Three-stage Decomposition of the Developument Goal of Integrated Scientific and Technological Innovation System Based on Innoration Value Chain 基于创新价值链的集成科技创新系统发展目标的三阶段分解

In the context of building an integrated national strategic system and capabilities, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development goal of scientific and technological innovation system. By combing the differences of different theories in the innovation system theory and the main problems of China's integrated scientific and technological innovation, this paper chooses the innovation value chain theory to analyze the main composition of China's integrated scientific and technological innovation system. Combining the comparative advantages of innovators in the existing system knowledge innovation chain, the objectives of the integrated scientific and technological innovation system are defined. The study found that China's science and technology innovation system should achieve the deep development of integration. According to the needs of different goals, the integration should be achieved from three aspects: knowledge generation, knowledge transformation and knowledge dissemination. The research puts forward suggestions on the integration of science and technology innovation system at different stages of development.
在构建国家综合战略体系和能力的背景下,研究科技创新体系的发展目标具有重要的理论和现实意义。通过梳理创新系统理论中不同理论的差异和中国集成科技创新存在的主要问题,本文选择创新价值链理论来分析中国集成科技创新系统的主要构成。结合现有系统知识创新链中创新者的比较优势,确定了集成科技创新系统的目标。研究发现,中国科技创新体系应实现深度融合发展。根据不同目标的需要,从知识生成、知识转化和知识传播三个方面进行整合。研究提出了在不同发展阶段整合科技创新体系的建议。

Imvestigation and Research on Flipped Classroom of "History of Chinese Arts and Crafts'"Based on WeChat Platform 基于微信平台的“中国工艺美术史”翻转课堂调查研究

This study takes the grade 2018 Honghe University students of arts and crafts and product design as the research objects, and introduces flipped classroom teaching into the teaching of history of Chinese arts and crafts. Through the analysis of questionnaires, the author attempts to investigate the acceptance and implementation strategies of flipped classroom teaching. 1. Investigation background The course "History of Chinese Arts and Crafts" is a very important basic theory course for design majors. However, teaching of the course has always met dilemmas of numerous and jumbled course contents, single form of classroom teaching, lack in student training of analytical thinking and creativity, etc. The only way to solve this dilemma is to change the teaching mode. Flipped classroom as a teaching model of teaching after learning can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching. 2. Research objectives and methods 1. Research objectives Questionnaires were used to investigate students' acceptance of the model, aiming to explore students' attitudes and reactions to flipped classroom, and to provide suggestions and strategies for the application of flipped classrooms in the course History of Chinese Arts and Crafts. 2. Research methods The study mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey. A total of 77 students from grade 2018 arts and crafts, product design students were surveyed, and 77 valid questionnaires were retrieved. By investigating students' acceptance to flipped classroom, their cognition and attitude towards flipped classroom and its teaching effects are understood. A Study on the Effectiveness of Blended Learning Mode in College English 大学英语混合式学习模式的有效性研究

With the arrival of the era of big data, information technology has greatly promoted the development of education, accelerated the transformation and innovation of educational mode. blended learning, which combines traditional classroom teaching and online learning, has become the mainstream mode of foreign language teaching in Universities in China. However, many problems arise in the process of blended learning in College English, which affects the effectiveness of blended learning and the achievement of teaching objectives. This study points out the possible problems in blended learning from both teachers’ and students’ perspective, and puts forward some strategies to improve the effectiveness of blended learning from the perspective of instructional design, teaching resources and learning evaluation.

On the Fusion of Big Data in Higher Education 高等教育大数据融合研究

The fusion of big data with higher education has promoted the educational reforms and the advances of educational digitalization by providing technological, environmental and notional supports. Due to a variety of factors at the same time, the application of big data theory has been caught in some problems: low efficiency in utilization, insufficient uses, serious waste of resources, and lower digitalization. This essay attempts to provide some approaches on the basis of the phenomena and factor analysis of the problems with big data application to higher education.

Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Network Movie Hotness Based on Factor Analysis 基于因子分析的网络电影热度综合评价模型

First of all, it constructs an index system for the comprehensive evaluation of network movie hotness from two dimensions. They are characteristics of commercial success and characteristics of the popularity. Then it uses factor analysis to establish the weight of two common factors and obtain the evaluation model of comprehensive factor scores. The conclusion of empirical analysis shows that 54.156% of network movie hotness comes from the factor of characteristics of commercial success and 33.057% comes from the factor of characteristics of the popularity. Finally, we compare the new ranking of network movie hotness with the original ranking based on Iqiyi hotness.
