The Chinese government issued legislation that required private universities to classify and register themselves as either for-profit or non-profit. Then the vast majority of private universities choose non-profit, which makes non-profit private universities become the most important part of China's private education. However, due to excessive borrowing, lack of effective management, and other reasons, financial risks generally exist in financing, investment, capital operation, and other links. Based on the stakeholder theory, this paper constructs the stakeholders' influence system of financial Risks in non-profit universities, and uses AHP to determine the weight of each factor. With fierce competition between platforms and the change of consumer behavior, a new trend is emerging in the pattern and business model of live streaming e-commerce. Scientific and reasonable policy system is an important strategic support for its vigorous development. In this paper, the four-dimensional analysis framework of regional live streaming e-commerce support policy is established from the policy-making perspective, and the evaluation index system as well. Then, ten typical live streaming e-commerce policies as samples are selected to evaluate the effect by the text mining and entropy weight TOPSIS method, and the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis are carried out. Results show the weights differences exist between policy strength, policy tools, policy objectives, and policy synergy. Policy attribute index of policy strength has the greatest impact on policy evaluation. The more specific and clear the objective, the higher the degree of quantification, the better the policy evaluation effect. Finally, it puts forward optimization path to accelerate the live streaming e-commerce, and further research direction is explored. This paper can provide some theoretical and methodological implications during the process of policy formulation, implementation and evaluation of new business models managerial implications to facilitate its orderly and high-quality evolution as well.

The reliability of complex product is a very important quality characteristic. The type, quantity and interaction of parts are important factors for reliability improvement. This paper systematically analyzes the BOM structure of complex product and its relationship characteristics. On the basis of describing the reliability index of complex product, we introduce system endogenous variables and conduct sensitivity analysis on the influence factors to study the comprehensive influence mechanism of part types, redundant quantities and influence factors of interaction on the system reliability from series and parallel perspectives, respectively. Then, the paper proposes the reliability improvement path and modular configuration decision for the series, parallel and hybrid system. Finally, the effectiveness and application value of this method are illustrated by a case study.

Pledging equity is a faddish financing method in Chinese A-share companies. This paper focuses on the issue of accounting choices for companies' R&D expenses in the context of equity pledges by the company's controlling shareholders based on the hypothesis of the rational man. The research selected the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2020 from CSMAR and applied the method of OLS. In the study, we found that when the controlling shareholders of companies pledged their holding shares, the enterprises would prefer to increase the capitalization ratio of the R&D expenditures. However, the positive relationship would be weakened in companies with equity balances, financing constraints, and non- high-tech companies. The conclusion was still valid after the robustness test. The results are developed to give investors and regulators suggestions when they read a company's financial report.

Based on network embedding theory, a model of relational embedding, structural embedding and behavioral performance of users' collaborative networks was constructed, and the moderating role of task complexity in it was explored.
