The Role of Branding in Increasing Revisit at Agritourism in Jatiluwih Bali 品牌在增加巴厘岛贾提卢农业旅游重访中的作用

Competitiveness of Bali tourism lays on the variety of attractions offered to visitors. Subak-based agritourism in Jatiluwih is one of the competitiveness of cultural based of Bali tourism which offer an amazing rice field terrace and variety of agritourism activities. Understanding the role of brand destination in influencing satisfaction of visitors is very important. Evaluating relationship between satisfaction and intention to be loyal are crucial. The research objectives were: (i) to analyze the influence of brand awareness, brand image and brand association of Jatiluwih agritourism to perceive quality (satisfaction) of foreign tourists in visiting Jatiluwih, and (ii) to evaluate relationship between satisfaction of foreign tourist to their loyalty. Research was conducted at Jatiluwih of Bali Province in the periods of June up to August 2016. The number of respondents was 207 foreign tourists who were visiting Jatiluwih.  Structural Equation Model (SEM) was developed and data was analyzed by using Smart PLS-3 based on the five-point Likert scale. The results show that (i) brand awareness, brand images and brand association of subak-based agritourism in Jatiluwih significantly influenced satisfaction of foreign tourist, (ii) satisfaction of foreign tourist significantly influenced their loyalty, (iii) Awareness to a brand, create images to a brand and can associate a brand before visiting a destination have proved that brand destination of Jatiluwih have been an informational signal for visitors who intent to visit Jatiluwih agritourism in Bali.

The Food Security Of The Household Recipient Of Food Independent Village Program In Central Sumba Regency 中松巴县粮食独立村计划家庭受助人的粮食安全

The Food Independent Village Program was performed to give an impact on reducing the level of food and nutrition insecurity of the needy in rural areas. The success of program implementation can be seen from the level of food security of the household recipients. This research aimed to determine the level of food security based on 1) Share of Food Expenses (PPP), 2) Energy Sufficiency Rate (AKE), 3) Performance of household food security. The research method used was a survey method. Sampling used was a random sample (Random Sampling) with 85 respondents. The analysis method used was a cross-combination approach between the share of food expenses (PPP) and the level of household energy consumption (AKE). The results showed that based on AKE the distribution of food-secure households was 65.53% and food insecure was 36.47%. Meanwhile, based on PPP, the distribution of households that were food insecure was 40% and food secure was 60%. The performance of household food security in the food security category was 25.88 percent, food vulnerability was 40.00 percent, food shortage was 14.12 percent, and food insecurity was 20.00 percent. The proportion of households that were food insecure was still large, which means that efforts were needed to improve the food security of households who were the Food Independent Village program recipients.

Food Independent Area Program (KMP) was aimed for people in food insecure/needy area with the main purpose was to fulfill the family food needs and at the end, can increase the community income so that they can be more independent. The aims of this research were to find out how the implementation, participation and how much the contribution of the income from food independent area program to the family income. To answer how the implementation of food independent area program and participation of affinity group members to the food independent area program used descriptive analysis with likert scale. Meanwhile to find out the contribution of income from food independent area program to the family income used income anyalisis. This research concluded that the implementation of KMP program in South Pemulutan Sub-Dictrict Ogan Ilir Regency has only reached the fourth stage of the set five stages in food independent area, the average of community participation was 41,37 which mean the community pasticipation to the food independent area program at affinity village had high category or highly participating and an increase in the family income at food independent area of 31,36% or 5.799.000,00 Rupiah per year, from total income of 18.314.224,52 Rupiah per year.

Household Income Structure and Strategy Among Farmers In Subak Jatiluwih 苏巴克-贾提卢维农民家庭收入结构与对策

