Contribution Assessment and Comparison of High-Level Universities in the Four Bay Areas: An Analytic Network Process Approach 四湾区高水平大学贡献评价与比较:基于分析网络过程的方法

Higher education plays an important role in promoting regional sustainable development. Based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach, this paper builds a contribution assessment model of high-level universities in the Bay area. A major advantage of ANP is that it incorporates interdependent relationships between elements. As an application, the contributions of 89 high-level universities from the four Bay areas (i.e., New York Bay area of the United States, the San Francisco Bay area of the United States, the Tokyo Bay area of Japan and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area of China) are assessed by the ANP-based model. The results show that the New York Bay area performs the best among the four Bay areas in terms of both quality and quantity. This paper shows that the ANP approach is suitable to deal with complex decision-making problems, such as assessing the contribution of high-level universities.

Exploration and Application of the Operator STFC Based on the Operator STC 基于算子STC的算子STFC的探索与应用

The operator STC (Size-Time-Cost), as a kind of innovative thinking method in the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), conducts extreme thinking regularly from three dimensions, namely size, time and cost, so as to find a solution to the problems. In order to expand the dimension of analysis and problem solving, an operator STFC (Size-Time- Degree of freedom- Cost) is constructed in this paper based on the operator STC, and the degree of freedom (F) dimension is added to make the operator STC theory more complete. At the same time, the process and application steps of the operator STFC are given to solve problems, meanwhile the application of the operator STFC in technical and non-technical fields is discussed with examples, which provides application steps and case reference.

Too-much-of-a-good-thing? The curvilinear relation among Communication Openness, knowledge sharing intention and Enterprise Innovation Performance and moderating effect of gender Too-much-of-a-good-thing吗?沟通开放程度、知识共享意愿与企业创新绩效的曲线关系及性别的调节作用

This study explored the relationship between communication openness and corporate innovation performance by constructing intermediary effect model. Data was collected from knowledge workers working in China. The results show that communication openness respectively has an inverted U-shape effect on corporate innovation performance and on employees’ knowledge sharing intention, knowledge sharing intention plays a mediating role between communication openness and corporate innovation performance. And gender moderated the inverted U-shape relation between communication openness and knowledge sharing intention. This study rethinks the effect of communication in innovation processes and in knowledge sharing. The results also show that gender should not be treated as a control variable in the study of knowledge sharing, but should be conceptualized and contextualized.

A Dynamic Pricing Model for Imported Advent Foods Considering Freshness 考虑新鲜度的进口Advent Foods动态定价模型

To leverage the economic and social value of advent foods, for a market where strategic consumers and myopic consumers coexist, introducing a freshness function that shows changes in consumer perceived quality, considering its effect on demand and probability of purchase, a two-stage pricing model to maximize the retailer's profit was developed, and the optimal pricing and markdown time were computed with Matlab. The results show that: strategic consumers reduce retailer profits, and the smaller the proportion of strategic consumers, the earlier the retailer's markdown point; retailer profits increase as the freshness time sensitive factor decreases, the price elasticity factor decreases, and the potential market demand increases.

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Implanted Advertising Effect of Pure-Net Variety Show 纯网综艺植入广告效果的影响因素分析

When people are tired of traditional advertisements such as TV ads, print ads, the implanted advertisements appear in the major movies and media in a swift manner.The Pure-Net Variety Show has become a new carrier for them.This article uses the AIDA model to evaluate the effectiveness of the implanted advertising, and explores the effect of pure network variety on the advertising from two aspects: the stimulus of implantation and the individual differences of the audience.The empirical study shows that the four factors of implant visibility, implant context characteristics, product/brand familiarity and individual program involvement have a significant impact on the effect of implant advertising, and the implant context characteristics are different from the previous film and television implant advertising research.Under the carrier of pure network variety, it has a weak negative effect on the advertising effect rather than a positive effect.Meanwhile, I provide corresponding suggestions for pure network variety shows and advertisers to modify the placement advertisement plan.

Strategic radicality and inefficient investment of enterprises 企业的战略激进性与低效投资

Using the data of all A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2011 to 2020 as research samples, this paper analyzes the relationship between corporate strategic radicality and inefficient investment from the perspective of information asymmetry and agency problems. The results of this paper show that: Strategic aggressiveness is significantly positively correlated with inefficient investment; The more radical the strategy, the more over investment is; Moreover, a good corporate governance mechanism will reduce the positive correlation between the two. Further research finds that the economic consequence of the positive correlation between the two is to aggravate corporate risk.
本文以2011 - 2020年沪深两市所有a股上市公司数据为研究样本,从信息不对称和代理问题的角度分析了企业战略激进性与低效投资之间的关系。研究结果表明:战略侵略性与低效投资显著正相关;战略越激进,过度投资就越多;此外,良好的公司治理机制会降低二者之间的正相关关系。进一步研究发现,两者正相关的经济后果是加剧企业风险。

Research on Financial Performance Evaluation of Chinese Transportation Logistics Listed Companies 我国运输物流上市公司财务绩效评价研究

The paper mainly researches 77 listed transport logistics enterprises in China, selects 6 representative financial indicators, and uses DEA-BCC model to evaluate the financial performance of each transport logistics listed enterprise in 2019. The results show that the overall performance level of China ' s transportation logistics listed companies is not high in 2019, there are 64.3 % waste of resources, and the overall comprehensive efficiency is low. There is still room for improvement in technical level and scale efficiency. Finally, suggestions are given to improve the operational efficiency of China’ s transportation logistics enterprises from the aspects of technology investment, development scale and capital allocation.
本文主要以中国77家运输物流上市企业为研究对象,选取6项具有代表性的财务指标,运用DEA-BCC模型对各运输物流上市企业2019年的财务绩效进行评价。结果表明,2019年中国运输物流上市公司整体绩效水平不高,存在64.3%的资源浪费,整体综合效率较低。技术水平和规模效益还有待提高。最后,从技术投入、发展规模和资金配置等方面提出了提高中国运输物流企业运营效率的建议。

Construction and Empirical Test of Multiple Regression Model of Talent Demand: Take Bangladesh as an example 人才需求多元回归模型的构建与实证检验——以孟加拉国为例

Talents play a very important role in economic development. Combined with references, this paper takes Bangladesh as an example and selects GDP, the proportion of secondary industries, the proportion of tertiary industries and employment as independent variables, and higher education enrollment as dependent variables. Besides, principal component analysis is used to carry on the regression analysis, the talent demand multiple regression model is constructed, and then the talent demand is forecasted. Finally, the forecast result is compared with the actual value. The results show that the maximum error between the predicted value and the actual value of the talent demand of the multiple regression model is 1.17%, and the minimum error is 0.18%. Therefore, this model can be used to predict talent demand in other countries, and the multiple regression model is highly reliable.
