Pengamanan Citra Dengan Operator Algoritma Genetika 通过遗传算法载体保护图像

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi komputer yang semakin pesat tentu diperlukan teknik pengamanan data baik data teks maupun data citra. Pengamanan data menjadi hal yang sangat penting agar data yang dikirimkan tetap terjaga kerahasiaannya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas tentang Operator Algoritma Genetika dalam mengamankan data citra. Operator tersebut adalah crossover dan mutasi. Kunci yang digunakan berupa citra yang akan mengalami pergeseran bit. Proses enkripsi dengan Operator Algoritma Genetika menghasilkan citra yang terlihat acak dan  susah untuk ditebak gambar aslinya. Proses dekripsi dengan Operator Algoritma Genetika dapat mengembalikan cipher image menjadi citra yang sebenarnya. Analisis keamanan dari metode yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa algoritma aman dari serangan analisis frekuensi dibuktikan dengan analisis histogram, analisis diferensial dengan rata-rata NPCR 99,65% dan UACI 32,41%,  dan  analisis korelasi dengan rata-rata sebesar -0,01. Pengembangan Aplikasi Rekomendasi Hotel di Bali Dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting 使用简单的adpleve Weighting方法开发巴厘岛酒店推荐应用程序

Abstrak Bali merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata favorit bagi wisatawan. Salah satu permasalahan yang kerap dihadapi wisatawan adalah mencari hotel yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka selama berlibur di Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi rekomendasi hotel di Bali dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting, yang merupakan salah satu metode rekomendasi terbaik dan banyak digunakan pada Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Laravel, basis data MySQL, dan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, CSS, dan Javascript. Pengujian pada aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan melakukan uji scenario, uji kepuasan pengguna dan pengukuran usability dari aplikasi. Berdasarkan uji skenario didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa algoritma SAW sudah diimplementasikan dengan benar pada aplikasi. Uji kepuasan pengguna menghasilkan persentase sebesar 71,33%. Pengukuran usability menggunakan USE Questionnaire juga telah dilakukan dan telah memenuhi keempat aspek dalam USE kuesioner, yaitu Usability, Satisfaction, Ease of Use, dan Ease of Learn. Pengujian dan pengukuran ini mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi rekomendasi hotel di Bali dengan metode SAW berbasis web telah dirancang dan dibangun dengan benar, meskipun pengembangan lebih lanjut dari sisi UI/UX aplikasi dapat dilakukan pada penelitian mendatang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. One problem that commonly faced by the tourists is in finding the proper hotel which suitable for their needs during their vacation in Bali. This research aims to develop a hotel recommendation application in Bali using Simple Additive Weighting method, which is one of the best recommendation methods and commonly used for Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). The development of this web-based application is using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript programming language. The test of the application is done by doing the scenario test, user satisfaction test, and usability measurement from the application. The result of the scenario test is that SAW algorithm has been correctly implemented. The user satisfaction test shows 71.33% of satisfaction. Usability measurement using USE questionnaire has also been done and fulfilled the four aspects of USE questionnaire, which are Usability, Satisfaction, Ease of Use, and Ease of Learn. This test and measurement indicate that the web-based application of hotel recommendation in Bali with SAW method has been developed and built well, although a further improvement on the application UI/UX can be done in the future research to increase the user’s satisfaction level. Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Gigi Menggunakan Metode Naive Bayes 系统专家采用天真的贝斯方法对牙齿疾病进行诊断

