The article considered the development of art education in the Yelisavetgrad region (second half of XIX - early XX century) through the prism of biographies of artists, presented in the publication "Artists of Steppe Ukraine", The main center of art education at that time in Yelisavetgrad were Evening drawing and design classes, which were founded by P. Krestonostsev. In the dictionary on a wide source base more than 200 articles about artists and their students were collected and unified, that were once in the steppe region (Yelisavetgrad region at that time was part of the Kherson province, now - the territory of the Kirovograd region with the regional center of Kropyvnytskyi). Accentuated, that artistic life at the time developed in a pan-European context. Many artists, presented in the dictionary, made a significant contribution to the art not only of Ukraine but also of other countries. The article also revealed features of the work on the dictionary: installation of little known names - artists-teachers and their students, clarification of biographies of already known personalities. Research biographies made it possible to outline starting points and ways of future searches for the purpose of historical and pedagogical reconstruction of a condition and dynamics of the cultural and educational process in the region, birth and existence of a local art school and the development of the art process as a whole. Exactly the research will contribute to the generalization of artistic pedagogical experience and popularization of creative use of ideas of outstanding teachers in modern conditions, will play an important role in ensuring the development of research in modern pedagogical science, education and practice

Discussion questions about the role of a lecture in the process of teaching the discipline "Propaedeutics of pediatrics" in the context of modern medical education 探讨在现代医学教育背景下,讲座在《儿科学》教学中的作用

An important task of the modern high school of Ukraine is the comprehensive improvement of the educational process, based on the best achievements of the world and national didactics. A lecture always took the leading place among the large list of forms and methods of study in higher education. However, in the context of higher education reform, the issue of the relevance of a lecture as an integral part of the educational process is being actively discussed. The purpose of the study was to determine the importance and role of a lecture in the teaching of the discipline "Propaedeutics of pediatrics" in modern medical education. 593 students of the third year of study at the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy were anonymously questioned, among them: 377 respondents - domestic students, 170 - foreign English-speaking students and 46 - foreign Russian-speaking students. The results show that for most domestic and foreign third-year students, lectures are a compulsory form of study, and lectures on "Propaedeutics of pediatrics" are quite informative and necessary. In addition, the students highly appreciated the work of the teaching staff on the development of lectures and the level of presentation of the lecture material at the Department of Propaedeutics of Pediatric Diseases. The most frequent suggestions of both domestic and foreign students to improve the effectiveness of lectures were: to increase the number of lectures and educational information in them; cite more clinical examples from the practitioner's own experience; increase the number of videos during the class. Therefore, a lecture in the modern conditions of national higher medical education should remain the leading and necessary form of organization of the educational process. Teachers need to take into account the individual characteristics and needs of students to improve the effectiveness of the lecture material

Theoretical principles of introducing the play-based methods to teachers’ training in the system of postgraduate education 在研究生教育系统中引入游戏教学法的理论原则

The article analyzes the theoretical principles of teacher training in the system of postgraduate education for the introduction of play-based methods. It generalizes the scientific approaches of understanding the essence of the individual's readiness for the professional activity in general and pedagogical activity in particular. It is stated, that the readiness of a teacher for the professional activity is an integrative professional and personal phenomenon, the content of which is the integration of value-orientation, cognitive, constructive and reflexive components, and which is the result of long professional training and self-training of a specialist, new stage of his/her development. The peculiarities of the professional activity of elementary school teachers in modern conditions require the possession of play-based teaching methods, which are active in nature. Based on the analysis of the principles of the activity-based approach in education, it is stated, that they put forward their requirements for primary school teachers, including systematic formation of subjectivity as a teacher's ability to be an agent of childhood. The article analyzes the provisions of the integrative “learning through play” approach and the requirements for primary school teachers, which ensure the formation of students' learning experience with the help of the play resource. The work presents an author's understanding of the essence of the primary teacher's readiness to introduce the methods as an integrative personal-professional education, the system characteristics of a specialist, which determines his/hers ability to effectively use play-based teaching methods in the educational process and consists of value, cognitive and constructive components. Preparing a teacher for the introduction of play-based teaching methods is a complex and lengthy process that, in today's context, should take place in the space of postgraduate education

The content of primary school teachers’ training in the context of providing information and communication technologies into the inclusive educational environment 信息通信技术融入全纳教育环境背景下的小学教师培训内容

