Dinamika Kurikulum Madrasah Berbasis Pesantren Pada Abad Ke-20 (Analisis Historis Implementasi Kurikulum Madrasah) 20世纪基于伊斯兰寄宿学校课程的历史分析(对伊斯兰学校课程实施的历史分析)

Madrasa is an Islamic educational institutions that play a role in realizing national education goals. But in its history, the existence of madrassas has experienced complex dynamics and tides. This study was intended to analyze the dynamics and the development of the implementation of the madrasa curriculum, especially those based on Islamic boarding schools in the 20th century. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using the documentation method. The results showed that the curriculum dynamics of pesantren-based madrasas in their history experienced various dynamics that could be classified into three groups, namely periods of growth, periods of development, periods of strengthening of existence. The growth period starts from the birth of madrassas from the pesantren's womb and curricula that are dominated by religious knowledge and tend not to be neatly structured. The development periods are characterized by many of fluctuations and tugging on the implementation of the madrasah curriculum mainly because it is related to recognition and existence. The period of strengthening existence began when the existence of madrassas was legally recognized, especially after the issuance of three Ministerial Decrees which emphasized improving the quality of madrasah education.

A good curriculum is a curriculum that follows the development of science and technology based on society. The management of a curriculum determines success and failure in education. The School Operational Assistance (BOS) program aims to free up tuition fees for underprivileged students and provide relief for other students, so that they can get better quality basic education services until they are completed in order to complete 9 years of basic education compulsory education. Through BOS, the level of primary education students will be freed from all kinds of school operational costs. The purpose of this study was to find out the Management of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) in improving the learning process in State MTs 1 and Al-Arkom MTs Palembang. The technical analysis used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique. While the data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and observation. The results showed that the effectiveness of the management of Operational Assistance funds in the process of improving the learning process in Palembang 1 MTSN had been running effectively in accordance with the 2007 School Operational Aid published by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. As for the effective ones, namely the need for the availability of funds, facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities, human resources, planning activities or programs and the amount of funds that will be used for these activities or programs, activities to use school operational assistance funds to meet school needs, coordination between the school and the KOMITE, oversight of the use of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS), the improvement of the quality of education, the achievement of the objectives of the use of BOS funds and the achievement of the main objectives of the BOS funds program. Whereas in MTS Al-Arkom, the management of BOS funds has not been implemented effectively, namely the need for the availability of funds, facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities, human resources, planning activities or programs and the amount of funds to be used for these activities or programs. the school with the school KOMITE. Public relations, commonly called public relations, are key players in the relationship between educational institutions and the public or the public. Because he is a communication link between the two. Public relation has been spread in various agencies both the government and its parts (police, meliter, and so on), organizations, boarding schools, foundations, educational institutions and others. but whether it is already running as the public relations in management know just the name. In the discussion of the task of these public relations planning models the author uses argumentative descriptive methods. That is describing public relations planning models with reviews that can be accounted for. Supported by several studies in published journals on public relations planning model, this journal presents findings that can help in developing educational institutions hususnnya part of public relations. From this descriptive method of argumentative research, the problem encountered is that most educational institutions do not function public relations as management. public relations are only complementary and there are only important subjects. therefore the offer from this article how public relations or public relations provides an overview of how public relations are functioned and executed. As a liaison anntara within its own internal institutions and institutions with the public. public relations acts as a synergistic part, between institutions and the public both benefit or take and give. The strategics plan is a guideline for a short plan.the strategic plan isn’t as holy as the holy book till it couldn’t be changed.depend on the route record of this strategics plan,it can be evaluated.for it implementation, RKA oftenly not according to the strategic plan. even it found that RKA is more priority than the strategic plan.so it considered like useless thing and it only needed if it necessary. component of agency performance appraisal, and the proo of the documentation for evidence it’s realistic as same as planned (has a track record exist). Arranging the strategic plan of STAIN Curup process during 2015-2019 it started with mapping the activities until 2014. besides of this situation, it could be known all of the troubles and the defiances which it has influence the functions and the main assignment. more over, it needed the analysis about the influence of strategic environment which it involved. even it direct or indirect, with main assignment or a function, although it internal or external. the influence of internal strategic would be trasformated into the strength and the weakness, so the influence of external strategic will be transformating into the opportunities and the treath. By considering of this influence environment strategic change, it propose the rules of wisdom to reach the performance’s target inside arranging strategic plan of STAIN Curup 2015-2019. to clear the main assignment and it function’s way, the vision it would be formulated and described into yhe mission side.based on vision and mission, it formulated the purpose , target, priority,strategy and the wisdom’s way. The strategic plan of STAIN Curup in 2015-2019 need to analyzed for get the understanding complex has been reached. began from analyzing the strategic planning, strategic plan and strategic management, analyzing design of organization as the initial supply to plan the strategic, analyze of building the capability of natural resource and evolving structural organization, analyze the payment and suspension organization system,analyze of matching the internal process and learn process in an organization,analyze centralization and decentralization inside strategic management,analyze the strategic when control and analyzing management change and organization learners. Arranging the strategic plan of STAIN Curup process during 2015-2019 it started with mapping the activities until 2014. besides of this situation, it could be known all of the troubles and the defiances which it has influence the functions and the main assignment. more over, it needed the analysis about the influence of strategic environment which it involved. even it direct or indirect, with main assignment or a function, although it internal or external. the influence of internal strategic would be trasformated into the strength and the weakness, so the influence of external strategic will be transformating into the opportunities and the treath. By considering of this influence environment strategic change, it propose the rules of wisdom to reach the performance’s target inside arranging strategic plan of STAIN Curup 2015-2019. to clear the main assignment and it function’s way, the vision it would be formulated and described into yhe mission side.based on vision and mission, it formulated the purpose , target, priority,strategy and the wisdom’s way. Respon Masyarakat Terhadap Madrasah Takmiliyah Di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong

Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) is a non-formal education which is the solution of the lack of hours of religious study at school. The Historically, this solution is to accommodate the numerous demands of various elements of society that have been raised through; demonstrations, rallies, suggestions, and even pressure on the government. Madrasah education Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) in the history of education entirely an initiative of the Muslim community. The Unit MDT Education with a strong legal umbrella among such as;the provisions in the Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education system, Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007 on Religious Education and Religious Education, Government Regulation No. 48 of 2008 concerning education funding , as well as the Minister of Religious Affairs regulation No. 13 of 2014 concerning Islamic Religious Education. In Kabupaten Rejang Lebong MDT are 15 institutions. Where the community's response to MDT is perceived as lacking, the management of MDT management is very simple and even tends to be traditional, the holding factor of MDT is strong enough and the factor of inhibiting the low awareness of the community and the difficulty of getting the fund, and the solution for the society to address the lack of religious learning hours at the majority school of apathetic parents religious learning outcomes at school, a small part of sending their children to the MDT, and a few more parents teaching their own children at home. This research is a field research associated with various existing literatures, the aims to contribute to the public as general, STAIN Curup, and Local Government Rejang Lebong Regency.

Manajemen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran (Studi pada PAUD Negeri Pembina Curup dan PAUD Pertiwi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong)

This article aims to find comparison of PAUD management of Pembina Curup and PAUD Pertiwi Rejang lebonmg in improving the quality of learning with qualitative descriptive approach so as to obtain the following conclusion. Curriculum management, student affairs, educators and educational staff, facilities and infrastructure and PAUD financial management has been implemented by the PAUD Pembina and PAUD Pertiwi. This is seen in, First, the quality of early childhood education is the service provided in the form of Kindergarten (TK) and Play Group (KB). Second, the fulfillment of the level of child development achievement, the learning is done in accordance with the age group of learners, and also in accordance with the needs of the surrounding community and the learners themselves. Third, the fulfillment of educators and educational personnel to meet the standards, even exceed the existing standards, by providing opportunities for educators to go to college and follow the training. Fourth, existing facilities and infrastructure are now more and more, both in terms of quantity and quality as required by the existing rules. Facilities and infrastructure about safe, comfortable, bright and fulfilling children's health criteria, according to the child's developmental level, make use of the available resources and potentials already fulfilled. Fifth, in accordance with the instructions and rules on the financial implementation of PAUD. Finance management of PAUD Terpadu and PAUD Pertiwi has also been communicated with parents, learners, and the community. So there is no rejection from the public.

Management and quality of learning is very important in the effort to realize education. Effective learning quality management will be able to influence between teacher as facilitator and learner as subject in teaching learning. This research is to know the management and quality of learning Indonesian at State Junior High School 4 Rejang Lebong. In particular this study to describe: 1). How to manage learning planning in Indonesian language, 2). How to manage the implementation of Indonesian language learning, 3). How to evaluate Indonesian learning management, 4). How innovation is done in the management of learning Indonesian language. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. The quality of the study of quality management of Indonesian language learning, can be concluded to contribute to learning Indonesian language. The implication of this finding is that Indonesian teachers can understand quality management in applying learning. Keywords: Management, Quality, Learning Indonesian

Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) is a quality assurance unit that exist in every Islamic University. Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) STAIN Curup is an element of supervisor who performs non-academic field supervision functions for and on behalf of University Leaders. The scope of non-academic field supervision includes: (1) finance, (2) asset, and (3) human resources (HR). After the establishment of the internal supervisory unit (SPI) at STAIN Curup since september 2017 ago until now has not been able to perform its functions to conduct internal supervision and audit. Since the institutional or organizational structure does not have organizational structure, vision and mission, authority and responsibility and lack of internal auditor performance guidance to be conducted in the framework of evaluation of non-academic field activities including audit planning activities, testing and evaluating information, audit result notification and acts further audit results. This type of research is field research (fileld research), in this case the researcher uses descriptive qualitative research type that is analyzing and presenting the facts systematically based on the number or amount of data mendepenelitiankan in the form of data for the understood and concluded. this research is comparative descriptive research in the form of concept study. From the aspect of the objectives, this research is a study that attempted to describe the substance of the analysis of the concept of the formulation of the Design of Institution of Internal Control Unit (SPI) at STAIN Curup (an SPI design offer for effectiveness and efficient financial management, employee performance and state assets). The result of this research is: The existence of Internal Supervisory Unit at STAIN Curup is a must again after the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affair No. 25 year 2017 dated 04 August 2017 about Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) at State Religious College. The design of vision, mission, purpose, function, authority, and Structure of STAIN Curup has been formulated based on the FGD and KMA results dated 04 August 2017. Internal Auditor Performance Internal Audit Unit (SPI) STAIN Curup can be seen from four audit execution, namely: a ). Audit planning stage, b). Testing and evaluation phase of information, c). Stage of delivery of audit result, d). Follow-up phase of audit.
