This research is a qualitative research using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis which aims to; (1) revealing the form of using the language of power of women legislators in South Sulawesi in political discourse through vocabulary features, (2) revealing the forms of using the language of power of women legislators in political discourse through grammatical features, (3) revealing forms of using the language of power of women legislators in political discourse through features text structure. The data of this study are natural texts in the form of transcripts of women's legislators' speeches in political discourse that contain the construction of power. The data sources for this research are phrases, clauses, or inter-paragraphs that contain the unity of ideas and ideas that were transcribed from video recordings that aired on the Tribun Timur media youtube channel throughout 2021. This study proves that a female politician is able to exercise power through her speech. The power of the female legislator in South Sulawesi is the implication of the position of the South Sulawesi DPRD as a legislative body that has a control function, budgeting function, and the function of making regional regulations to the executive and the people of South Sulawesi. The female legislator of South Sulawesi AIKS (initial name) exercises her power through a number of grammatical features, including nominalization, passive active sentences, sentence modes, modalities, and personal pronouns. The text of the political speech of the Chairman of the DPRD (Regional House of Representatives) of South Sulawesi Andi Ina Kartika Sari consists of several parts.

The current research is based on a statement of the concept of the quality of electronic services in the bank represented by an independent variable and the concept of banking performance represented by a dependent variable. They were chosen at random, As a sample of (400) employees was taken, and the research was formed as to whether there is an impact in applying the dimensions of the quality of electronic services provided by Rafidain Bank on its banking performance. The practical aspect of the research, and the research tool adopted by the researcher is the questionnaire, The ready-made statistical program (SPSS.v24) was used, and the research reached several conclusions, including: There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05) for the variable quality of electronic services in banking performance in Rafidain Bank, Public Administration Branch.

Examining the effects of digital marketing on customer purchase decisions was the main goal of this study.Specific objectives guided the study, including the evaluation of digital marketing platforms in Iraq with the ability to impact purchasing decisions and the identification of product categories that customers purchased on digital media platforms. Although the corporation is not completely responsible for the purchase choice process of consumers, It is a comprehensive procedure that takes into account psychological aspects, social influence, word-of-mouth, cultural values, and financial level. A total of 250 questionnaires were delivered, with the exclusion of the unfinished surveys, and 220 usable samples were obtained, yielding an overall response rate of 88%. Multiple regressions, reliability tests, correlation tests, and descriptive analysis were all employed in this study. The findings of this study also demonstrated the major effect of digital marketing on customer purchase decisions, including social media marketing and mobile marketing. Hypothesis testing, however, showed that various well-known digital marketing platforms in Iraq had an impact on students' behavior. Through digital media platforms, students in Iraq make purchases across a wide range of product categories, and digital marketing has an impact. In the end, firms need to implement plans to harness the digital world and technology as well as raise brand recognition through online media in order to compete in today's business climate.

The research dealt with internal auditing as an independent variable and financial performance as a dependent variable, where a sample of managers working in the Trade Bank of Iraq was selected, and their number reached (84) managers. The problem of the research was diagnosed through field interviews conducted by researchers in the bank, and it lies in identifying the extent of the application of financial performance, and the internal audit was proposed to contribute to improving financial performance and through the knowledge possessed by managers in the departments on the one hand, and the relationship that binds the above concepts on the other hand. The research sought to achieve a number of goals, the most important of which are: the extent to which internal audit contributions to activating financial performance, and to test the influence relationship between the internal audit variable and the financial performance in the bank. The analytical and descriptive approach was adopted in the research, and to achieve these goals, the researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to test the research hypothesis in the practical aspect of the research, and they used research and studies that are at the heart of the research topic in the theoretical aspect, and they used the applied statistical program (SPSS.v24) to test and analyze the impact hypothesis among the research variables. There is a positive and impactful relationship to the internal audit variable in the financial performance variable in the Trade Bank of Iraq.

This study aims to examine the form of language code, literary code, cultural code in the novel Puya Ke Puya by Faisal Oddang as teaching materials for prose fiction literature study programs in universities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are documentation with reading and listening techniques, and recording techniques. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely data identification, data classification, description, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the language codes used in the Puya Ke Puya novel were the use of regional languages in the form of greetings, kinship elements, everyday vocabulary and the use of foreign languages, literary codes depicted in words with connotations and figurative meanings, cultural codes in the novels concerned the system. The culture that exists among the Toraja people such as social organization systems, living equipment systems and technology, and religious systems.

