AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi yang cepat pada saat ini membuat banyak perubahan proses bisnis hampir semua sektor termasuk pendidikan, sehingga kegiatan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual sekarang bisa dilakukan secara otomatis menggunakan sebuah sistem/teknologi informasi. Salah satu contoh perkembangan teknologi yang saat ini banyak dikembangkan adalah website. Di dalam sektor pendidikan misalnya sekarang banyak instansi pendidikan yang mempunyai sebuah website sebagai pintu gerbang utama yang digunakan untuk berbagai macam kebutuhan. Dengan adanya website untuk memberikan kemudahan, tetapi juga dibutuhkan pengukuran bagaimana kemudahan penggunaan sebuah website, utamanya jika pengguna masih awam khususnya dari bidang bukan IT. Begitu juga dengan program studi Sistem Informasi UNIPMA yang mempunyai sebuah website untuk menyediakan bermacam informasi khususnya kepada mahasiswa. Seiring bertambahnya layanan dan informasi dari website tersebut, maka penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengukur tingkat kebergunaan dan kemudahan dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang terdiri dari 10 pernyataan untuk responden. Responden diambil dari mahasiswa semester 1 (satu) dengan jumlah 17 mahasiswa yang merupakan mahasiswa baru dan didominasi berasal dari lulusan bukan IT. Hasil pengukuran dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website prodi Sistem Informasi UNIPMA termasuk ke dalam penilaian sifat (adjective) dengan kategori Good dan penilaian tingkat penerimaan (acceptable) dengan kategori Acceptable.Kata kunci: website, usability, system usability scaleAbstract[Usability Website Analysis Of Information Systems Study Program UNIPMA Using The System Usability Scale Method] The rapid development of technology at this time made many changes to business processes in almost all sectors including education, so that activities that were previously carried out manually can now be carried out automatically using a system/information technology. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Rekomendasi Reksa Dana Obligasi Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) 债券基金推荐方案支持系统使用简单的附表Weighting)

Mutual funds are one of the alternative investments for people who have limited capital, time and financial management because the public funds that have been collected in mutual funds are managed by professional investment managers. For types of mutual funds that have moderate or moderate risk, it is a type of bond mutual fund. One of the places to buy and sell mutual funds online is the Bibit application. In the Bibit application as of April 2022, there are 32 bond mutual fund products. Of the many bond mutual fund products that exist, the public or investors have difficulty in choosing the best bond mutual fund product. Therefore, to choose the best bond mutual fund product, a web-based decision support system is needed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm. SAW was chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute which is then continued with the ranking process in selecting the best alternative. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based decision support system application that is responsive and can provide recommendations for the best bond mutual funds with a ranking system.

Evaluation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Control Range System using Lora-Based Communication System using Path Loss 基于路径损失的基于lora通信系统的无人机控制距离系统评估

This research aims to evaluate the communication system between the ground control system and the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) using the Lora communication system based on its Path Loss data. Lora itself is a 433 MHz-based communication system used for very long-distance communication. As we know, today UAV market used a 2.4 GHz-based communication system because it is cheaper than using 433MHz. But, although it is cheaper than 433MHz, a lot of devices used the same frequency like WiFi systems and another wireless electrical components. That condition creates a lot of signal interference so communication between the ground control system and the UAV becomes shorter. 433MHz is not a new technology for a communication system, this frequency is usually used for radio news and long-range data logging. It is rarely used 433 MHz frequency for transmitting a big package of data because 433 MHz frequency has a slow data transfer rate but has a long data transfer distance. From testing, we got an improvement of control range more than twice with Lo-Ra 433 MHz compared to the 2.4 GHz module..

Analisis Sentimen Opini Masyarakat Terhadap Virus Omicron Di Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Naïve Bayes 情绪分析——印尼社会对抗奥密克戎病毒的朴素贝叶斯方法

[Analysis Of News Sentiment And Public Opinion On Omicron Virus In Indonesia Using The Naïve Bayes Method] The Covid-19 virus continues to mutate to form new variants. The last detected variant, the Omicron variant, is known as the B.1.1.529 variant. This variant was first reported from South Africa on 24 November 2021 and has now spread worldwide. In July 2022 Omicron cases experienced a spike. This has led to a lot of public opinion, especially on social media, about the omicron virus. This study aims to classify public opinion on the emergence of the Omicron virus on Twitter and YouTube social media into positive, negative and neutral classes. The method used in this study is the naïve Bayes algorithm. Naïve Bayes is a method that can be used to classify public opinion sentiment. The results of sentiment analysis research using naïve Bayes produce an accuracy rate of 0.82%. Then the model was tested to read public opinion on Twitter from 5 October 2022 to 27 October 2022. The results for Twitter user sentiment on the keyword Covid 19 were dominated by positive sentiment with a percentage of 85%. And sentiment with the keyword Omicron is still dominated by positive sentiment with a percentage of 49%. It was stated that the results of the classification on data for October 2022 meant that people were much more optimistic about the disappearance of the Omicron virus. Henceforth this research can be improved by adding data or using a different algorithm or implementing an existing algorithm

Classification of Rice Quality Using Backpropagation Based on Shape and Color 基于形状和颜色的背传稻米品质分类

The distribution of mixed rice on the market makes it difficult for consumers to determine the rice quality. In determining rice quality, the consumers consider and compare the texture, size and shape, color, aroma, purity, and homogeneity manually. This process is prone to errors and mistakes, due to the limited ability of each human's vision. Therefore, a method to determine the quality of rice automatically based on the physical characteristics of rice is needed. In this paper, we proposed an automatic rice quality classification method using backpropagation based on the shape and color of the rice. There are four parameters used to determine the classification process, namely compactness, circularity, mean, and skewness. Compactness and circularity were used to determine the ratio between the whole rice and broken rice. While mean and skewness were used to determine the color distribution of the rice. Experiments have been performed on 100 images consisting of 50 premium and 50 medium rice images. The experimental results show that the proposed method can classify rice based on its shape and color effectively with an accuracy rate of 95%.

