PFF-FPN: A Parallel Feature Fusion Module Based on FPN in Pedestrian Detection 基于FPN的并行特征融合模块PFF-FPN在行人检测中的应用

Feature extraction in pedestrian detection is a challenging problem due to the different sizes of pedestrians and occlusion in pedestrians. Currently, Feature Pypyramid Networks(FPN) structure is usually used in pedestrian detection networks for feature extraction but aiming at the characteristics of pedestrian detection tasks it may not be effective in extracting important layer feature information. Therefore, this paper proposes a module based on PFN structure with parallel feature fusion named PFF-FPN. PFF-FPN uses three different FPNs to extract feature and fuses the corresponding layer feature to reinforce the focused layer feature information. In pedestrian detection task PFF-FPN can be adapted to different network frameworks and it also gets a good performance.

Numerical simulation of wind field characteristics under micro-terrain 微地形下风场特征的数值模拟

Different micro-topography will have different effects on wind flow, which makes the characteristics of hilly terrain wind field and its structural wind-induced effect more complicated. This paper presented the characteristics of wind field near various special microtopography in an eastern coastal area with numerical simulation. It was demonstrated that Micro-topography has a great influence on wind field: there will be a phenomenon near the top of the mountain that wind speed increases locally and then flows back, which will be weakened by the shielding effect of the mountain in front; There will be obvious wind acceleration effect in the windward pass, on the contrary, there will be wind deceleration effect in the downwind pass; The variation law of wind speed and wind speed ratio along the slope track is similar to the Slope gradient, when the gradient changes, the wind speed will fluctuate.

Visual Odometry integrated with Self-Supervised Monocular Depth Estimation 视觉里程计与自监督单目深度估计相结合

To solve the problem of poor robustness of multiview geometric visual odometry in a dynamic environment, we propose a visual odometry method base on deep learning that combines depth estimation and geometric pose determination. First, we remove the time-consuming dense optical flow prediction network in GeoNet. We propose a method for image reconstruction at one frame interval to solve large displacement between moving objects. Second, we propose a way to find the best pixel to solve the problem of pixel occlusion in the image. Third, to further solve the uneven illumination of the image and the degradation of image quality, we propose an adaptive histogram equalization based on limited contrast to enhance the image. A large number of experimental demonstrations have been carried out on the KITTI public dataset. The experimental results show that our network reduces the time cost and complexity on the general evaluation index. It has a significant improvement compared with GeoNet and has achieved more accurate in-depth and position prediction results.

A New Bottom-up Human Pose Estimation Method by Body Center and Anchor Points 一种基于身体中心和锚点的自下而上人体姿态估计新方法

There are two stages in bottom-up human pose estimation method, joint detection and joint candidate grouping. Optimizing grouping algorithms can significantly improve the performance of pose estimation. In this paper, we introduce body center, a center point of person instance, and anchor point, a corresponding assistant position point, for the task of grouping. The anchor point is the center of joint and body center, which can help joint grouping to the corresponding person instance like an anchor. The body center and anchor point can be predicted simultaneously with the joint candidate by the same backbone. So, this new grouping method can fully exploit the features extracted by the step of joint detection. On the COCO keypoints dataset, the proposed method performs on par with the existing state-of-the-art bottom-up method in accuracy.

Study on the Performance of Microcatheter Commonly Used in Nerve Endovascular Treatment 神经血管内治疗常用微导管的性能研究

To compare the feasibility of the distal radiopaque marker, the length of the distal radiopaque marker of the microcatheter, the shaping ability and stability of the head end of the microcatheter, and provide reference for its application in endovascular therapy of cerebrovascular diseases. Seven types of commonly used microcatheter heads were used for X-ray fluoroscopy on Siemens digital flat panel angiography machine, and the fluoroscopy of the distal radiopaque marker was observed. Six samples from each brand were selected to measure the distance between the head end of the microcatheter and the distal development ring, and the difference in length was compared. Six microcatheters of each brand were selected for steam fumigation and shaping according to the instructions. Thereafter, the endovascular treatment process of intracranial aneurysms was simulated to compare their shaping ability and stability after plasticity. After fluoroscopy on the digital flat panel angiography machine, the distal markers of Echelon-14 and Prowler-14 were highly recognizable by naked eyes. In the distance detection test between the head end of each microcatheter and the distal radiopaque marker, the distance between the head end of the Presgo-14 microcatheter and the distal radiopaque marker was the shortest (0.492 mm), while the Echelon-10 microcatheter was the longest (0.866 mm). In the endovascular treatment experiment of steam fumigation shaping simulated intracranial aneurysms, Headway-17 microcatheter had the best shaping ability and stability after shaping, and Presgo series microcatheter had similar shaping retention ability to Echelon series microcatheter. All types of microcatheters have their own characteristics. Extensive understanding of the characteristics of different brands of microcatheters will facilitate their better application in nerve endovascular treatment.