Abstrak Penyakit yang sering dianggap sepele namun sangat mengganggu adalah penyakit gigi. Umumnya gigi rentan terhadap makanan dan cuaca bila gigi mengalami permasalahan. Dari survey diperoleh sangat minim keinginan penderita sakit gigi berobat ke rumah sakit atau dokter spesialis. Sebuah sistem pakar memperkenalkan implementasi diagnosa penyakit gigi. Sipenderita dapat mengobati sakit gigi dengan arahan dari kommputer (pakar). Pakar sebagai sumber data basis pengetahuan diwakilkan komputer mendiagnosa penyakit. Menurut pakar gigi ada 7 jenis penyakit: Erosi Gigi, Ginggi-vitis, Pulpi-tis, Abses Gigi, Periodo-ntitis, Karies Gigi, Hali-tosis, dan Sindrom Gigi Retak. dengan 37 gejala (dikodekan sesuai kriteria). Dalam Naive Bayes, pengklasifikasian menggunakan metode probabilitas dan statistik. Perhitungan Naive Bayes berdasarkan data penyakit dan data gejala dengan variable Data, Hipotesa dan Probabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah diagnosa terhadap penyakit gigi dengan hasil nilai probabilitas tertinggi. Nilai probabilitas dari gejala penyakit gigi diperoleh berdasarkan pengalaman seorang pakar atau dokter gigi. Dari data yang diuji sesuai kasus diketahui probabilitas Penyakit Halitosis adalah yang tertinggi dari penyakit lain yaitu 0.29646 atau 29.64%. Generally, teeth are susceptible to food and weather when teeth experience problems. From the survey, it was obtained that there was very little desire for dental pain sufferers to go to hospitals or specialists. An expert system introduces the implementation of dental disease diagnoses. Patients can treat toothache with direction from a computer expert. Experts as knowledge base data sources are represented by computers diagnosing disease. According to dental experts, there are seven types of diseases: Dental Erosion, High-Vitis, Pulpitis, Dental Abscess, Periodonitisitis, Dental Caries, Halitosis, and Cracked Tooth Syndrome. with 37 symptoms (encoded according to criteria). In Naive Bayes, the classification uses probability and statistical methods. Naive Bayes calculations are based on disease data and symptom data with variable Data, Hypothesis and Probability. The results of this study are a diagnosis of dental disease with the highest probability value. The probability value of symptoms of dental disease is obtained based on the experience of an expert or dentist. From the data tested according to the case, it is known that the probability of Halitosis is the highest of other diseases, namely 0.29646 or 29.64%. Abstrak Peminatan studi pada STMIK Amik Riau merupakan pilihan minat berdasarkan kemampuan khusus dan ketertarikan mahasiswa. Program studi Teknik Informatika STMIK Amik Riau memiliki dua bidang peminatan, yaitu bisnis dan jaringan. Peminatan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan ketertarikan dari mahasiswa serta harus dipilih dengan baik dan tepat. Pengambilan peminatan sangat berpengaruh terhadap tugas akhir dan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa. Pemilihan peminatan studi oleh mahasiswa saat ini hanya mengikuti teman dan tidak berdasarkan kemampuan, sehingga sebuah Sistem klasifikasi peminatan merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pemilihan peminatan pada program studi karena dianggap mampu memberikan rekomendasi pemintan yang baik dan tepat. Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) merupakan algoritma klasifikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai solusi dalam pengelompokan data.  Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan diperoleh dari nilai mata kuliah prasyarat selama semester satu hingga semester lima. Data diolah dengan membangun aplikasi yang menerapkan algoritma K-NN menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil keluaran sistem memiliki akurasi 100% dibandingkan hasil perhitungan manual menggunakan Ms. Excel. Pengujian menggunakan tools RapidMiner untuk mengukur performa algoritma. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap 183 data latih dan 100 data uji menyatakan algoritma K-NN memiliki performa dengan hasil Acuracy, Recall, Precision, F Measure, dan Clasificassion Error dengan nilai 98%, 100%, 100%, 91.67%, dan 2%. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi peminatan studi kepada mahasiswa Teknik Informatika STMIK Amik Riau. Pengenalan Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia (BISINDO) Untuk Karakter Huruf Dengan Menggunakan Microsoft Kinect 基于Microsoft Kinect的字母印尼语信号语言识别(BISINDO)

Language is a tool used by humans to communicate between each others. Every human being was born in the world has the ability to communicate in accordance with his mother's language but not all humans are born with good communication skills, one of them is a person with special needs. Sign language is a communication device used by people in need a in communicating with other people. This language uses the body's members to communicate, one way to communicate is to use members of the body that is the hand. Every movement that is done will have a different meaning. In decades, the research in sign language is experiencing a very rapid development. In this study shows the introduction of sign language for character characters using Microsoft Kinect and the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) method. For data are taken from the (Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia) BISINDO dictionary. The results of this research is the level of accuracy of the introduction of letters.
语言是人类用来相互交流的工具。每个出生在世界上的人都有能力按照他母亲的语言进行交流,但并不是所有的人都天生具有良好的沟通技巧,其中之一就是有特殊需要的人。手语是需要帮助的人与他人交流时使用的一种交流工具。这种语言使用身体的成员进行交流,交流的一种方式是使用身体的成员,也就是手。每一个动作都有不同的含义。近几十年来,手语研究经历了非常迅速的发展。本研究展示了使用微软Kinect和隐马尔可夫模型(HMM)方法为字符字符引入手语。数据取自(印尼语)BISINDO字典。这项研究的结果是字母介绍的准确性水平。

Sales Transaction Result Analysis for Increase Prediction of Income 用于收入增长预测的销售交易结果分析

The use of data that has long stored in the information system can be utilized to know information that supports decision-making activities. One of them is sales transaction data. During this time, the case of sales transaction data is rarely analyzed to be taken into consideration when taking a decision, such as analyzing the transaction data. The prediction analysis of the transaction should analyze the inflation factors that affect earnings. It is predicted that inflation will lead to an increase in the price of basic necessities which can also lead to employers tend to raise the price of products to be sold. Therefore, this research focuses to analyze sales transaction data at a restaurant. Where the data used is data that has been stored for 3 years within the period 2015-2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality comparison of sales predictions of sales between years with regard to inflation based on changes in selling prices. The result of the study is known that the prediction of goods sold with actual data in the following year is quite significant and the prediction of income is not affected by the inflation based on price comparison.

