Vulva hygiene is important to prevent pathological vaginal discharge. Adolescent girls are susceptible to such discharge due to insufficient awareness of proper hygiene practices. A preliminary study identified instances of improper wiping techniques and failure to adequately dry the vulva before donning underwear among students. Moreover, some students reported experiencing genital itching. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between knowledge and behavior of vulva hygiene with pathological vaginal discharge This study employed a correlational cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 52 female students at Al-Hasani Islamic Boarding School, selected through total sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires. Statistical analysis utilized Kendall's Tau correlation test. This research has passed an ethical review with letter number 1450/UN22.9/PG/2024 which considers research ethics in the form of informed consent, anonymity, privacy, confidentiality, justice, and beneficience. The results are 65.4% of respondents had good knowledge of vulva hygiene, 53.8% exhibited good vulva hygiene behavior, and 50% experienced pathological leucorrhea. Correlation analysis revealed no significant correlation between knowledge (ρ value = 0.087) or behavior (ρ value = 0.582) of vulva hygiene and pathological leucorrhea incidence. Further research is needed regarding factors associated with the occurrence of pathological vaginal discharge.

Back rolling massage is a massage performed on postpartum mothers to stimulate breastfeeding. Expenditure of breast milk will be smooth if the excess milk production marked by breast milk will drip and will radiate profusely when the baby suction (Purwanti, 2010). The government hopes that breastfeeding sufficiency in babies can reduce the number of shunting, which prevention was being promoted starting in 2018.The research objective was the effect of back rolling massage on breastfeeding in postpartum mothers in Zaitun 3 Al Ihsan Hospital. This research method used a quantitative research design, using the Quasi Experiment method, the research design used pre-test and post-test with control group design. The population in this research were postpartum patients in Zaitun III Room at Al-Ihsan Hospital were hospitalized for August to October 2019 totaled 238 people. The sample in this research amounted to 15 people. The sampling technique in this research used nonprobability sampling, namely accidental sampling. Prior to the rolling back massage, most of the 11 respondents (73.3%) had sufficient milk expenditure and a small proportion of 4 respondents had insufficient breastfeeding (26.7%). Results, After being given a rolling massage, most of the 12 respondents (80.0%) had smooth breastfeeding, a small proportion, namely 3 respondents (20.0%) had sufficient milk expenditure. Conclusions, There are differences before and after being given rolling massage back then it is stated that H0 is accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence rolling massage back on breastfeeding for post-partum mothers in the Zaitun III Hospital Al-Ihsan West Java Province. The government's efforts in reducing maternal and infant mortality by utilizing technological advances to allow users to communicate more quickly, effectively, and efficiently, Tasikmalaya Regency launched an Effective Referral Information System program to Save Mothers and Families called SI RESIK. But in fact, maternal emergency cases are still late to be handled, the cause is incomplete data during making referrals. Incomplete data will affect the potential fatality and access to advanced health facilities (FKTL). The purpose is to provide information related to the data in SIRESIK to describe the emergency referral situation in Tasikmalaya Regency which can be followed up for improvement of emergency case referral services to reduce maternal and infant mortality. Quantitative description research methods with quantitative data collected through SI RESIK call centers from January-December 2019 include varibel referral cases, referral hospitals, blood types, time response, funds guarantee. The data was analyzed using frequency distribution. The results of the most referral cases of maternity mothers (59.39%), the most referral hospitals SMC Hospital (64.18%), blood type unknown (62.87%), and response time 5-10 minutes (78.18%), guaranteed funds recipients (42.18%). Many emergency cases were not handled quickly because they have to complete the data to meet the requirements for case referral to advanced facilities.
