ZARA has succeeded in overtaking GAP as the global leader in apparel retailing through innovative supply chain management. However, in recent years, with the trend of the retail market is beginning to slump and rising consumer demand, ZARA lack of further innovation in supply chain management,It is gradually overtaken by the fast fashion enterprises which are taking H&M as the representative and continuously carrying out innovative supply chain management. The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the innovation supply chain management of ZARA and H&M, find out the deficiency of ZARA innovation supply chain management, and then explore some problems behind these deficiencies, and finally give a series of suggestions to solve these problems are given.

Green production not only represents the spirit of pollution prevention in the production process, but also aims at pursuing ecological benefits and sustainable development. If high-tech manufacturing enterprises want to break through the dilemma of low-profit competition, they should strengthen their low pollution, low energy consumption, and clean production goals in order to highlight product differences, strengthen their green innovations, and maintain competitiveness. In this study, 20 enterprises in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China are selected as research subjects to understand the dynamics and effects of the green production of enterprises, and based on literature analysis, a study model is established. This study is helpful to guide enterprises and the government to effectively identify the green production level of enterprises and identify the deficiencies and risks in the green production process. This study expects to determine the evaluation index of green production in manufacturing enterprises and analyze the competitive strategies of the enterprises, which can serve as the basis for the improvement of individual companies.

The author tries to probe into the Christian spirit on Hester, describing her as an active woman, who dares to be against the Puritan world. In the novel, her experience gives us a good explanation of the essence of the Christian spirit. In her life she experiences sin, hardship and redemption. What is more, her action depicts Christian spirit including the tolerance, sacrifice and faithfulness. Facing citizens, she tries to reform their action with her belief although they bring her trouble. Priest Dimmesdale, who abandons her, Hester makes silent devotion to him with little complaint.

This article aims at exploring the application of semiotics in advertising, based on the textual analysis for two Absolut Vodka’s print advertisements. The first one was launched in 1981 which was the very initial Absolut Vodka advertisement, another one is adopted from the series print ad, called ‘In an Absolut World’ released in 2006. In the analysis process, the theory of semiotics and some other branched theories such as colour semiotics and the semiology in nature are quoted in this article to support the analysation. There are some differences between these two advertisements on the employment of semiotics, however, the main purposes are consistent which is enhancing Absolut Vodka’s product concept: purity.

art financialization is the inevitable result of the change of people's needs at a certain stage of economic development and the trend requirement of cultural industry development. The development of art market promotes the birth of art finance. Art finance has a remodeling function for both financial and especially the art market. The future development of China's art financial market should not only strengthen the synergistic mechanism in the current major four art financial markets, but also develop at different levels in the art consumption market, art assets market and art derivatives market. Art financial derivatives such as art creation and copyright trading have further enriched and deepened the art financial market on the basis of art consumption and art asset allocation.

This paper applies the emotional branding strategy to analyze Shanghai Disneyland’s successful adaption in China. After Paris and Hong Kong Disneyland all hard to make decent profits for years, Disney executives attempted to take new branding strategy to create emotional attachments to the brand. This strategy successfully prompted Disney glocalizing its brand under a Chinese cultural context. The adaption process of Shanghai Disneyland will be analyzed by using the framework of four antecedents for creating emotional attachments for brands: Sentimentality and emotional memory; Socialization; User-derived benefits; Traditional customer outcome.

The utterance interpretation process is divided mainly into the restorative processes of explicatures and implicatures. The restorative process of explicatures consists of restoration of the proposition expressed and higher-level explicatures that reflect the speech act and the speaker’s mental attitude towards the proposition[14]. Here I observe how a higher-level explicature is represented with SFPs in Japanese. I also make an analysis on Mongolian SFPs and Chinese SFPs and discuss that the same phenomena can be seen in Mongolian and Chinese.