The establishment of subak as A World Cultural Heritage significantly affected the income source among the farmer around the Subak Jatiluwih area. The farmer household income that had entirely relied on the agricultural sector, after the establishment, slowly shifted to the non-agricultural sector because of the higher income produced. This study aimed to know the social-economic characteristic, household income structure, and household income strategy among farmers in the Subak Jatiluwih area. This study conducted in Subak Jatiluwih, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, and enrolled 40 farmers as the study participant. A quantitative and descriptive analysis employed to analyze the study data. The result showed that the social-economic characteristic of the farmer household in Subak Jatiluwih supported by working-age population with the mean age of 49, primary occupation as a farmer, accompanied by secondary occupation (37.5%), high educational background, and long duration of the farming experience (16-35%). The landowner status also significantly affected these characteristics. Most participants was a landowner and had 0.42 ha of farming land. The income strategy applied by the participants were intensification (70%), extensification (35%), dual-income (100%), and migration (40%). On-farm, off-farm, and non-farm sectors contributed to the household income structure, with non-farm sectors as the highest contributor (49.58%). We suggest the farmer household using an adequate income strategy. A system necessarily to design and implement to improve the farmer household skill in producing high-quality agricultural products.

The Changes of Household Food Expense During COVID-19 Pandemic: A Case Study in Indonesia and Armenia COVID-19大流行期间家庭食品支出的变化:以印度尼西亚和亚美尼亚为例

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the availability and distribution of food, but its impact on food consumption at the household level was not much known. The aim of the research was to analyze changes in food expense during the Covid-19 pandemic of cases in Indonesia and Armenia. Indonesian case used primary data in April-May 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. Data were analyzed descriptively and paired t statistic test. The results showed that there was a change in consumption during the pandemic. The significant changes were an increase in the amount of rice consumption, an increase in food expense, and a decrease in the purchase of cooked meal. Snack purchases during the pandemic increased but not significantly. The Armenia case used secondary data from FAO. Regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the post-war crisis in the Republic of Armenia, it has had a negative impact on transportation, storage, sales, financial situation, access, and availability of agricultural products and labor markets. Thus, digital solutions for agricultural marketing, that is Digital Agriculture Marketplace Platform have been adopted. The conclusion was that the impact of the pandemic actually increased consumption needs. The recommendation that given was the support for food logistics transportation which very much needed in the pandemic era and more specifically supported by food distribution security.

The Effectiveness of Fertilizer Subsidy: How the Impact to the Production 肥料补贴的有效性:对生产的影响

A lot of budgets had spent by the government on fertilizer subsidies. However, in its implementation there were still many obstacles. Therefore, the effectiveness of subsidies and their impact on production was interesting to study. The aim of this research was to describe the effectiveness of fertilizer subsidies and to determine the impact of the effectiveness of fertilizer subsidies on rice production. This research was conducted in Sukaasih Village, Sukatani Sub-district, Bekasi Regency. The research sample was determined by the multistage sampling method which resulted 109 farmers samples. The data that had been obtained were analyzed using frequency distribution analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of fertilizer subsidies in Sukaasih Village was not effective. Variables that affected rice production were land area, the use of NPK fertilizer, SP-36, the use of seeds, and the effectiveness of fertilizer subsidies. Therefore, the government needs to tighten the target and application of subsidized fertilizers by collaborating with related parties so that subsidized fertilizers can be effective, on target, and efficient because the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizers affected rice production.

This research was conducted in Sukaasih Village, Sukatani Sub-district, Bekasi Regency. The research sample was determined by the multistage sampling method which resulted 109 farmers samples. The data that had been obtained were analyzed using frequency distribution analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the implementation of fertilizer subsidies in Sukaasih Village was not effective. Variables that affected rice production were land area, the use of NPK fertilizer, SP-36, the use of seeds, and the effectiveness of fertilizer subsidies. Corporate Social Responsibility Program in Ecotourism Development of Mempawah Mangrove Park 孟帕华红树林公园生态旅游发展中的企业社会责任项目

Mangrove ecotourism has various functions and benefits. It also plays an important role in human life environmentally, socially, culturally, and economically. In maintaining the coastal ecosystem of mangrove forests through the development of Mempawah Mangrove Park ecotourism, Mempawah Regency is inseparable from the involvement of Corporate Social Responsibility Program carried out by several companies. This research aimed to formulate priority criteria and optimal alternatives for the Corporate Social Responsibility Program in developing Mempawah Mangrove Park ecotourism in Mempawah Regency. 38 respondents were taken by purposive sampling. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis, namely Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice 11 Software. The results showed that the main priority of the Corporate Social Responsibility program in developing Mempawah Mangrove Park ecotourism was the social and cultural aspects. The second priority is environmental aspect, the third is education aspect, and the last is economic aspect. The top alternative priority in corporate social responsibility program in the development of Mempawah Mangrove Park ecotourism is to attract visitors. The Income Comparison of Broiler Farming that Used Closed House System and Open House System 封闭式和开放式肉鸡养殖收入比较

