EVALUASI KINERJA PRAKTIKUM TITRASI ASAM BASA DENGAN TEKNIK SELF ASSESMENT MAHASISWA FKIP UNIMAL 对学生FKIP UNIMAL的酸酸评估工作

The aim of this study was to determine the ability performance of FKIP Unimal chemical education students by the using of practicum performance appraisal with self assessment techniques as well as knowing the response of students related to practical performance assessment with self assessment techniques. Self assessment is an assessment of self competence. This study was motivated by the fact that the assessment carried out in practicum activities was still centered on the lecturer and only limited to knowledge that had not been assessed by performance and did not involve students as subjects but only objects of assessment. Type of this study is descriptive qualitative. This study was conducted to describe the findings of the use of performance assessment with self assessment techniques in chemical practicum. The study was carried out at the FKIP Unimal chemical education department for students who took 23 basic chemistry labs. The result was obtained from the instrument of performance appraisal sheets and questionnaire sheets for student responses. Data analysis on the ability of practicum performance and student response of self assessment was analyzed by using percentage techniques. Based on the results of the study showed that the ability of student practicum performance by the assessment of self assessment techniques consisted of very high was about 13.04%; high was about 47.83%; and sufficient was about 39.13%. The student responses to the using of performance appraisal with self assessment techniques showed the results that most students agreed and felt happy with the self-assessment. The conclusion of this study was the students were able to assess performance with self assessment techniques and provide a positive response related to the performance assessment with self assessment techniques.
本研究的目的是利用自我评估技术进行实习绩效评估,并了解学生对自我评估技术进行实践绩效评估的反应,以确定FKIP动物化学教育学生的能力表现。自我评价是对自我能力的评价。本研究的动机是,在实习活动中进行的评估仍然以讲师为中心,只局限于未被绩效评估的知识,没有将学生作为主体而只是评估对象。本研究类型为描述性定性研究。本研究旨在描述在化工实习中使用自我评估技术进行绩效评估的结果。这项研究是在FKIP动物化学教育系对参加23个基础化学实验的学生进行的。结果是从学生的反应的绩效评估表和问卷表的工具获得的。采用百分比法对实习表现能力和学生自我评价反应进行数据分析。基于研究结果表明,学生实习表现中自我评价技术所占的评价能力非常高,约为13.04%;高位约为47.83%;充分度约为39.13%。学生对使用自我评估技术进行绩效评估的反应表明,大多数学生同意并对自我评估感到满意。本研究的结论是学生能够使用自我评估技术来评估绩效,并对使用自我评估技术进行绩效评估提供积极的回应。

ANALISIS KADAR KAFEIN DALAM MINUMAN KOPI KHOP ACEH DENGAN METODE SPEKTROSKOPIK 光谱法分析复制品ACEH微量拷贝中CAFEIN

In addition of being dubbed as the city of "Serambi Mekah", Aceh is also famous as the city of "Thousand Coffee Shops". One of coffee dish that attracts consumers' is khop coffee (read: kopi khop) because it is served with a glass dish upside down. The khop coffee, a typical coffee drink from Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, is served by reversing the glass that has been filled with coarse coffee powder on top of the pan. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to conduct a special study on the analysis of unique taste-determining compounds in khop coffee to elevate the local wisdom of the Acehnese to the scientific region. The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of caffeine compounds of khop coffee due to the modification of coffee powder diameter by using the thin layer chromatography (TLC) method and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. This study used four types of samples with diameter variations coffee, namely original, fine, medium, and coarse. The four samples were extracted with boiling hot water according to the same conditions when the bartender served it (90 °C) followed by liquid-liquid extraction using chloroform solvent. Dry extract was analyzed by using TLC followed by a UV-Vis spectrometer. The results showed that the concentrations of original, fine, medium, and coarse coffee were respectively 57.85%; 17.61%; 1.29%; and 0.83%.

ANALISA HIDROKUINON DALAM KRIM DOKTER SECARA SPEKTROFOTOMETRI UV-VIS UV-VIS摄谱分析

Cosmetics is products used to enhance the appearance of face. Various kinds of cosmetic products are increasingly emerging at this time. One kind of cosmetic is whitening cream. The whitening cream contains of an active substance used to tint black spots on the skin. The active substance which often used in cosmetics is hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is a class of hard drugs whose use must be based on a doctor's prescription. The use of hydroquinone is prohibited on cosmetic preparations that are sold freely, but may be used if under the supervision of a physician 2% (BPOM, 2007). The aim of this study was to determine the existence and level of hydroquinone in whitening cream. The results of the analysis showed that samples A, B, C, D, E, F, H and I were positive for hydroquinone with percentage of hydroquinone was about 0.000168%, 0.000319%, 0.000309%, 0.001188%, 0.00392%, 0.000058%, 0.000521%, 0.000899%, whereas the G sample was not detected.

