Hardware TOTP tokens with time synchronization 具有时间同步的硬件TOTP令牌

Although many users nowadays prefer to use mobile applications for TOTP, there are still use cases for separate/isolated standalone hardware TOTP devices. For various technical restrictions, such as the accuracy limits of oscillators used in realtime clock chips, classic TOTP hardware tokens have a natural tendency to introduce time-drift after some period. This paper describes an innovative product allowing to overcome this disadvantage by introducing a new category of programmable TOTP hardware tokens allowing adjusting the system hardware clock.

E-Education as a New Education Paradigm: Case of Azerbaijan 电子教育作为一种新的教育范式:以阿塞拜疆为例

The article is devoted to the consideration of the issues and trends in the use of e-education among the Azerbaijani higher educational institutions (HEI) and presents a systematic analysis of the already established and gradually emerging advantages and disadvantages of this learning form. It discusses the main quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the e-education market and provides the main reasons that stimulate its development in the higher education system, as well as the factors, which delayed its implementation. The authors conclude that Azerbaijan lacks experience of system regulation in e-education industry on the format of legislative initiatives.

FPGA Based Step Motor Control For Solar Panels 基于FPGA的太阳能板步进电机控制

This work demonstrates the application and operation principle of a stepper motor to enable the rotation of solar panels using an FPGA-based Basys3 circuit board coded with the Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL). Step motors are used for the solar panels to follow the sun both vertically (Elevation) and horizontally (Azimuth). The calculation actualized on FPGA permits a considerable abatement of the equal preparing time created by various speed controllers. Speed control of the system was made using VHDL code, Register Transfer Level (RTL) digital hardware structure was created with this code block. To obtain delayed pulse duration applied to the motor, the 50 MHz oscillator frequency provided by the Basys-3 card is divided into lower frequencies ranging from 2 to 10 ms [1] [2]. In this case, the angle of rotation, direction and speed of the motor changes according to the position of the sun. The biggest advantage of using FPGAs instead of a discrete digital component (micro-controllers with active components) in such applications is that they are made very fast and coarse changes during design and that the whole design is achieved as a single buried system. The total programmable hardware structure (utilization of FPGA capacity) used for this project is almost 5% of the total source. All framework takes a shot at an inserted framework without a PC interface.

Impact of Feature Selection Methods on the Perfromance of Credit Risk Classification Algorithms 特征选择方法对信用风险分类算法性能的影响

This paper presents ensembling of filter features selection algorithms for classification problem in the context of assessment of risk of credit for a financial institution. Feature selection is one of the most important aspect of data mining, and machine learning algorithm. The main objective of feature selection is reduction in computing resources, reduction in future data collection cost, reducing complexities of the model, avoiding overfitting, and increasing the performance of machine learning algorithms. In this paper the set of available variables are firstly reduced using filter feature selection methods such as chi- square, gain ratio, information gain, relief F, and symmetric uncertainly. In addition, ensemble feature selection of the input variables based on these individual methods is also used. The impact of feature selection is measured by fitting seven classification algorithms, i.e., Random Forest, C4.5, PART, C5.0, Bagging, Boosting, and SVM Linear. The performance of the models is compared by calculating parameters such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive values, negatively predictive values, and AUC. The data used is German bank data of 1000 records and 20 features and one target variable

Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy System based Color Closeness Evaluation 基于自适应神经模糊系统的色彩贴近度评价

The selection of the proper features and criteria play important role in color processing, segmentation, and recognition systems. The known methods of the color classification mostly rely on empirically defined formulas which do not satisfy all application areas due to the subjective nature of the human vision. This paper suggests a color closeness evaluation system that based on Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS). The suggested approach allows to specifically gauge the closeness according to the application area or the particular expert. The feasibility of the method is tested on graphical images selected from BSCS500 database.

Algorithm Diagnosis of Anemia on the basis of the Method of the Synthesis of the Decisive Rules 基于决策规则综合法的贫血诊断算法

Anemia is a common pathology among diseases of the hematopoietic organs. In the framework of this study, a system of support for medical decision-making in determining the morphological classification of anemia based on computational algorithms for diagnosing clinical and hematological symptoms is proposed. The article presents a functional model for diagnosing clinical and hematological symptoms, describing the exact specification of all operations and actions carried out in the process of diagnosis, as well as the nature of the relationships between them A computational algorithm for the morphological classification of clinical and hematological symptoms is proposed, which makes it possible to quantitatively characterize their belonging to various types of anemia. The architecture of the decision support system for diagnosing clinical and hematological symptoms is proposed, as well as the software implementation of the medical diagnostic system is presented.

Adaptive Log-Files Transmission Subsystem in Distributed Robot Network 分布式机器人网络中的自适应日志文件传输子系统

In many spheres of human activities, such as manufacture and warehouse automation or public transport systems, people's life and health rely on distributed robot networks. To provide these systems reliability in single-node failure situation, log-data replication task should be solved in environment with limited resources and unstable links. This paper describes possible approach to network traffic minimization by adaptive choice of data replication nodes. This approach is based on nodes reliability information and real-time inter-node connection parameters.

The Hybrid Deep Learning GMDH-neo-fuzzy Neural Network and Its Applications 混合深度学习gmdh -neo-模糊神经网络及其应用

The hybrid deep learning GMDH- neo-fuzzy network was suggested and investigated. The application of GMDH based on self-organization enables to build optimal structure of neo-fuzzy system and train weights of neural network in one procedure. As a node of hybrid neo-fuzzy system neo-fuzzy network with small number of adjustable parameters is suggested. This enables to cut training time and accelerate convergence of training. The experimental studies of GMDH-neo-fuzzy network were carried out in the task of forecasting in macro-economy and financial sphere. The forecasting efficiency of the suggested hybrid neo-fuzzy network was estimated and its sensitivity to variation of tuning parameters was investigated. The suggested approach allows to prevent the drawbacks of deep learning such as vanishing or exploding gradient.
提出并研究了混合深度学习GMDH- neo-fuzzy网络。基于自组织的GMDH的应用可以在一个过程中建立新模糊系统的最优结构和训练神经网络的权值。作为混合新模糊系统的一个节点,提出了具有少量可调参数的新模糊网络。这样可以缩短培训时间,加快培训的收敛速度。在宏观经济和金融领域的预测任务中,对gmdh -新模糊网络进行了实验研究。估计了所提出的混合新模糊网络的预测效率,并研究了其对整定参数变化的敏感性。建议的方法可以防止深度学习的缺点,例如梯度消失或爆炸。
