NVH (noise, vibration and harshness) characteristics of modern vehicle are becoming more and more serious especially large power diesel engine. Various isolators are designed for engines as their mount systems’ isolation components. The study used two kinds of different isolator such as rubber isolator and metal-net isolator as a large power diesel engine's mount. Study and experiments were made. The static test showed that metal-net isolator has larger damping and can suppress impulse and resonance vibration effectively. The engine’s frame vibration comparison tests were also made on their control efficiency and vibration transfer rate. The signals were processed by means of MATLAB. The results indicated that the vibration transfer rate of the metal-net isolator is lower than that of the rubber isolator. The metal-net isolator has advantages over rubber isolator and can be used as diesel engine's mount component .

Although groupware and collaborative web agents have been researched during the last few years, but this combination have not been widely researched. Groupware applications would seem to have a lot of benefit by leveraging off of web service standards, one of them is support web computing to support access with web browsers. Whereas the goal of "Web Computing" has been supported group work on the web, web services support for groupware which has the goal to provide interoperability between many groupware systems. Besides that, web search tools is also supported by groupware system but the previous web search tool do not utilize previous search experiences of others to improve performance for the current user. In this paper, we present a collaborative web agent designed to enable across-user collaboration in web search and recommendation. We use our distributed collaborative filtering(CF) algorithm based on a P2P overlay network of autonomous agents.

In this paper, We evaluate the performance of Anti-collision Algorithm of RFID system. we research dynamic framed slotted algorithm (DFSA) based on EPC Gen2 protocol based on this we studied a kind of framed time slot improvement algorithm (EDFSA) this algorithm absorb the merit of dynamic framed time slot algorithm , this algorithm solve the problem. When huge number of label quantity need to be identified the system efficiency will reduced. Through the simulation experiment we compared the advantage and disadvantage of EDFSA, BFSA and DFSA three algorithm performances and then we draw the following conclusion. When identify 1000 tags time cost of EDFSA algorithms changes 85%,92% separately compare the BFSA algorithm and the DFSA algorithm ,and when identify more tags EDFSA will obtain a better performance.

For hydraulic press presenting the advantage of force and speed range, hydraulic press is widely used in metal forming process. However, conventional hydraulic press has inefficient energy due to the requirement of motor continuously running regardless of punch motion. To avoid the disadvantage, this paper presents a switched reluctance motor directly-driven hydraulic press. The hydraulic press is composed of bidirectional constant delivery pump, switched reluctance motor and a single-rod actuator etc. To maintain precision of punch motion, a self-tuning fuzzy control is designed. Experiments with load and without load are conducted on the directly driven hydraulic press. Experiment results show that the control system can improve the performance of the directly driven hydraulic press.

In this paper, a software project risk analysis model based on evidential reasoning approach is presented. The modeling process consists of four phases: specification of the model structure, assessment of evidence strength, determination of software project risks, and risk monitoring and analysis. Using the changes of strength of evidences obtained from the process of software project development, the model can continually estimate the state of risk, and identify the sources of risk. The model provides a rigorous, structured manner to incorporate relevant software project risk factors and their interrelationships when estimating software project risks.

Through the analysis of application subject of the flood control, based on the dividing and description for the flood control entity, the paper is to establish the topological relationship between the flood control entities in various river basins using the thought of data structure and the method of data elements. Adopting the database technique, facing the integration method of the flood control decision subject, separation method and control technique of the user interface and application program, to establish the elicitation method of flood control information service based on the professional knowledge, facing to the subject of flood control, the model is integrated into the experiences and knowledge about the flood control accumulated by the experts and developers in many years, which have significant realistic meaning for the flood control. The unavoidable disadvantage of OFDM—larger peak-to-average-power ratio(PAPR), which can lead to high requirement for High Power Amplifier at transmitter and receiver, low efficiency of transmission, and so on. Tone Reservation (TR) is a technique designed to combat this problem by reserving a number of carriers (tones) in the frequency domain to generate a cancellation signal in the time domain to remove high peaks. However TR can have a high associated computational cost due to the difficulties in finding an effective cancellation signal in the time domain by using only a few tones in the frequency domain. In order to increase performance of the Tone Reservation method, chaotic variable is introduced in this paper, including PRT improvement under small carrier number system and improvement of SCR algorithm under large carrier number system. The theoretical analysis as well as the MATLAB simulation result indicated that the CCDF curve of improved algorithm surpasses the CCDF curve of the original algorithm in reduction for the PAPR of OFDM system signal.

This paper describes a simulator which is used to study the motion plan of search and rescue robot on bumpy road. The simulator, written in C++, is composed of Newton physics engine system and OGRE based 3D environment. All libraries used are free and the program can be compiled cross-platforms. Virtual sensors such as camera and motor coded disc are developed. Behavior-based programming interface are developed so it is easy to realize and test complex motion plan. This simulator is also a motion virtual guide to robot. Together with the help of data post processing system, difficult climbing task can be finished easily and rapidly in teleoperating way.