Analisis Model Pengembangan Telecenter Guna Mewujudkan Desa Pintar di Indonesia

The success of the implementation of smart villages is based on the success of the village in carrying out digital transformation with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as the driver. As a result, villages need an ICT development center which is better known as telecentre. Telecentres contribute to the social and economic development of villages with ICT as the key. In Indonesia, the establishment of telecentres is increasingly prevalent, but until now it was felt that it still did not show its success. The difficulties that arise are, constraints on information and financial management to pay for connectivity, equipment maintenance and telecentre staff salaries. The purpose of this study is to provide a telecentre development model in the form of a Village-Owned Enterprise based on hybrid organizational theory. This research approach was carried out qualitatively with a case study of Lamahu Village, Bone Bolango, Gorontalo. The process of collecting data through interviews, and the results of interviews were analyzed by interpretation into hybrid organizational theory. The results showed that the telecentre development needs to review 3 aspects, namely (1) the establishment of telecentres must have a mission as a social enterprise engaged in the implementation of ICT-based appropriate technology, (2) telecentres in the form of a legal entities Village Owned Enterprise so that they have the opportunity to obtain financial resources from  external (CSR) and internal (village funds) and finally (3) telecentre human resources must involve the village community from origin so that they can help the effectiveness of interaction and ensure the sustainability of ICT adoption.
智慧村能否成功实施,取决于村庄能否成功开展以信息通信技术(ICT)为驱动的数字化转型。因此,村庄需要一个信息通信技术发展中心,也就是更广为人知的电信中心。电信中心以信息通信技术为关键,促进农村的社会和经济发展。在印度尼西亚,建立远程中心的情况日益普遍,但直到现在人们仍然认为它没有显示出成功。出现的困难是,信息和财务管理在支付连接、设备维护和电信中心工作人员工资方面受到限制。本研究的目的是提供一个基于混合组织理论的村办企业形式的电信中心发展模型。本研究方法以Gorontalo Bone Bolango的Lamahu村为例进行了定性研究。通过访谈收集数据的过程,并将访谈结果解释为混合组织理论进行分析。研究结果表明,远程中心的发展需要审视三个方面,即(1)建立远程中心必须具有作为社会企业从事基于ict的适当技术的实施的使命;(2)远程中心以法律实体的形式出现,这样他们就有机会从外部(企业社会责任)和内部(村庄资金)获得财政资源;最后(3)远程中心的人力资源必须从源头上让村庄社区参与进来,这样他们才能帮助互动的有效性,并确保ICT采用的可持续性。

UGD adalah unit yang memberikan tindakan medis yang dibutuhkan korban / pasien gawat darurat dalam waktu segera untuk menyelamatkan nyawa atau mencegah kecacatan. Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang sebagai salah satu rumah sakit kelas c yang ada di Ibukota Provinsi Kep.Bangka Belitung, mempunyai satu Unit Gawat Darurat yang melayani pasien dari berbagai daerah di Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Saat ini dengan semakin banyaknya pasien yang membutuhkan tindakan medis segera, maka pelayanan administrasi medis di UGD seringkali berebut waktu untuk diselesaikan. Agar fokus pelayanan medis lebih besar pada penanganan pasien gawat darurat, maka pelayanan administrasi dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web. Pegembangan sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meringankan tugas administrasi rekam medis pasien gawat darurat di UGD, baik itu pasien akan dirawat jalan ataupun harus di rawat inap. Pegembangan sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dan digambarkan dengan beberapa diagram dalam bahasa Unified Modelling Language (UML). Sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web ini membantu Petugas UGD untuk mendata pasien, menelusuri rekam medis, mempercepat verifikasi data diagnosa dari Dokter UGD, dan juga membantu pasien UGD untuk menyelesaikan administrasi rawat jalan maupun rawat inap.

Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang sebagai salah satu rumah sakit kelas c yang ada di Ibukota Provinsi Kep.Bangka Belitung, mempunyai satu Unit Gawat Darurat yang melayani pasien dari berbagai daerah di Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Saat ini dengan semakin banyaknya pasien yang membutuhkan tindakan medis segera, maka pelayanan administrasi medis di UGD seringkali berebut waktu untuk diselesaikan. Agar fokus pelayanan medis lebih besar pada penanganan pasien gawat darurat, maka pelayanan administrasi dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web. Pegembangan sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meringankan tugas administrasi rekam medis pasien gawat darurat di UGD, baik itu pasien akan dirawat jalan ataupun harus di rawat inap. Pegembangan sistem registrasi pasien UGD berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dan digambarkan dengan beberapa diagram dalam bahasa Unified Modelling Language (UML). Capturing Candid Moments using Daily Device without Dedicated Human Resource 在没有专门人力资源的情况下,使用日常设备捕捉偷拍瞬间

In most organizations, candid moments on held events should be captured as images for administrative purposes. For instance, if an event is sponsored by third parties, it is necessary to send some images capturing moments on that event to them. However, human resources are required to capture such images, resulting additional operational cost. This paper proposes a method to capture candid moments without human intervention. Unique to this method, daily device (i.e., mobile phone) is used to replace human resource with the help of a phone holder and a dedicated mobile application. Prior capturing images, given mobile application should be installed to the mobile phone and such phone should be attached to the phone holder that is aimed at event area. Candid images can be then automatically collected by running installed mobile application. According to our evaluation, such method can replace human resource for capturing candid moments using daily device. Further, it is more efficient than video recording (i.e., an alternative to capture candid moments) in terms of used battery power and memory.
