Fuzzy Comparison Scheme in Biometric Template Matching 生物特征模板匹配中的模糊比较方案

The inherent variation of the same biometric makes it difficult to replace passwords directly with biometrics in a cryptographic scheme. Comparison of the true sets is a key step in biometric template matching or encryption. In FCS (short for fuzzy comparison scheme), an algorithm for biometric template matching is proposed based on fuzzy theory. The proposed method defines two fuzzy sets, measures the nearness between the two true sets, and selects an available threshold. Moreover, this method can be generalized into high dimension space and multi-set matching. Algorithm implementation and numerical example show that the fuzzy comparison scheme is effective and tolerant because of the threshold, which can make it more explicit for uncertainty.

Analysis and Modeling of the Elevator System Based on Colored Cyber Net 基于彩色网络的电梯系统分析与建模

The elevator system model based on colored net is given in. However, "Node explosion" is still unresolved Well. Since the model is so complicated that is not completly to simulate model of Elevator. Through analyzing the demand of elevator system, this paper presents a colored cyber net with a colored inhibitor arc. The elevator system model based on the colored cyber net is proposed.

Heterogeneous Knowledge-Enabled Human Resource Development Research Based on the CBR 基于CBR的异构知识驱动型人力资源开发研究

In the knowledge economy, the competition advantage organized depends on organizing through the continuous production of new knowledge and employing the ability to meet environment changed fast. The knowledge-enabled human resource development is to excavate human resources potentiality by the method and tool of information management, and create the capital value of intelligence through the optimization of the procedure of human resources development. By introducing CBR to information management and the human resources development activity, this text probes into the heterogeneity identity characteristic directed against the staff, and heterogeneity human resources development characteristic to quality ability, professional knowledge, train partiality, train history, position qualification standard, etc., and expresses the method and embodiment application to put forward the concrete case.

Heat Properties Algorithm Research and Software Development of OPGW Cable OPGW电缆热性能算法研究及软件开发

Under the concussion of short-circuit-current, the temperature of Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire(OPGW) will rise and its properties will be affected, this is the problems to be solved in practical engineering. Based on the analysis of the traditional calculation methods for the thermal effect calculation of short circuit current of OPGW, and with the integrated consideration of heat exchange, initial conditions and the skin effect, the new method called improved integration algorithm is given, and the applied software called OPGWTA was developed. Several OPGW cables in common use were calculated and analyzed by the software, the results were accord with those of experiment. Application shows that the improved integration algorithm and OPGWTA software, because of its advanced calculated method, completed consideration of factors, precision and practicality, can be conveniently used in the practical OPGW engineering and to supervise the product selection, design and construction, operation and maintenance.

Two existence results are presented on boundary value problem for discrete Hamiltonian systems with forcing terms. Methods used here is based on the Saddle Point theorem and the Least action principle. Moreover, in order to apply variational methods, a new action functional is constructed which is different from the usual action functional for periodic boundary condition.

An Effective Web Content-Based Image Retrieval Algorithm by Using SIFT Feature 一种有效的基于Web内容的SIFT特征图像检索算法

This paper provides an effective web content-based image retrieval algorithm by using SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) feature. Different from other existing text-based web image search engines, this algorithm can be applied to content-based web image search engine effectively. SIFT descriptors, which are invariant to image scaling and transformation and rotation, and partially invariant to illumination changes and affine, present the local features of an image. Therefore, feature keypoints saved as XML files can be extracted more accurately by using SIFT than by color, texture, shape and spatial relations feature. To decrease unavailable features matching, a dynamic probability function replaces the original fixed value to determine the similarity distance of ROI (Region of interest) and database from web training images. The experimental results show that this method improves the stability and precision of image retrieval.

Finite Element Analysis of KM Toolholder/Spindle Interface KM刀柄/主轴界面有限元分析

Studying on the KM4030 toolholder/spindle interface, through changing some factors such as magnitude of interference, clamping force, etc. the effects of different parameters on the performance of toolholder/spindle connection system were researched by means of the finite element method (FEM). The KM toolholder/spindle interface belongs to the highly nonlinear problem caused by interference fit and elastic coulomb friction. The distribution situation of the contact stress and elastic deformation was also given out based on the precise simulation results and the optimum magnitude of interference as well as clamping force was also recommended. It was expected the results could be used as theoretical basis and technical guide for application of KM tool shank in high speed machining (HSM).

The survey and interviews were carried out in four universities in Hunan, which may present the current application of educational technologies to foreign language teaching and learning.

A Blind Image Restoration Method Based on PSF Estimation 一种基于PSF估计的图像盲恢复方法

In order to improve the quality of the restored image, a blind image restoration method is proposed, by estimating the blur function of the imaging model. Firstly, the parameters of the Gaussian point spread function (PSF) of the observed image are estimated. Through Wiener filter image restoration algorithm, multiple error-parameter curves are generated at different parameters. According to these curves, the size and standard deviation of PSF may be estimated. Then, utilizing the estimated PSF, the blurred image is restored through Wiener filter. Experimental results show that this PSF estimation method can estimate the parameters of Gaussian PSF accurately, and justify the fact that PSF estimation plays an important part in image restoration. The PSNR of the restored image has the highest PSNR around the real PSF, and the PSNR decreases when the estimated PSF is far away from its real value.

In this paper, the author first briefly introduce XML, E-commerce information framework based on XML, XML and E-commerce relative theories, then introduce XML exact application in E-commerce, including web push, supply chain integration, XML application in MEC, in final the author puts forwards XML will widespread application potential in web publishing, E-commerce, digital libraries, data exchange, information retrieval, etc.