The aim of this study was to improve the learning outcomes and the student activity in the learning process of Chemistry in SMAN 1 Indrapuri of XI IPA 1 class. The solution to improve the student achievement was by the application of peer tutoring methods. This research was conducted in two cycles of 23 students. The technique of collecting data was conducted by the observation of teachers and collaborators. The KKM value of Chemistry lessons in this school is 65. Based on the results of the Cycle I was obtained around 65.21% passed the KKM with an average value of 61.3. The results of the cycle II showed the learning completeness as much as 100% with an average value of 72.4. This showed that the method of peer tutoring is successful in improving student learning outcomes. The student activity also increases with the presence of peer tutors. This showed that the use of peer tutors can improve student activity and student learning outcomes.

UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN DAUN BENALU KOPI (Loranthus Ferrugineus Roxb.) DENGAN METODE DPPH (1,1 – Difenil -2- Pikrilhidrazil) 检测咖啡寄生虫的抗氧化剂活性(Loranthus ferruginus Roxb)DPPH方法(1 -2- 2- pikril肼)

The study about antioxidant activity test of coffee parasite leaves (Loranthus ferrugineus Roxb.) by 1,1-diphenyl-2-pikrilhidrazyl (DPPH) method has been done. The aim of this study was to determine the content and activity of secondary metabolites, flavonoids and antioxidant, which found in the coffee parasite leaves. Dry powder of parasite coffee leaves (Loranthus ferrugineus Roxb.) as much as 0.5 kg were macerated by 2 L of ethanol solvent at room temperature for 4 x 24 hours, then mixed and filtered. Ethanol filtrate was evaporated at 30-40°C by using a rotary evaporator to obtain the crude extract of coffee parasite leaves. The results of the phytochemical screening showed positively that the extract was containing alkaloid, flavonoids, saponins, tannins and steroid compounds.The results of the antioxidant activity test by using DPPH method was obtained that the amount of antioxidant activity of the samples of ethanol extract had a very strong antioxidant activity against radical DPPH 0.05 mM, with IC50 values was obtained 6.063 ppm. Whereas, for comparison of ascorbic acid was about 3.127 ppm.

In the learning process, most students have difficulties to understand the chemistry subject that delivered by the teacher. One thing that caused the difficulties of student learning was the minimum used of an appropriate learning model by the the teacher. This study was conducted to know the influence of Two Stay Two Stray learning model towards the improving of student learning result of Oxidation and Reduction Reaction Material, the student activity, and student response towards the study model of Two Stay Two Stray in SMA Bina Bangsa. The sample in this research was the students in class X of SMA Bina Bangsa. This research used the quantitative approach with a design research of Pre-Eksperimen. Data collection was done by multiple choice test, observation and student response questionnaire. The result showed that there was an increasing in student learning that taught by using learning model of Two Stay Two Stray at the test of normality with a significant level X2 count < X2 table or 1.467 < 11,1 states that the test has a normal distribution, whereas the t test with significance level of Tcount > Ttable or 8.251 > 2.13 that states there was an influence towards the students study research by using the Two Stay Two Stray model, while by n-Gain test the average students reaches the high criteria. The observation result of student activity has increased from 79.14% at the 1st meeting to become 88.33% at the 2nd meeting, the students also have a positive response towards the application of Two Stay Two Stray model study on Oxidation and Reduction Reaction material, with the student response percentage of “Yes” was 84% which means the students were interested with the Two Stay Two Stray model study.
在学习过程中,大部分学生对老师讲授的化学课有理解困难。造成学生学习困难的一件事是老师很少使用适当的学习模式。本研究旨在了解两待两散学习模式对SMA Bina Bangsa学生氧化还原反应材料学习效果的提高、学生的积极性以及学生对两待两散学习模式的反应的影响。本研究的样本为SMA Bina Bangsa X班的学生。本研究采用定量方法,对实验前期进行设计研究。数据收集采用多项选择测验、观察法和学生回答问卷法。结果表明,学生的学习,有越来越教通过学习模式两个呆两个流浪的正态性检验和显著水平X2计数< X2表或1.467 < 11日1的测试有一个正态分布,而t检验的显著性水平Tcount > Ttable或8.251 > 2.13,有一个对学生学习的影响的研究通过使用两个呆两个流浪模型,而通过n-Gain测试,平均学生达到了高标准。学生活动的观察结果从第一次会议的79.14%上升到第二次会议的88.33%,学生对氧化还原反应材料的Two Stay Two Stray模型研究的应用也有积极的反应,学生的反应百分比为€œYes—为84%,说明学生对Two Stay Two Stray模型研究很感兴趣。

The observations result of the students of SMA Negeri 16 Banda Aceh, showing that the student were less motivated in learning process, they prefer to play and engrossed by their own activities, there were only several students whose really enthusiastic about the material being studied. In order of learning in the classroom went well, so that needs to be innovated the learning activities by using. One of the innovations was used, namely the instructional media, while the learning media that used was the dominoes card and the crossword puzzles. This study aimed to see the effectiveness of learning media on student learning outcomes in learning chemistry by using Dominoes card and crossword puzzle media. This research was the experimental, the research of this research was the student of XI-1 class student experiment class I (dominoes card media) and class XI-2 as experiment class II (crossword puzzle), with total sample was about 37 students. The sample selection based on Purpossive Sampling technique. The instruments used in the form of written tests consist of 20 multiple choice questions with cognitive competence level C1 (knowledge), C2 (understanding), and C3 (application), group worksheet (LKK) in the form of card media and a crossword puzzle, and implementation plan learning (RPP). The data collection techniques were by pretest and posttest, and then analyzed were by using the normality test, homogeneity test, and T test on hypothesis test with 19-version version of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) program. The results showed that there was no significant difference to the learning outcomes of students who were taught using domino card media and TTS media. It can be concluded that the domino card media and TTS media are very effective in improving the learning outcomes of the students of SMA Negeri 16 Banda Aceh.

