Scientific and technological innovation is an important pillar force for the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area (GBA). emphasizes that the development of science and technology should be raised to the guiding principle position of the development of GBA. However, GBA’s scientific and technological development is facing the bottleneck of the rule of law about “one country, two systems”, and there is an urgent need to seek a breakthrough path. As a powerful country in science and technology of the world, the experience of the rule of law in the development of science and technology of the United States can be used for reference dialectically. On the basic premise of combining it with our current national conditions, GBA can continue to work together to build an international first-class scientific and technological innovation bay area by attaching importance to the role of the market, strengthening interregional cooperation, establishing the interregional legal system of GBA and the cross-border scientific and technological disputeresolving system.

China A-share market is a stock market without shorting mechanism where the individual investors play an important role. The study attempts to find out the relationship between the attention of individual investors and the excessive fluctuation of the share price in Chinese stock market. Also, the research objective is to identify the existence of Over-attention Underperformance in Chinese stock market. The research is based on Multiple Linear Regression with the samples comprising behavioral data from Xueqiu.com, the biggest online stock forum in China. The research result confirms the existence of Over-attention Underperformance. Besides, the result shows that it’s individual investors, rather than institutional investors, that dominate the Overattention Underperformance in stock markets. The innovation of this paper is distinguishing individual investors from institutional investors in analysis.

In the rapidly changing business environment of the 21st Century where change is fuelled by digital technology and increased competition, innovation has become the key to success and survival of any organization. However, organizational culture is the element that drives organizations and therefore developing an organizational culture which stimulates innovation and creativity, is a key and strategic option for strengthening the organization and making it more competitive. This paper reviews the literature on the organizational culture‘ dimensions which influence organizational innovation and creativity to provide an integrative understanding of the existing literature.

Local opera is an important part of China's traditional cultural. As one of the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage projects in China, Sizhou Opera has strong regional cultural features. The traditional Sizhou Opera was constantly affected by all sorts of "new culture" with the development of industrialization and urbanization, and how to carry on the heritage and development the Sizhou Opera is a question worthy of in-depth discussion. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out research on the inheritance and innovation of traditional music culture in contemporary Sizhou Opera.

Under the guidance of The National Criteria of Teaching Quality for Undergraduate Business English Majors, this paper focuses on the deficiencies of traditional classroom teaching in training applied business English talents and explores building of a multi-modal classroom teaching system of business English from three aspects: multi-modal input, multi-modal output and multi-modal evaluation based on output-driven hypothesis theory and multi-modal teaching theory. Taking Business English Correspondence as an example, this paper introduces the multi-modal classroom teaching practice of business English with the help of modern educational technology, so as to optimize the efficiency of language input and improve the quality of business English talents cultivation.

In this paper, aiming at the intersections of "engineering dielectric and electrical insulation" for graduate students majoring in electrical engineering, based on practical teaching experience and making full use of existing teaching resources, this paper explores and practices new teaching methods, educational modes and learning modes, etc. Stimulate the study and research interest of the graduate students, so that the graduate students of electrical engineering can master the engineering dielectric material physics theory and related mechanism, and can be applied in the follow-up research. The reformed teaching mode and method deepen the students' understanding of the field of electrical insulation, and the teaching effect is good.
