-in, a set of middleware plug-in port mechanism is also proposed. Experimental results show that the architecture is able to save computer memory resources and improve the middleware information transmission efficiency.

In order to improve the degree of automation for the anomaly detection of Temperature Data in Vacuum Thermal Test, based on the similarities of the Temperature Data, a kind of Similarity Metric Algorithm named DTW-SBD is carried out and the optimal ranges of parameters are obtained. The Average Accuracy Rate of this algorithm is above 0.9. Based on the preceding algorithm, an Anomaly Detection method of Temperature Data is proposed, which can accurately identify four kinds of typical abnormal modes in Vacuum Thermal Test. This method achieves the similar effect as manual detection.

In ultra-dense network (UDN), the dense deployment of small cells can effectively improve the network throughput. In order to analyze the performance of UDN system, we propose a system-level UDN simulation framework in this paper, including system architecture, channel model and site model. Unlike previous works, we give a complete simulation flow. The path loss model shows that Line-of-Sight (LOS) propagation probability is bigger than LTE. A modified Poisson point process (PPP) model is proposed to simulate a dynamic base-station deployment process which approximates the realistic scenario. In addition, considering the utilization rate of small cells (SCs) and the proportion of SCs users, we analyze the density of SCs with different association strategies. Based on the proposed framework, simulation results show that if the density of SCs is less than a threshold, we can obtain a linear gain of system throughput while keeping the average throughput increasing.

This paper presents a 10-GS/s sample and hold system, which is designed for a 16-way time-interleaved analog to digital converter (ADC). The sample and hold system is composed of three stage circuits. The multi-stage structure could make the sampling rate of 10GS/s down to the rate of sub-ADCs (625MS/s). To extend the bandwidth of the stage-1, a differential source-degenerated common-source amplifier with peaking inductance is adopted as an input buffer. A switched source follower samples the differential input signal at 10GHz. Moreover, the stage-2 is based on a wideband fully differential source-follower configuration. With the calibration technique, the source follower could eliminate the channel length modulation and the body effect. Therefore, the linearity of the proposed source follower is superior to the conventional ones.