The features of preparing future primary school teachers to work with a computer as a means of managing information as well as one on global computer networks, and mastering digital competencies to design and apply informational technologies that underpin electronic educational resources are analyzed in the article.The basic directions of improvement of preparation of future primary school teachers for the usage of informational and communicational technologies in professional activity in the conditions of inclusive educational environment are considered and substantiated.The purpose of the article is analysis of the status and substantiation of the directions of preparation of future teachers, regarding the peculiarities and possibilities of using informational and communicational technologies in the inclusive primary school educational environment.At the same time, the peculiarities of the functioning of the informational-educational inclusive environment, which provides informational interaction between users (educators, specialists, parents, students, etc.) are characterized.The program of the educational discipline "Informational technologies in inclusive education of children with complications of processes of development and socialization" is offered.It is proved, that the offered methodical principles and directions of improvement of the content of preparation of future teachers for the usage of informational technologies in professional activity in the conditions of inclusive educational environment provide for certain practically oriented organization of work. Implementation of a training program, within a specially organized course is focused on improving the knowledge and skills in the usage of these technologies in professional activities in an inclusive environment. Therefore, a teacher in the information society as a skilled specialist of intellectual work, with a high level of education, becomes the main resource for improving its quality, which will contribute to the formation of demotivation indicators among participants in the educational process of labor migration

Criteria, indicators and levels of the readiness of teachers of natural specialties to develop the entrepreneurship competence of high school students 自然专业教师培养高中生创业能力的标准、指标和水平

У статті визначено актуальність формування готовності вчителів природничих спеціальностей до розвитку підприємницької компетентності у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти, що забезпечує вдосконалення освіти та професійної підготовки педагогів шляхом поглиблення, розширення та оновлення їх професійних знань, умінь та навичок відповідно до сучасних потреб та процесів реформування освітньої галузі. Проведено аналіз теоретичних поглядів науковців до визначення ключових понять: «підприємницька компетентність», «готовність», «критерії», «показники», «рівні готовності». Поєднуючи проблемно-цільовий, системно-узагальнюючий методи і метод системно-структурного аналізу наукової літератури автором досягнуто мети та виокремлено критерії визначення готовності вчителів природничих спеціальностей до розвитку підприємницької компетентності старшокласників, що сформовано у системі післядипломної педагогічної освіти: мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивний, технологічний, особистісно-емоційний, поведінковий. У рамках виокремлених критеріїв встановлено відповідні показники, що їх характеризують та визначено на основі поєднання для кожного критерію методи та засоби діагностування: бесіда, спостереження, анкетування, аналіз, звіт, самозвіт, експертна оцінка та самоаналіз. Розроблена система критеріїв та показників дає можливість визначити рівні готовності вчителів природничих спеціальностей до розвитку підприємницької компетентності старшокласників: низький (репродуктивний), середній (репродуктивно-реконструктивний), достатній (реконструктивний) та високий (творчий). Research method of the synonymy phenomenon of family lexemes on the basis of the communicative and activity approach 基于交际活动理论的族词同义现象研究方法

The article is about the theoretical analysis of methodological, pedagogical, psychological, professional and other literature on the problem of the study of the phenomenon of synonymy of related lexemes and methods of teaching them on the basis of communicative-activity approach. There was determined the initial level of ownership of such concepts as «family vocabulary» and «synonymy of related lexemes», practical skills of constructing own utterances, the ability to use synonyms-correspondences in a creative context were clarified. A system of exercises has been developed that aims at developing empathy in the classroom, friendliness and ability to understand one another more deeply, to be able to pick up synonyms for these units, and explain their lexical meaning. There was introduced and realized a number of psychological and rehabilitation exercises in the class family, the skills of forgiving and asking for forgiveness.Among the conditions that ensured the effectiveness of the communicative activity approach there was the creation of a favorable psychological microclimate of the team, comfort and acceptance of each of its members individually. It was shown the importance to support humanity and tolerance towards the participants of the educational process and for each individual personally. The system of intersubject links is implemented in the context of a certain algorithm of actions, namely: before, directly, and after the exercise. The self-reflection stage is closely linked to the language material in the lesson. There were discussed semantic shades of synonyms of family vocabulary and variants of their use in certain situations of associative experiments. Assessment of the disposition of the future Ph.D to research and innovation activity: criteria, indicators, levels 未来博士对研究和创新活动的配置评估:标准,指标,水平

