The modern era in defining the features of formal and expressive construction and achieves its functional and aesthetic goals. Hence, the research aimed to clarify the formal and organizational variables of graphic designers and their expressive performance and to compare their impact on the methods of artistic movements in the modern era. The research was based on the descriptive analytical approach of a group of samples, from which it came out with a set of results and conclusions, namely: Modern arts contributed to finding new performance standards for the aesthetic process in design, which was limited to the aesthetics of drawing and its techniques to express it to the techniques of collage and photo montage towards expressive metaphor using previously untouched materials. Achieving the formal organization of the elements with the background, whether through mathematical and engineering logic or as a coincidence industry, led to a transformation in the design process and the emergence of a new spatial relationship that directly affected a clear transformation of the design.

The great influence on the cultures of different countries that characterized that stage, because of the Islamic conquests and the adoption of the Islamic faith by many peoples, and their migration to the Islamic cities at that time, accompanied by their art and the methods of its formulation. This brings us to a question about the influential references that call the Arab Muslim artist to opt for the abstract style and adhere to it. This was the problem of the research that was included in the methodological framework, as well as the importance of the research, its aim, its limits, and specifically its terminology. It relied on the indicators of the theoretical framework, which represented the analysis tool, according to which the results of the research were reached and then its conclusions, the most important of which are; (1) The Islamic doctrinal reference was a pressure towards the abstraction style; It is a natural result of the transformation of the Arab from the sensual pagan belief into the spiritual belief of Islam. The expression in the art of what is spiritual - even among non-Muslims, such as African blacks, for example - takes on an abstract character. There was a dislike or prohibition of the simile method; (2) Aesthetic thought is an influential reference, reflected in the artist's output. Its production was based on Islamic aesthetic values: moderation, consistency, proportionality, and organization, in an unremitting attempt to follow the example of divine perfection, which is the secret of beauty.

This study was conducted with the intention of presenting a comprehensive picture of the ways in which voters and political parties in Asia have reacted to social movements during the course of election cycles. In addition to statistical analysis, we made use of other research methods such as literature reviews, case studies, surveys, and in-depth interviews to arrive at our conclusions. It was found that social movements have had a substantial influence on both the political rhetoric and the results of elections in a number of Asian nations. It was found that people's responses to social movements are complex and varied, and that these responses change depending on the political and cultural atmosphere at the time. People's perceptions on social movements change depending on the climate at the time. The findings of the study also came to the conclusion that the use of social media and other forms of technology in social movements may have both positive and bad effects on the democratic process. This study highlights the need for more research on the influence of social movements on democratic processes in Asian countries during election times.

The mangrove conservation program is one of the measures to address climate change at the village or community level and is the most effective and sustainable. For it entails a community participatory approach and is anchored on the participation of the private sector, and people’s organizations. Bayabas, a coastal municipality of Surigao del Sur, in the Philippines with the communities Cabugo, Magobawok, Belete, and La Paz, the sites of the study, has a robust mangrove conservation program. The study used mixed methods of survey, ethnographic, and observation/case study methods which capture the organizational culture of the sites. The findings of the study include the following: The Mangrove Conservation sites were established in response to the significant provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 bearing on Environmental Conservation duly supported by an Ordinance of the LGU of Bayabas. The operation of the Mangrove Conservation sites was being assisted by the People’s Organization (PO) which is also a quasi-cooperative for fishers. The POs were established by a joint effort of the PFAR/BFAR and the LGU of Bayabas. Sagip Wakatan, the Mangrove Conservation Program of the LGU of Bayabas was anchored on food security, sustainable development, people’s empowerment, eco-tourism, and the response to climate change initiatives at the grassroots levels. Livelihood integration is one of the most important features of the Mangrove Conservation Program and was directly channeled into the four (4) People’s Organizations (POs). The fishers across four (4) sites are active enough in their participation in the Mangrove Conservation.

To create an independent and civilized society as stated in the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, namely realizing a just and prosperous society, is still very ironic with the level of existence of indigenous peoples, especially indigenous peoples in coastal areas. If we compare it with the form of indigenous communities in the Mainland, it is very different from indigenous peoples in the sea or coastal areas. This is because indigenous peoples in coastal areas, especially fisherman communities, are still hampered in managing aquatic resources and have problems in increasing their various businesses. This is because the structuring pattern in Sea Customary Rights is very different from the structuring of Ulayat Land Rights. In terms of the fishing community they actually have a form of Local Wisdom in maintaining, maintaining, water resources and coastal areas, to fulfill their welfare. This study aims: to determine the Impact of Socio-Cultural, Economic and Environmental Aspects on Structuring Sea Customary Rights, especially in the Coastal Region and Small Islands in North Minahasa Regency. This study uses an approach pattern with Quantitative Methods. The data analysis technique used in this study uses assistive devices, namely statistics or through SPSS 26 of 2021. The results of the research prove that the socio-cultural, economic and environmental aspects have an influence on the arrangement of marine customary rights.

Writing is a challenge for non-native English writers since the process of transferring the message includes the writers’ writing competence and it is recorded permanently. As a result, the English learners make errors when they lack the writing skill and knowledge. This study aims to reveal the fragments, run-ons, and comma splices in selected types of paragraphs, namely descriptive paragraph, paragraph of logical division of ideas, process paragraph, and comparison-contrast paragraph. The empirical, quantitative approach is used to identify the frequency of each kind of error in the paragraphs written by students of English Department in University of Widya Dharma Pontianak in academic year 2021/2022. To conclude, the errors occur mostly in comparison-contrast paragraphs (37.96%) as there are different ways of organization. Furthermore, the most frequent kind of error is fragment (66.67%), which is missing an independent clause (41.67%). This is due to the students’ experiencing incomplete thought or their having an afterthought following their previous finished sentence. Lastly, the paragraph of logical divisions of ideas has the least errors (13.89%) and the kind of error that rarely occurs is run-on (9.26%).
