The article presents a brief descriptive analysis of the pedagogical accompaniment and its incidence in the school performance of children in rural communities of several provinces of Ecuador.The objective of this study is to assess how the pedagogical accompaniment carried out to seventh grade students of Basic General Education in the subjects of Language and Literature and Mathematics, have allowed to improve the academic performance through an extracurricular process of feedback and academic support. To this end, surveys were applied to parents and documentary analysis of the pedagogical intervention reports executed; the results provide evidence of positive and statistically significant impacts. Academic support and the role of parents are key factors in the comprehensive education of children.

the main objective of this study was to observe the impact on the quality of working life, in the case of officials of the Administrative Directorate of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Municipality of Ambato. Methodologically, an analysis was carried out that corresponds to a non-experimental design, with a quantitative and cross-sectional descriptive approach, to extend the results obtained from it with the use of the ISTAS 21 (CoPsoQ) method for the prevention of psychosocial risks, for the positions or positions of the administrative direction. It was concluded that in relation to the quality of working life, positions that present psychosocial risks in a large percentage are those with the lowest quality of working life, both in objective and subjective conditions, that is, work environment, work environment, functions, regulations, procedures, regulations, work organization, schedules, salaries, work days, development opportunities, job security, job content, as well as individual and collective experiences and perceptions. The quality of working life is a key factor in the personal, social and work of employees, the various factors of work directly affect the quality of life at work, such as supervision, working conditions, remuneration, benefits and the characteristics of the position, because it affects the organizational, environmental and behavioral aspects, considering the efficiency, capacity, availability of the workers and their social expectations.

This article discusses the importance of sexual education, revealing statistical data about the early sexual life of adolescent adolescents, the objective is to analyze the causes that motivate unwanted pregnancy, scientifically substantiating the context, content and areas of sexual education. The bibliographic, field and descriptive research was used as a methodology, surveying 76 students of the first year of the baccalaureate level of the Blanca Martinez de Tinajero Educational Unit, which allowed to know the opinions and attitudes of the subject. The causes of unwanted pregnancies are poor sexual education. Students consider their parents to be the ones who must give information. Educational institutions should pro-pose an integrative model, encompassing the understanding of psychological, emotional, physical and mental aspects, focusing on the exercise of sexuality from the point of view of rights, gender, personal development.

The TIC in recent years, have been developed as a key factor in the relationship of university students, channeling the interaction of these young people with the public sphere and their social and affective environments. Within this process, the use stimulus promoted by educational institutions, which tend to incorporate these technological platforms, is of special relevance, either as resources to support the teaching and learning processes, or as spaces for dissemination and social participation. With this study, we present a comparative work between the communication habits of university students in two urban environments: Bogota (Colombia) and Guaranda, capital of the province of Bolivar (Ecuador). The results coincide with those obtained by other authors, when observing an irregular implementation of ICTs, while the availability of connections and access devices are not enough to promote a deepening of young people’s communication habits; review other aspects, such as degrees of technological appropriation of teachers or the adequacy of processes within universities, among others.

The objective of this research is to analyze the feasibility to invest a marketing plant of babaco’s marmalade, an investment project. To reach, a survey was made to 338 jam retail centers. The results showed that 70% of them are willing to buy the babaco jam, due to the lack of diversity of flavors. In addition, a technical study proved the parish of San Jose de Poalo is the suitable place for the production plant. It estimated an initial investment of $ 380.617.50. The results indicate an internal rate of return of 36% higher than the minimum acceptable rate of return of 9.79%, the net present value is more than zero and the cost benefit ratio reveals a benefit of 0.65 dollars for each dollar invested It means the project is accepted, feasible and profitable.

This document proposes a general point of view of the shared value principle from a sustainable worldview through a hermeneutic and reflective analysis towards the consolidation of valuable arguments that reflect in the future the way forward for decision making in the strategic agenda of the companies because today it is common to observe that the organizations of the world are more concerned about their financial returns, than for the moderate use of resources and respect for the environment. Based on the theoretical and epistemological bases of the theory of shared value creation oriented to business management, a new construct is developed: sustainable shared value, which incorporates the sustainable dimension as an object of research, in order to understand the systemic and interdisciplinary relationship of the theories; it also highlights the need to adopt new paradigms that generate current and intergenerational impact results.
