How is a person's attachment to a group influences and shapes one's self-concept? Discussion material for us to discuss, especially by us as a paper coach and who will discuss it more in-depth about this group. Group is a broad concept related to humans, but also to living things other than humans. The formation of a social group is due to the human instinct who always wants to live together. There are two main human desires so that he is driven to live in groups. The model of group formation was first proposed by Bruce Tackman in 1965 and has resulted in many other ideas.

Collaborating to avoid corruption in the auction process for products and services will be a success or failure depending on the leadership of each entity. This is due to the fact that it includes a wide range of parties, including the UKBJ, APIP, police, prosecutors, providers (enterprises), and civic organizations. In order to thwart corruption, this research examines how leaders might make cooperation easier. In South Sulawesi Province, there are auctions of commodities and services related to the health industry. A method known as descriptive qualitative research has been used in this study to better understand the data. Interviews, literature review, observation, and documenting are all forms of data collecting. Corruption prevention efforts in South Sulawesi Province's Health sector had not been properly facilitated by the leadership of the auction of goods and services. There has been room for all parties to participate in the health sector auction of goods and services, as indicated by top management of the auction of goods and services and briefing each technical implementer in their respective institutions to master the applicable rules and take a moral approach to strengthening credibility through the involvement of law enforcement and elements of society member. However, if the leadership intervenes, each technical implementer is more likely to commit fraud. While the MoU has yet to be signed, the parties participating in the partnership are still able to work together in an informal capacity.

Forensic linguistics as a branch of linguistics that analyzes and examines language in legal products, legal processes, and legal evidence still needs to be improved in Indonesia, especially the study of language honesty in crime cases. Therefore, it is important to continue the study of forensic linguistics. This study aims to describe the veracity language in the special fugitive scandal. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative research design that focuses on analyzing the level of veracity in language in the special fugitive scandal using John Olsson's Statement Analysis in Linguistic (SAL) model. The data of this research are oral data, namely forensic text narratives contained in talk shows about special fugitives. The data source in this research is the Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) talk show. The main theory used in this research is the study of forensic linguistics which is specified in John Olsson's theory of veracity language. The results of this research indicate that veracity in language in special fugitive scandals tends to have a high level of veracity.

This study aims to describe the form and form of linguistic representation in the CNN Indonesia news text by using social change analysis from Norman Fairclough. The focus of this research is text analysis, text production, and sociocultural analysis with data in the form of grammatical features. This research is a discourse analysis study in the form of critical discourse analysis (AWK). The data source of this research is CNN Indonesia online media which contains words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. The research data was obtained by using documentation, reading, and note-taking techniques. The results show that there are grammatical features which include: (1) modality, (2) negation, (3) sentence mode, (4) transitivity, (5) personal pronouns, and (6) passivity which represents the form of linguistic representation through power in in the news text. Judging from the production of the text, it is shown that the producer of the text in presenting the news cannot be separated from the aspect of domination and power, either power or domination by groups or individuals. In addition, the power in the text serves to strengthen the position of a subject in the text so that the reader is focused on the discourse conveyed by the author of the text. Furthermore, as an implication of the research results, a critical reading enrichment book was compiled.

First and foremost, the dynamics of basic education in Central Mamuju Regency are characterized by four factors, including (1) communication difficulties, (2) a lack of psychological relationships between educators and students, and (3) the pandemic's effect on the learning system, which affects online learning psychologically. Teacher difficulties in implementing Scientific Learning-Based Education and giving learning evaluations are among the resources that may be accessed. Certain students may not be able to comprehend the substance of material provided via online media by the instructor, the internet network may be disturbed at times, and some subject matter that needs particular learning tools and/or media cannot be utilized due to the absence of online learning media. The instructor conveys the information in the most effective manner. There are several conditions that must be met by every school that holds face-to-face learning, including the permission of students' parents through committees, the readiness of the school to hold face-to-face learning with strict health protocols, and obtain permission from the local government through the COVID-19 task force. (4). Bureaucratic structure.

This study aims to determine and analyse what factors hinder efforts to improve community welfare in Bone-Bone sub-district, North Luwu district. This study uses a qualitative method. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, online data searching and documentation. The results showed that the factor that hindered efforts to improve community welfare in Bone-Bone District, North Luwu Regency, namely the implementation of socialization at the sub-district and village levels was very low. The sub-district PKH Implementing Unit Secretariat office still uses the sub-district office space. Appointment of PKH implementation staff in the form of sub-district coordinators, assistant staff and computer operators is entirely the responsibility of the Ministry of Social Affairs without involving the local government. There are no incentives or operational funds for facilitators in the field, making it difficult for facilitators to be present at all times in PKH recipient communities. The factors that support PKH activities are the availability of assistants and operators at the sub-district level. There are general guidelines for implementing PKH activities. The existence of standard operating procedures (SOP).

This research is motivated by the many cases of marginalization found in women's themed novels written by one of the maestro of Indonesian literature, Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The novels written by Pramoedya Ananta Toer are known to often raise social problems that occurred at that time, including cases of marginalization of women. Midah Si Manis Bergigi Emas, Larasti and Gadis Pantai are several novels by Pramoedya Ananta Toer which tell the life journey of women as the main characters. The many forms of marginalization of rights experienced by women in these novels become something interesting for researchers. The purpose of this research is to uncover the representation of women's marginalization that occurs in the novels by Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The research method used is Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis which has been developed by Eryanto. Sara Mills' Critical Discourse Analysis emphasizes her study on the positioning of actors in the text or what is generally known as the subject-object position and the writer-reader position, however, the focus of this research is the subject-object position. The data collection technique used is literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the novel Midah Si Manis Bergigi Emas, Larasati, Gadis Pantai written by Pramoedya Ananta Toer, there are several forms of marginalization experienced by female characters in the novel. In addition to getting marginal treatment, the female character in the novel is also positioned as an object in the storytelling.

This article discusses the point of view of spreading the culture and habits of young people through Korean Drama films. In this case, the dissemination of culture and habits of young people through Korean drama films is very rapid so that it affects the dress code, behavior, language and several other aspects. This has a positive and negative impact on a country. As a positive thing that is raised is the increase in knowledge and insight of teenagers, the existence of a new culture that can increase youth creativity. But apart from that, there are also negative impacts for adolescents, namely the existence of a gradual shift in culture so that adolescents will forget their own culture. In addition, the standard of beauty / good looks of society will increase, causing many things that are forced by teenagers so that they can look like Korean artists.