The relevance of the research is the need to enhance the research and innovation training effectiveness of future PhD students, who are able to compete in the international scientific environment. A mechanism for assessing the disposition of future doctors of philosophy to research and innovation is presented in this article, using a criterion-level approach. The disposition is represented by a set of motivational and goal-oriented, personally-creative, content-active and reflective-perspective components. The motivational, creative, cognitive, activity and reflexive disposition criteria are defined. These criteria are measured through the system of proposed indicators. Low (adaptation), medium (search) and high (creative) levels of disposition for research and innovation activity are defined. The component characteristic of the levels of disposition is presented, which is a prerequisite for the construction of a conceptual model of research and innovation training of graduate students. It is proved, that the general level of disposition of future doctors of philosophy to research and innovation activity is determined mainly by its productivity. Low-level graduate students will have only those results of research and innovation activity that are stipulated by the formal requirements, i.e. abstracts at national and international conferences and articles in the state language in professional editions of Ukraine.The medium level is characterized by the fact that a graduate student: has publications in foreign editions; finds ways of their practical application, which is confirmed by existing patents; competes for additional funding, so prepares applications and participates in grants, scholarship awards. Finally, a high level of disposition describes a graduate student, who has publications in Scopus and Web of Science international science databases and / or real experience in attracting external funding to implement his/her own projects (grant, award, scholarship, contract, license sold). The criteria, indicators and levels, identified in the article, provide an opportunity to diagnose the disposition of future doctors of philosophy to research and innovation activity in the process of their preparation, as well as to identify those components of that disposition that are not formed enough

Internalizing the character of discipline in integrated Islamic school students 伊斯兰综合学校学生纪律特征的内化

The aim of this study is to review theoretically the internalization of the character of discipline in SDIT (Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu/ Integrated Islamic Primary School) students. This theoretical study originated from high public interest in SDIT. This becomes an interesting thing. Some print media said that this interest was based on several reasons. One of them is planting characters. This character planting is in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 87 Th 2017 concerning strengthening character education. At SDIT they have carried out character education for a long time. Character education is carried out in the process of internalization in the SDIT environment, which both internalize the characters in the school environment. The character that is highlighted is discipline. Internalization of the character of this discipline can be done through five stages that are collaborated with character discipline indicators. Based on the discussion of theoretical studies that have been presented it is concluded that the process of internalizing the character of discipline in integrated Islamic elementary school students and it is occurs through five stages of the disciplinary characters developed in SDIT students. The purpose of this study is to explain theoretically about the role of teams games tournaments ( TGT ) on the learning activities of elementary school students . Many factors influence the success of primary school students including the activeness of students in participating in learning. To optimize the activity of learning an appropriate learning model is needed. The right learning model is expected to develop its critical thinking skills and be able to actively participate during the learning process. Through the TGT learning model can train students to think critically in tournaments and quizzes. And student learning activities can be built through group learning in teams. This is reinforced by previous studies using the TGT model for critical thinking skills, the results show an increase, or in other words the effectiveness of critical thinking skills using the TGT model has increased. Variable correctional component in physical rehabilitation of early age children with a spastic type of motor disorders 早期痉挛型运动障碍儿童身体康复的可变矫正成分

The article examines aspects of the relationship of the component constant of the strategy of correction and the variable component of the correction process. The possibilities of tactical variation of corrective measures are shown depending on the level of localization of the depression center of the central nervous system in young children with spastic syndrome of movement disorders. First of all, this refers to the mental development of children with cerebral level of oppression, since such children may have problems with speech development and behavior. This may complicate the process of remedial physical education of this contingent of children. The mental development of children with cervical oppression is less vulnerable, but with this option, the relevance of contraindications in physical rehabilitation is enhanced. The features of topography of spastic paresis in cerebral and cervical variants (monoparesis, paraparesis, triparesis, tetraparesis), as well as their greater manifestation in certain limbs (hemiparetic variant), are considered. The necessity of a more systematic approach to the correction of motor disorders with a greater topographic extent of spastic paresis is shown. The question of the specificity of cerebral and cervical spasticity due to the inhibition of various levels of localization is studied separately. Depending on the location of the center of CNS depression, the tactics of correcting movement disorders in children of this cohort should be modified, which should affect the means and methods of correction, the methodical techniques used and the subject-spatial component. The author proposes variants of the variable approach algorithms for overcoming spastic-type motor disorders in young children, depending on initial inputs in the form of localization of CNS depression, paresis topography, as well as the specifics of the existing spasticity and degree of its manifestation. The perspectives of research in this area should include the practical saturation of the developed algorithms with the methodological content in order to increase the degree of differentiation and individualization of correction by means of physical education