One of the important elements in a broiler farming business was the cage. The types of broiler chicken cages based on the type of the wall can be divided into closed house cages and open house cages. This research was conducted on farmers who partnered with UD Bagus Ternak with the aim of knowing the comparison of costs, FCR, production, and income of broiler farming that used a closed house system and an open house system. The selection of location was done intentionally and the respondents were selected by census, which was five farmers that used the closed house system and 22 farmers use the open house system. The results showed that the costs and income of broiler farming that used a closed house system were Rp. 224,615,108/500m2 and Rp. 17,301,892/500m2, while the costs and income of broiler farming that used an open house system were Rp. 126,478,036/500m2 and Rp.5,146,964/500m2. The results of the Mann-Whitney test on the average cost and income of the two broiler farm cage systems, statistically were significantly different. The FCR of broiler farming that used the closed house system (1.62) was less than the open house system (1.73) and statistically, significantly different. The results of broiler farm production that used the closed house system (1.86kg/head) were greater than the open house system (1.82kg/head) and statistically there was no difference.

Assessing Profitability Of Small-Scale Cocoa-Goat Mixed-Farming In West Sulawesi, Indonesia 评估印度尼西亚西苏拉威西岛小规模可可山羊混合养殖的盈利能力

Cocoa is a key crop for small-scale farmers in Sulawesi, Indonesia. Decline in cocoa yield and cocoa price fluctuation have negatively affected the income of small-scale farmers. An approach to address the sustainability of small-scale cocoa farming is to diversify the household income via cocoa-goat mixed farming. This study aimed to assess whether cocoa-goat mixed farming was a viable and profitable enterprise for small-scale farmers in West Sulawesi by using cost benefit analysis (CBA). Three CBA models were developed to compare profitability of an existing medium-scale cocoa-goat mixed farm located in West Sulawesi with hypothetical small-scale cocoa monoculture and cocoa-goat mixed farming. The CBAs were informed by an interview using structured questionnaire and literature search. The principal CBA assessment criterion was net present value (NPV) while benefit cost ratio (BCR) and internal rate of return (IRR) were supplementary. Sensitivity analysis measured the impact of changes in key parameters on profit. Over a 25-year production cycle, the medium-scale cocoa goat mixed farm is a profitable enterprise, earning an estimated profit of USD 90,403. At small-scale level, the findings suggest that engaging in small-scale cocoa goat mixed farming has potential to increase household income by 27% of profit from the cocoa monoculture.

Analysis of Partnership Satisfaction Between Andini Luhur Cooperative and Dairy Farmers Andini Luhur合作社与奶农伙伴关系满意度分析

The partnership program between dairy farmers in Getasan district and Andini Luhur Cooperative needs to be followed up because it is considered unfavorable for farmers during the period of partnership. This study aimed to analyze the partnership activities and satisfaction level of dairy farmers in Getasan District in implementing partnerships with Andini Luhur Cooperative. This research was conducted in December 2019 to January 2020 in Getasan District, Semarang Regency. The location of the study was determined purposively with the consideration that Getasan District is the center of dairy cows in Semarang Regency. The research method used was surveying method. Determination of respondents was done by taking all dairy farmers in Getasan District who were in partnership with Andini Luhur Cooperative. Data collection methods used were interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis methods used were descriptive and quantitative analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. Based on the results, it was found that the type of partnership is contract farming with core-plasma pattern. The results of IPA shows that there are 1 attribute that is classified in Quadrant I (top priority), 2 attributes are classified in Quadrant II (maintained), 4 attributes are classified in Quadrant III ( low priority) and 3 attributes are classified in quadrant IV (excessive). From CSI calculations, the result obtained is 54.84%, which means farmers are quite satisfied with the performance of services provided by Andini Luhur Cooperative.