This study aims to analyze the site structure of houses and their supporting facilities for zones that face the waters of Lakkang Island, to analyze the attractiveness and tourist visits that can influence the development of supporting functions for residents' activities in the waterfront area of Lakkang Island, and to develop a structuring strategy. This research employs observation, interviews, documentation surveys, and theoretical studies as data gathering methods. Spatial, comparative, and SWOT analysis are used as study methods. According to the findings of the study, the site structure of houses in water-oriented zones consists of water zones, such as rivers, ponds, and mangrove vegetation, which are the center of community activities such as fishing and farming, river border zones, such as rice fields, and settlements in the region. Located on the riverside, where the rice fields on Lakkang Island can only be harvested once a year, and where the villages along the river boundary consist of 35 homes fewer than 100 meters apart. The settlement zone and its supports, i.e. the pattern and orientation of buildings, tend to be linear, following the road and river, with street-facing orientation predominating. The type is characterized by non-stilt structures, whereas permanent structures dominate the construction materials. Bamboo groves are often utilized as photo locations, and there is a bunker on home property.

The world is divided into various countries. These countries have their own policy for economic development. There are various methods for determining economic development out of that one method or one measure is Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Every country has their own GDP which measure the performance of economy. For this study gross domestic product per capita in United States dollar has been analyzed with selected Asian countries based on respective nation's population as on 2021. The study period is considered from 2015 to 2021. For identify difference among per capita GDP of selected nations one way ANOVA tool has been used as statistical parameter. The major finding of the study indicated as China saw increasing trend of per capital GDP for selected time period. India indicated fluctuating trend of per capita GDP for the study period. Out of selected countries Pakistan indicated lowest per capital GDP from selected countries. On an average performance of Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam in concern with per capita GDP was same during the study period. Japan indicated highest per capital GDP out of selected countries.

The tourism sector is currently the leading sector of local governments in an effort to develop their regions. South Minahasa Regency, which is rich in tourism potential, establishes a tourism village policy by taking into account the potential of the village. The tourism village policy is expected in addition to managing tourism objects that are owned through local wisdom as well as in an effort to increase community and regional income. By using a qualitative design, it was found that the implementation of tourism village policies in South Minahasa Regency had not been carried out properly judging from the aspects of policy content, implementing organizations and the policy environment. To be able to make the tourism village policy in South Minahasa Regency well implemented, improvements are needed in the preparation and implementation of tourism infrastructure development programs in the village by the South Minahasa Regency Government, strengthening the potential of rural communities through training in making typical village products to support tourism activities, and involving interest groups. such as tourism actors and the private sector to invest in tourism locations.

The purpose of this study is to understand the role of social and digital media on sport marketing and its effect on football in Iraq. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected by a questionnaire. Questionnaire was sent to 200 people, and they were all contacted for responses. Most of the respondents use social media (SM) as their favorite over traditional media, which suggests that the influence of SM in the life of Iraqi people is more than traditional media. Maximum respondent use facebook for their social activities through SM. Almost all respondents like, comment or share the SM posts and active on posting messages, watching the ads on SM. SM also helps respondents to get more information and they feel more connected to the brand sponsoring football clubs. Respondents also inspiring SM campaigns of sponsoring football clubs and purchase the product of that company which is promoted by their favourite player or team or club. Thus, SM and digital media plays an important role in sports marketing strategies in Iraq for major retail brands, as it allows consumers to stay update with the latest products as well as their promotions and allows them to engage in a wide range of football events and even hear from their football sport idols

A pandemic is one of many types of disasters that must be considered in emergency response planning. Currently the Covid-19 pandemic is sweeping the world, including Indonesia, so there is increasing concern about urban settlements that have high density and vulnerability to Covid-19 because housing is one of the important factors during the pandemic. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to conduct a study on a sustainable urban settlement model that is resilient to pandemics so that it can facilitate and overcome pandemic cases that have or will occur. Resilient housing is a residential area or residence inhabited by people who are ready to face any threat, including Covid-19. The research location is a residential real estate located in the city of Makassar. The research method used is multiple regression, t test and f test. As a result, the most influential factor on the security of housing residents during the pandemic is supervision, while the most influential factor in increasing the transmission of Covid-19 is the vulnerability of socio-economic mix, both of which are the most dominant variables in increasing housing resilience to the pandemic. There are various control strategies with a pandemic resilient sustainable housing model, namely increasing supervision, limiting socio-economic mixing, principles of resilience and sustainability.