The aim of this research was to increase the entrepreneurship interest and student learning result of chemistry learning process, The innovation and renewal in Chemo-Entrepreneurship (CEP) approach which is related to real objects (contextual) were needed so that the children were motivated and interested to learn chemistry. This research was implemented by IPA-2 students of SMAN I Bukit school that Bener Meriah District. The sample of this research was about 25 students. The research design used was the Class Action Research (PTK) which consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by observation, pre test, post test, and questionnaire. The result of this research for the students' learning outcomes in the 1st cycle was showing that the student learning completeness about 36% with an average value about 63.77%, and in the 2nd cycle was obtained about being 84% complete value with an average value about 82.7%. Based on the result showing that the success of students increased in the 2nd cycle and student responses positively about 83.2%. The interest of the students of entrepreneurship interest was increased from 20% in 1st cycle to 47% in 2nd cycle and it turned out students who stated positively about 83.2% the student interest increased from I to cycle II i.e. 20% to 70%. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the interest and learning outcomes were increased by the influence of CEP approaches.

Tea is one of kind drink that most be preferred and consumed the tea community around the world, even most common of the community utilized tea as a healthy drink because it contains antioxidants. Antioxidants can protect cells from damage that caused by the unstable molecules. The determination of tea temperature and optimum time were aimed to know how the influence of the caffeine content of antioxidants, tannin and chatecine. In a flood expected to contain low caffeine levels with high polyphenols.The method in this research was an extraction method that analyzed by using UV-Vis a spectrophotometer. The results showed that the lowest caffeine level was at a temperature 70°C for 15 minutes of 0.51 %, the highest levels of tannin was at the brewing temperature 70°C for 5 minutes of 4.783 %, the highest cetacean levels were at the brewing temperature 85°C for 5 minutes of 1.14 %. So that, the optimum condition was obtained at the brewing temperature70°C for 5 minutes, which have antioxidant activity about 56.75%.

PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR KIMIA KELAS XII SMA/MA SEMESTER II TERINTERNALISASI NILAI KARAKTER SESUAI DENGAN KURIKULUM 2013 XII-SMA/SMA-sesterii内化条件下化学活性的应用

The aim of this research was: (1) to give the standardization of BSNP information from a chemistry text book of the 2nd semester in class XII that internalized by character value in accordance with the curriculum development of 2013, (2) to see the result of learning and to know the result of students' attitude observation in the learning process. The benefits of this research was the existence of textbooks that fit into BSNP standard has been already good and adding the scientific information. The method used in this research was: Research and Development method by using BSNP Standardization in the chemistry book that validated by chemistry teacher in Langsa city and the application test in book development and doing observation process toward student attitude to learning. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that: (1) the development of textbooks has fulfilled the standard of content feasibility assessment with a score about 4.18, score language about 4.64, presentation of score about 4.6 and graphic book or score about 4.5, so it was valid. (2) the students learning outcomes by using this book book indicate the increasing of students' knowledge from the average score of pretest score of 43.3 to postes of 91.66. (3) The result of the attitude assessment was shown from the observation value to the student discussion attitude with the cooperation was score about 2.4, the curiosity score about 2.8, attitude score about 2.6 and communication score about 3.1. The conclusions of this research, were: (1) the result of the book development has been very feasible to use, (2) the increasing of student learning outcomes equal to 84.78%. (3) There is a change in student character to be better.
本研究的目的是:(1)根据2013年课程发展要求,对12班下学期化学课本中被性格价值内化的BSNP信息进行标准化处理;(2)查看学习结果,了解学生在学习过程中态度观察的结果。这项研究的好处是符合BSNP标准的教科书的存在已经很好,并且增加了科学信息。本研究采用的方法是:采用Langsa市化学教师验证过的化学教材中BSNP标准化的研究开发方法,在教材开发中进行应用测试,并对学生的学习态度做观察过程。根据所做的研究,发现:(1)教材开发达到了内容可行性评估的标准,得分约为4.18分,语言得分约为4.64分,呈现得分约为4.6分,绘本或得分约为4.5分,是有效的。(2)学生使用本教材的学习成果表明,学生的知识水平从前测平均分43.3分提高到91.66分。(3)态度评估结果显示,从观察值来看,学生与合作的讨论态度得分约为2.4分,好奇心得分约为2.8分,态度得分约为2.6分,沟通得分约为3.1分。本研究的结论是:(1)图书开发的结果已经非常可行,(2)学生学习成果的提高等于84.78%。学生的性格发生了变化,变得更好了。