Lateral control design of intelligent chassis for fire robot 消防机器人智能底盘横向控制设计

This study aims to solve the problem of lateral motion control so that the fire robot accurately tracks the desired speed and desired path, so as to realize autonomous driving of the fire robot, reduce the casualties of firefighters in firefighting, and further improve the intelligence of firefighting. According to the use scenario of the fire robot, and comprehensive consideration of lightweight and energy saving, the mechanical structure of its chassis is designed, and the sliding mode variable structure and the radial basis function (RBF) neural network are combined to design the lateral motion controller on this basis. The control expression of the controller is derived. In order to verify the robustness of the controller, this study uses the ADAMS/Simulink co-simulation system, using different driving speeds to simulate and verify the controller under a typical route. The lateral controller studied in this paper plays an important role in the path tracking of fire robot.

With the promotion of information technology, network security issues have received more and more attention. As the most unique and widely used biological feature, human face is the primary verification method that people choose. But it has also become the preferred target of criminals. Based on the research and analysis of algorithms that have performed well in recent years, this paper proposes a dual-convolution multi-scale feature extraction network that combines central differential convolution and depth separable convolution. At the same time, we also added traditional manual feature LBP to Improve the robustness of the network. The proposed network mainly for high -definition photo and video replay attacks.

Research and Application of Digital Management of Vehicles Based on The New Generation of Information Technology 基于新一代信息技术的车辆数字化管理研究与应用

The thesis thoroughly analyses the developing situation of China's automotive industry, conducts researches and innovations on such aspects as technical standards, Beidou technology, the construction of governments' and enterprises' vehicle management platforms, and vehicle management through taking the example of the vehicle digital management of china's large-scale central energy enterprises and structures applications covering vehicle asset management, operation monitoring, cost management, data analysis and integration of vehicle pile network, which can realize the digital management for over 200,000 vehicles of these enterprises, helping accelerate their development. The research and application of this case is of great reference significance and value for promoting the future development of this industry.
本文深入分析了中国汽车产业的发展现状,以中国大型中央能源企业的车辆数字化管理为例,在技术标准、北斗技术、政企车辆管理平台建设、车辆管理等方面进行了研究和创新,构建了车辆资产管理、运行监控、成本管理、车辆桩网数据分析与整合,实现企业20多万辆车辆的数字化管理,助力企业加快发展。本案例的研究与应用对促进该行业未来的发展具有重要的参考意义和价值。

In order to obtain a higher-precision “data structure” teaching quality evaluation result, according to the characteristics of the “data structure” teaching quality evaluation. A “data structure” teaching quality evaluation model based on the combination of principal component analysis and support vector machine is designed and applied to specific examples. The experimental results confirm that the established model has obtained high-precision evaluation results in the “data structure” teaching quality evaluation level, which can provide valuable information for improving the teaching quality evaluation of “data structure” and related courses.
为了获得更高精度的“数据结构”教学质量评价结果,根据“数据结构”教学质量评价的特点。设计了基于主成分分析与支持向量机相结合的“数据结构”教学质量评价模型,并应用于具体实例。实验结果证实,所建立的模型在“数据结构”教学质量评价层面获得了高精度的评价结果,可为完善“数据结构”及相关课程的教学质量评价提供有价值的信息。

The Effect of Negative Life Events on Self-transcendence Wisdom: The Moderating Role of Meaning in Life 消极生活事件对自我超越智慧的影响:生活意义的调节作用

Using life events scale, self-transcendence scale and meaning in life scale, 1019 college students were investigated to explore the relationship between self-transcendence wisdom, negative life events and meaning in life. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between negative life events and self-transcendence wisdom, and a significant negative correlation between meaning in life and wisdom. The relationship between negative life events and self-transcendence wisdom was moderated by meaning in life as a moderating variable.
采用生活事件量表、自我超越量表和生活意义量表对1019名大学生进行调查,探讨自我超越智慧、消极生活事件与生活意义的关系。结果表明:消极生活事件与自我超越智慧显著负相关,生活意义与智慧显著负相关。消极生活事件与自我超越智慧之间的关系被生活意义作为调节变量调节。
