Xylanase (E.C 3.2.1.8) is a widespread group of enzyme which can catalyze the endohydrolysis of 1,4-beta-D-xylosidic linkages in xylan. Xylanse has a wide application in industrial processes. In this study, the total RNA was isolated, the mature xylanase gene was obtained from Aspergillus niger C3486 by RT-PCR. To achieve secretive expression, pET32a (+) was used as expression vector, and the cloned gene was expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3). After induction by IPTG, a large quantity of xylanase was produced with xylanase activity. With the analysis of bioinformatics, this xylanase contains a preceding peptide. Moreover, it has a typical conserve domain of xylanase. Perdicted by web site on line, the xylanase is globulin, and its super structure contains many beta sheets.

IEEE 802.11 based wireless local area network have been rapidly growth and deployment in the recent years. Critical to the 802.11 MAC operations, is the handoff process which occurs when a mobile node moves its association from one access point to another. In this paper, we firstly present the formal description of handoff process, based on finite state machine. And then, we extend the semantic of PROMELA, the accepted model of well-known model checker—SPIN, to make it applicable for the description of broadcast communication and timer characteristic in the handoff process. Finally, we carry out the formal verification for the Linear Temporal Logic properties of handoff process using SPIN.

The intelligent technique is becoming the most important and powerful aided tool to manage the infrastructure information and reduce the urban natural hazards. This paper presents the development in building the smart digital China programs and the application of the digital technique to mitigate natural hazard in Chinese cities. The digital techniques in this paper mean the "3S" technique, which is geographical information system (GIS), globe positioning system (GPS) and remote sensing (RS). As one of the powerful and the most popular tools, 3S is applied to these systems for infrastructure information management and natural hazard reduction. So far, most of Chinese cities have built their own intelligent digital natural hazard systems, which are mainly built based on 3S. Some details techniques in the procedure of building the digital system, including the integration methods, data transferring and data communication among 3S systems, are discussed. The principle, design criteria, structure and functions of these systems are also described in this paper. As an illustration, several successful cases are illustrated.

Soil and Terrain Digital Database (SOTER) recognizes the regional land according to terrain, rock, and soil providing a comprehensive framework for the data storage and retrieval. Currently SOTER has been authorized and become one of hotspots in the studies of soil and sustainable use of land. Combining SOTER and LUCC, taking SOTER units as the frame of LUCC information, constructing SOTER-LUCC database will provide more abundant and reliable data sources and can be used for a wide range of applications at different scales. Backed by the technology of “3S”, the study builds the SOTER-LUCC database in a moderate scale in Fujian province which has been applied in the assessment of the relative sensitivity of ecosystem to acid deposition and the suitable sites selection for Euphoria Longan in Fujian province and turned out to be feasible.

With the rapid development of World Wide Web, text categorization has played an important role in organizing and processing large amount of text data. TF•IDF is a simple and quick term weighting method, and widely used in text categorization. But the drawback of TF•IDF is large weight may be assigned to rarely appeared terms in despite of the posterior distribution. This paper presents a redundancy based term weighting method to solve this problem by taking posterior probability distribution into consideration. Experiments on Reuters-21578 and Chinese corpus provide by Computer and Information Technology Data Center of Fudan University show that this weighting method has better performance over TF•IDF.

This paper attempts to set up multivariate linear regression analysis (MLRA) model and 3-layers BP artificial neural network (ANN) mode on river networks and do some comparative researches about them. The applications to the watershed of Tarim indicate that the river flow processes which are simulated separately by two models are satisfactory. They can be the foundation for water resource allocation and scheduling. Above all, through analyzing the structures and forecast precisions of these models, artificial neural network model is better as compared with multivariate linear regression analysis model. In the end, this article puts forward some proposals about how to strengthen the predict abilities of river flow forecasting methods of river networks.

In Service-Oriented Computing (SOC), personalized requirements from diverse user present challenges to develop software with lower cost and high degree of satisfaction. Due to the popularity and fundamentality of Web services (WS), WS-based software is born through SOC by dynamically linking and customizing Web Services resources in the Internet to meet users’ goals. This paper proposes a goal-driven approach for customizing WS-based software to satisfy diversity of users’ requirements. More specifically, a unified and service-oriented framework for requirements metamodeling is adopted to construct well-organized and interrelated domain assets as the basis for customization; and a goal-driven customization method for WS-based software is designed to support implementation of this approach. This is followed by a case study in the urban transportation domain that demonstrates in detail the feasibility of our approach.

With the rapid development in the field of components based software engineering, there is a need for security testing of third-party components. Components possess characteristics such as strict encapsulation and binary code reuse, making components testing more difficult than traditional testing. In this paper, we introduce a new testing system based on dot net for dynamic monitoring COM components’ memory abnormity by debugging technique, metadata extraction technology and windows message mechanisms. The system can perform metadata extracting algorithm from components which are described by XML documents. Meanwhile, the approach of obtaining components parameters is discussed. The empirical results demonstrate that the system can effectively monitor and capture memory abnormity during run-time.
