The construction of medical treatment combinations (MTCs) is to promote the subsidence of high-quality medical resources but brings third-party risk propagation. This paper develops two models to optimize information security decisions under two types of MTCs. Based on theoretical and numerical analyses, influences of the participation conditions of hospitals and propagation probability on the optimal security decisions and total expected costs are investigated. We find that the security decision under the loose MTC (L-MTC) differs significantly from that under the tight MTC (T-MTC). We also find that the selection of MTCs can be influenced by the participation conditions of hospitals. When the potential loss is large and the potential loss coefficient of the partner hospital is small, T-MTC prevails in information security cost. However, an increase in the propagation probability can extend the trend of the cost advantage under the T-MTC. In contrast, although the area of the cost advantage under the L-MTC is relatively large, the core hospital with the moderate potential loss and the partner hospital with a large potential loss coefficient are prone to form L-MTC from the perspective of their interests.

For the green supply chain system consisting of a single manufacturer and a single retailer, considering the altruistic preferences of retailers, construct three subsidy strategies under three subsidy strategies: government subsidy to consumers, government subsidy to manufacturer production cost, and government subsidy to manufacturer R&D cost game model. Study the optimal decision of the manufacturer's wholesale price , green level, retailer's retail price and government subsidy level, and the effect of retailer's altruistic preference, manufacturer's R&D efficiency on the benefits of supply chain members. The study found that the retailer's altruistic preference has an impact on the manufacturer's wholesale price and retailer's price, and has a positive effect on the manufacturer's profit, retailer's profit, consumer utility and social welfare. The two modes of government subsidy to consumers and government subsidy to manufacturers' production cost can effectively improve the profits of each member of the supply chain and the overall social welfare.

Consumers may not show up in the consumption time after the reservation. In consideration of this no-show behavior, this paper incorporates it into dynamic pricing problem in the airline industry. Low cost carrier is chosen to analyze retailer's optimal pricing problem. Dynamic pricing model is formulated from inventory perspective. Optimal analysis shows that, there is a unique optimal solution for this pricing problem. It is also given that consumer's no-show probability has an effect on the expected revenue. Numerical analysis is used to verify the result. Besides, research finding shows that the effect of consumers’ no-show probability on optimal decision depends on the inventory level. The analysis findings provide some insights to managers in the industry with perishable assets.

Recently, issues of carbon emissions are becoming more and more prominent, resulting in serious environmental problems. Many governments take actions to help enterprises to manufacture and sale products environmentally. This paper studies the impact of governmental intervention on the low-carbon strategies of the inter-organizations. Using the differential Stackelberg game model, a supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer is studied. Two situations including the market-base scenario and government-base scenario are considered. The optimal strategies of the effort on emission reduction and the retail price in these two situations are solved and compared. The results show that government's participation in regulation improves manufacturer's emission reduction effort and retailer's retail price. The numerical analysis further confirms the research results.

With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development, building an ecological civilization and deepening environmental reforms have been elevated to an important level. Against this policy background, corporates are being asked to increasingly take on environmental responsibility, promoting low-carbon and sustainable development in cities. At the same time, in the long run, corporate responsibility for the environment also causes an increase in corporate value. Under the Chinese current development model, it is important for companies to achieve their own sustainable development while promoting the sustainable development of the cities in which they operate. We collected data from heavily polluting corporates from 2016 to 2018, and empirically examined the impact of corporate environmental responsibility on enterprise value under regional differences. It is concluded that Chinese enterprises' assumption of environmental responsibility is U-shaped correlated with corporate value, and regional differences moderate the correlation.

Digitalization is becoming increasingly important for the success of companies. Therefore, it is important to understand which skills and characteristics digitally and at the same time financially successful companies have. For this purpose, many variables are analyzed using correlation analysis. The data for the analysis comes from the European Investment Bank Survey. This analysis shows that digitally and financially successful companies have strong planning and leadership capabilities. Digitization is lived as a success-critical activity. Companies that are very active in implementing digital products very often launch their own products and services around the world. Such companies invest in asset types such as land, other businesses, buildings and infrastructure and they have a high investment intensity (total investment/number of employees).

This paper reviews the latest research on adolescent psychological assessment and artificial intelligence applications at home and abroad. This paper uses artificial intelligence technology as the background to construct the realization path of the adolescent psychological assessment system: through the collection of personal data and family environment information, combined with the real-time information of individual emotional changes, use artificial intelligence technology to establish an assessment model for adolescent psychological problems. Big data builds an early warning mechanism, and then uses 5G technology for rapid information transmission and feedback, and timely intervention. At the same time, a technical and ethical reflection on the realization process of this path is carried out.

This study intends to measure the comparative efficiency of Thai Commercial Banks. The performance data has been collected over the past 2 years, between 2020 and 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic and then compared to performance during the normal period of 2017-2018. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using Variable Return to Scale (VRS) is applied to measure banking performance. Through Intermediation Approach, specific input variables are considered: employee expenses, directors’ remuneration expenses, premises and equipment expenses and deposits. The output variables, including loans to customers and investment, are also analyzed. the same time, through the Production Approach, these specific input variables are analyzed: employee expenses, directors’ remuneration expenses, premises and equipment expenses, fees and service expenses, taxes and duties and interest expenses. The output variables, including interest income, fee and service income, deposit, and loans to customers, are used to analyze the efficiency. The results of analysis with the Intermediation Approach indicate 5 of 13 Thai Commercial Banks were considered relatively inefficient including BAY, BBL, KBANK, SCB and SCBT. In addition, CIMB is 1 of 13 Thai Commercial Banks is considered as relatively inefficient under the Production Approach.

The paper uses the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic model to study the change law of hot topics in the field of digital economy and show the research topic evolution in this field over the last 30 years. The data consists of 1823 papers from various journals from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). The main results of LDA are as follows. First, we find five research topics to cover this research field. Second, among these topics, we find that two topics show an upward trend in intensity and another two show an downward trend in intensity, and high-quality development and governance of digital economy are new topics in recent years. It is hoped that the findings could help scholars to overview the field of digital economy and grasp the emerging evolution trends.

The current research applies COBIT 2019 in the large I&T Department of a strategic military public organization of a developing country. The application uses the methodology recommended by the framework and complementary methods to design an IT governance system. Highlights of the results are the considerations about organization size, the characteristics of the public sector, and the influence of the context of a developing country. Furthermore, the report about the use of COBIT 2019 in this research contributes to expanding the knowledge about the IT governance systems design and exposes a helpful experience to the practitioners.