Therefore, a method to determine the quality of rice automatically based on the physical characteristics of rice is needed. In this paper, we proposed an automatic rice quality classification method using backpropagation based on the shape and color of the rice. There are four parameters used to determine the classification process, namely compactness, circularity, mean, and skewness. Compactness and circularity were used to determine the ratio between the whole rice and broken rice. While mean and skewness were used to determine the color distribution of the rice. Experiments have been performed on 100 images consisting of 50 premium and 50 medium rice images. [Application of Augmented Reality Technology in Recognition of Computer Hardware for Learning Media to Increase Learning Interest in SMK TKJ Students] The Covid-19 pandemic causes learning to carried out independently and limitations of students media. Students need a learning media that can help to understanding the material. Augmented reality are an option to help students learn. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of using augmented reality and knowing student interest in learning at class X TKJ at SMK PGRI 2 Malang. The research uses the Research and Development, model of making applications using Adobe XD, unity, and Vuforia. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and giving questionnaires. The research data were analyzed by Aiken's V method for media testing by experts with average results of 0.635 and 0.822 by users, 0.722 by material experts that overall category are suitable for use. The results is increasing student interest in learning with the Paired t-test method obtained of Pre-test scores of 606 with an average of 30.3 then increase in Post-test to 436 with an average of 21.8 with a ranking number model that the fewer scores the higher the student's interest in learning. The conclusion of this study is that the application of Augmented Reality technology for learning media can be used to increase student interest in learning.

[Assessment of Academic Information Systems Using Technology Acceptance Model] Akademi Komunikasi Radya Binatama (AKRB) processes data and information using the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). SIAKAD integrating the information systems from several parts. Data are collected, processed, and presented to provide the information needed to make decisions for the institution. Since implemented in 2018, SIAKAD has never been evaluated regarding the use of SIAKAD. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is the choice in evaluating the application of SIAKAD AKRB, by examining the effect of each construct. Respondents of this study were 40 users of SIAKAD in AKRB. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) used to analyze the research data shows that the application of SIAKAD with the TAM method which has the highest t-statistical value of 2.855 is construct attitude toward using the system which has a major impact on the IT acceptance construct. From the resulting value, it can be concluded that the use of the AKRB academic information system can be accepted by staff and lecturers to support the process of learning activities.

Rekomendasi Daerah Penyalur Tenaga Kesehatan Covid-19 Dengan Menggunakan Skyline Query 使用天际线推荐卫生分配器区域Covid-19

COVID-19 telah mengakibatkan banyak korban jiwa tidak hanya masyarakat biasa, namun juga tenaga kesehatan. Kurang lebih ratusan tenaga kesehatan meninggal dunia dalam tugas. Cukup tingginya tenaga kesehatan yang terinfeksi dan meninggal memberikan dampak terhadap ketersedian jumlah tenaga kesehatan pada suatu daerah khusunya rumah sakit. Salah satu solusi untuk mengantisipasi ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yaitu dengan meminta bantuan tenaga kesehatan pada daerah yang minim resiko.Permohonan bantuan tenaga kesehatan kepada daerah minim resikodapat dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi daerah minim resiko dengan menggunakan skyline query. Skyline query bekerja dengan mengidentifikasi daerah yang potensial untuk dijadikan sebagai daerah pembantu tenaga kesehatan. Skyline query dalam penelitian ini menggunakan preferensi pada tiga atribut. Preferensi maksimum digunakan untuk atribut tingkat kesembuhan pasien dari COVID-19. Preferensi minimum digunakan untuk atribut jumlah meninggal dan jumlah positif kasus COVID-19. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengidentifikasi daerah yang menjadi prioritas untuk dimintai bantuan kesehatan. Rata-rata jumlah daerah prioritas yang menjadi objek skyline berjumlah 14 daerah. Jumlah objek skyline bergantung pada atribut yang mendekati preferensi. Semakin banyak daerah dengan kasus positif rendah, kasus meninggal rendah dan kasus meninggal tinggi maka semakin banyak daerah priroitas yang menjadi pembantu tenaga kesehatan.

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang gim sekarang sudah sangat pesat terutama pada gim balapan. Gim balapan memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pemain sebuah pengalaman yang menantang dan menyenangkan dalam sebuah balapan melawan mobil yang dikendalikan oleh gim tersebut atau biasa disebut dengan Non-Player Character (NPC). Pengembangan gim balapan tentunya tidak dapat lepas dari pengembangan NPC sebagai lawan main dari pemain. Pada umumnya NPC dikembangkan menggunakan metode waypoint untuk navigasi dalam melintasi trek balapan. Kekurangan dalam metode waypoint adalah harus diatur secara manual untuk setiap trek dan memakan waktu yang lama untuk mengatur waypoint pada setiap trek. Begitu juga untuk membuat NPC balap yang kompetitif dibutuhkan desain rule base yang kompleks. Peneliti mengusulkan menggunakan metode machine learning untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Unity3D menyediakan sebuah open-source API bernama Unity ML-Agents yang dapat digunakan untuk melatih NPC. NPC dilatih menggunakan metode reinforcement learning dengan Unity ML-Agents yang bertujuan untuk melatih NPC dengan cara memberikan reward agar mencapai hasil yang optimal. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan memanfaatkan Unity ML-Agents adalah NPC yang dapat melintasi berbagai macam trek dan dapat menghindari tabrakan.
