Antenatal care is very important in ensuring that both the mother and the fetus will survive during pregnancy and during delivery. ANC service is a planned program in the form of observation, education, and medical treatment for pregnant women. The purpose of the research was to determine the factors that influence the mother's behavior on the compliance of Antenatal Care Visits at the Anggrek and Mawar Posyandu, Tlogomas Village, Malang City. The research design used analytic observation. The population of this research was all pregnant women in Posyandu Anggrek and Mawar, Tlogomas Village, Malang City as many as 17 people. The sample was 17 respondents taken by total sampling technique. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used the Chi Square test (p value <0.05). The results showed that most of the respondents (64.7%) had sufficient knowledge, most of the respondents (70.6%) had the attitude of the sufficient category, and most of the respondents (52.9%) had the husband's support in the sufficient category and most of the respondents (64.7%) had the level of compliance of visits in the right category. The results of the chi square test showed that there was a correlation between knowledge, attitudes and husband's support factors on the compliance of Antenatal Care Visits at the Anggrek and Mawar Posyandu, Tlogomas Village, Malang City. Further researchers are expected to conduct similar research by exploring other factors that can affect the compliance of ANC visits such as economic factors, distance from health facilities and this research is carried out by visiting respondents one by one so that it is less effective.

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is one of the global strategies to improve infant growth, development, health and survival. One of the efforts that support the success of breastfeeding is by providing additional food in the form of local plants as functional food ingredients to increase breast milk supply and avoid less than optimal milk production. This research was conducted to explain the content of local plants as functional food ingredients that can help increasing breast milk supply. This literature study research used secondary data from the Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct database with the last 5 years published, and then the journals obtained are identified according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set by the researcher. The results of a review of 12 journals stated that local plants Moringa leaf, katuk leaf, mung beans, and soybeans as functional food ingredients that can increase breast milk supply because the four plants contain laktagogum effects that can stimulate, maintain and increase breast milk. Local plants Moringa leaf, katuk leaf, mung beans and soybeans as functional food ingredients to increase breast milk supply because they have a laktagogum effect which are consumed in varying doses and ways of consumption, but have the same efficacy, namely increasing the rate of secretion and production of breast milk.

Anxiety that occurs continuously, irrationally and increasing in intensity, can interfere with daily activities and become an anxiety disorder. The purpose of the study was to identify differences in the effectiveness of citrus aromatherapy (orange) compared to lavender aromatherapy on anxiety levels in nursing students in dealing with thesis at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang. The design of the study used a quasi-experimental design using a two group pre-test-post-test design approach. Respondents in this study were nursing students who were undergoing thesis as many as 66 people, from a population of 83 people with simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study used experimental intervention. Analysis using Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test. The result of this analysis was that citrus aromatherapy (orange) with p-value 0.000 and lavender aromatherapy with p-value 0.000, meant that cytus (orange) aromatherapy and lavender aromatherapy both significantly reduce anxiety levels. However, there was a significant difference between citrus aromatherapy (orange) and lavender aromatherapy on the level of anxiety in students who were working on their thesis at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang, which was shown with a p-value of 0.000. It is hoped that further researchers can see or measure which is the most effective between citrus aromatherapy (orange) compared to lavender aromatherapy.

The selection of health education media should be based on target tastes, broad impact, and presented in an attractive manner. Health Education on Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is generally still carried out using the conventional method, namely face-to-face (FF). This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on BSE using the Lecture Plus Animation Video Demonstration (VBL) on the knowledge and motivation of Vocational High School students. There were 80 respondents who were divided into 2 groups, 40 students in the control group with health education provided with direct FF, and the rest with VBL. The level of knowledge and motivation were obtained through a questionnaire and then the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was conducted to determine the effect of the intervention on each group, while Mann-Whitney to find out which group had better knowledge and motivation after receiving the intervention. The results showed that the Wilcoxon test in both the control and treatment groups showed p = 0.000 for the knowledge and motivation variables. Meanwhile, the Mann-Whitney test for the knowledge variable showed a p-value = 0.004 with a mean rank of 36.00 for the control group and 45.00 for the treatment group. In the motivational variable, the value of p = 0.003, and the mean rank of 46.13 in the treatment group. This meant that health education with FF methods or through VBL could increase students' knowledge and motivation, but VBL had a greater influence on increasing respondents' knowledge and motivation in doing BSE.

The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the number of samples of respondents was 56 people. The research was conducted at Integrated Healthcare Center Elderly, Malang City. The instrument used to while the cognitive function in the elderly uses the MMSE. Analysis used the Spearman rank test with an alpha value of 0.05 (95% CI). The results showed that there was a significant correlation between hypertension and cognitive function in the elderly (r=0.532 and p=0.000). The direction of the correlation is positive, meaning that the more severe hypertension suffered by the elderly, the more severe they will tend to experience more severe cognitive function impairments. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for people with hypertension do blood pressure screening and undergo hypertension treatment regularly. This is very important so that prevention and treatment can be carried out earlier to prevent more severe cognitive impairment.

Stroke is a medical emergency. Post-stroke patients generally experience muscle weakness in the limbs, postural disturbances and muscle atrophy. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of ROM Spherical Grip exercise on post-stroke patients. The type of the study was pre-experimental with one group pre-test-post-test design. The independent variable was Range Of Motion (ROM) Spherical Grip. The dependent variable was the degree of upper extremity muscle strength in post-stroke infarct patients who had hemiparesi. The sampling technique used a consecutive sampling technique. The sample was 33 respondents. The data were taken by measuring the muscle strength before and after being given the intervention. The instrument used an observation sheet for assessing muscle strength and manual muscle testing (MMT) physical examinations in post-stroke patients. The results of this study showed that most of the muscle strength before giving the Spherical Grip ROM exercise was Poor (there was movement but could not fight gravity) as many as 14 respondents (42.4%). After the intervention of the Spherical Grip ROM exercise, the muscle strength was mostly Fair (can move against gravity) as many as 19 respondents (57.6%). There is an increase in upper extremity muscle strength before and after being given ROM Spherical Grip exercise in post-stroke patients who experience hemiparesis. This showed that the Spherical Grip could improve the tone of those who experience weakness and if done continuously could increase muscle strength in post-stroke patients. It is hoped that with this research Spherical grip exercises can be used as one of the treatments for stroke patients who experience decreased upper extremity muscle strength and collaborate with physiotherapy also assisted by taking drugs according to doctor's advice.
