The current of globalization has led to competition in the world of education, so the education needed to make young people who are dignified, become responsible and democratic citizens. In the Al-quran there are many verses that explain the animals that exist in this universe, one of which is about Insect. The research on Insect diversity around the Surabaya Undaan Park aims to describe the diversity of Insects and compare the number of members of each order in the Insect class around the Surabaya Undaan Park and look for their relevance to the Qur'anic proposition about the creation of Insects. The method used in this research assignment was observation, which was to go directly to the field to catch Insects in 5 plots in the vicinity of Surabaya Undakan Park with 4 repetitions in each plot, then collect data to be identified. Based on the results of observations, collection and identification, it can be found that there are various Insects in the area. This was evidenced by the discovery of various orders from Insectas, among others: Order Lepidoptera, Order Odonata, Order Hymenoptera, Order Diptera, and Order Orthoptera. Comparison of the number of species from each order is different. The most dominant number of species is in the order of Lepidoptera which was then followed by the order Hymenoptera.

This study aims to determine the level of spiritual intelligence, the level of organizational commitment and to determine whether there is influence of spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment to the management of the Islamic Boarding School Boarding School BES Alimussirry. Using the SPSS 23 system and the research t-test technique, the results showed that the level of spiritual intelligence of the BES PPJA management resulted in 42.30% in the high category, 57.70% in the moderate category and 0% in the low category. The percentage for all member respondents is 80.30%, so the management's spiritual intelligence is included in the medium category. While the level of BES PPJA Management Organizational Commitment resulted in 50% in the high category, 50% in the medium category and 0% in the low category category. The percentage for all respondents is 49.73%, so the organizational commitment of the PPJA BES is in the moderate category. so there is an influence or relationship between spiritual intelligence on organizational commitment BES PPJA with the percentage influence of spiritual intelligence of 5% and the remaining 95% due to other factors not examined by researchers.

The purpose of this study was: (1) to analyze how economic education in the family environment, economic rationality, and salik lifestyle ; (2 ) to analyze how economic education in the family environment and economic rationality have implications for the salik lifestyle. The method in this research used quantitative descriptive. The results showed that (1) economic education in the family environment and the economic rationality of the salik were high, and the salik lifestyle tended to be a simple lifestyle, (2) the salik are educated by their parents in managing finances and controlling expenses, so they are trained to be simple individuals. Likewise, the economic rationality of the salik is inseparable from Islamic rules, which always insert the intention to worship Allah and not be Islamic in every economic activity.

Health problems are a major concern for creating people's welfare, both physical and mental health. The intended mental health is a mental emotional disorder, which includes stress and depression. Spiritual education as a human need in life, which is related to worship such as activities related to the Qur'an. Literacy studies need to be carried out regarding the influence of the Qur'anic book on the human body related to the human mind that can influence mental, emotional, and memory health. The results obtained based on literature studies in this study indicate that the Qur'an has a positive impact on mental health and is able to delay cognitive aging (memory enhancement)

Scientific writing aims to find out the intentions and sincerity correctly, efforts must be made to improve the spiritual quality of students. This research is a qualitative analysis research with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources came from the Jagad Alimussirry Student Boarding School. The results of the analysis show that something done with intention and sincerity only gives to God so that it becomes a perfect charity from one's worship. Before charity must be careful so that the charity that is done can be accepted by God. People who purify the heart of all defilements by avoiding evil, maintain honesty in words and deeds, their hearts will become clean, can emit positive energy and can meet Allah SWT.

In this modern life the tradition of ngrowot is seen by people outside the pesantren and it is probable that the santri themselves are merely rituals which are related to things that are supernatural, magical, and not scientifically explained. This study aims to find out how tirakat ngrowot when viewed from the perspective of exact science, social and psychology. In the perspective of the exact science of tirakat ngrowot can help in mastering the exact sciences, in terms of social tirakat ngrowot able to contribute to the success of food diversification programs and psychologically tirakat ngrowot able to increase emotional intelligence in a person.

Spiritual value is a value that reflects human relations with their God. The spiritual value contained in each Biology material is different. This value can be taught well when the teacher has understood the spiritual value contained in the subject being taught. The subject of "growth and development" is taught at all levels of education from junior high school to college. The purpose of this study is to examine deeply the spiritual value of Biology material, especially the subject of "plant growth and development". This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data of this study were obtained from content analysis, namely analysis of Biology material, analysis of the Qur'anic arguments, and analysis in the perspective of Sufism. In this article, the growth and development process is limited to seed germination and fruit ripening. The results of this study include: a) someone's faith is like a seed, faith that is only on the tongue like a seed coat, but when faith is produced from personal experience in the form of a gift from Allah (haqqul yaqin and ainul yaqin) it will lead someone to the stage of ma'rifat (like oil contained in seeds). b) Plant buds can grow from parts of plants and from seeds as stated in QS. al-An'am verse 95 and 99. c) In QS. Al-An'am verse 99 also explained that humans are commanded to observe and think about the process of fruit growth and pay attention to the maturity of the fruit in order to increase their faith in Allah.
