The teaching concept of “student center” deals with transition from “teaching center” to “learning center” in the higher education system. The key of establishing efficient models for teaching evaluation is the conduction of four transition tasks. They are value transition from “teaching for evaluation” to “evaluation for teaching”, subject transition from “evaluation for teachers” to “evaluation for both teachers and students”, content transition from “evaluating teaching” to “evaluating learning”, and method transition from “evaluation by single method” to “evaluation by multi-methods”.

For evaluating the correlation of industrial cluster, service quality and revisit intention in the trade fairs, we chose Zhongshan, the non-central city of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a case to use scales such as cluster effect, destination accessibility and quality of service to test the professional visitors’ behavior intention, satisfaction and revisit intention. The overall service quality of the trade fair is evaluated by measuring cluster effect (host city leadership in the industry , host city as a source of exhibitors), destination accessibility and service quality. The correlation between the overall service quality and behavioral intention is evaluated through a questionnaire survey. The result shows that, for trade fairs in non-central city, cluster effect is an important influencing factor for professional visitors to participate in trade fairs, rather than destination accessibility and service quality. This study provides valuable information for the organizers of trade fairs in non-central cities in mainland China. It also provides reference for the government administrative departments of the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even non-central cities in mainland China to explore the development path of local MICE industry.

With the further deepening of teaching reform, foreign language teaching needs to be reformed in all aspects, that is, to optimize and integrate teacher teams, teaching materials, teaching models, digital information and evaluation methods. Only by harmonizing all links can we really promote the sound development of foreign language teaching.

With the national positioning of the economic development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, those have begun to re-orientate themselves. As a member of the Greater bay Area, Macau’s economic development has historical factors and needs to be modernized and restructured into a global economy. After sorting out Macau’s economic history, we finds that gambling industry, as one of the pillars of Macau’s economic industry, existed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and it was inseparable from politics and colonization. Since the 1990s, such economic development has been further path-dependent, tourism has become another economic pillar. However, this was not to say that there is no problem with this mode of development. In order to avoid and seize the strategic opportunities of the Greater bay Area, Macau needs to transform its development orientation from three aspects: firstly, needing to play its role as a bridge in the Greater bay Area; secondly, needing to get rid of Macau’s path dependence on the tourism industry and seek new economic growth points; thirdly, needing to expand Macau moderately. Utilization of ocean area. This is not to say that Macau needs to get rid of history overnight, we needs combine the current situation and make use of tradition to innovate economy, as to form a healthy, reasonable, low-risk and high-yield industrial economic model.

This paper uses a comparative research method to examine the example of the UK community care interventions to address the dementia risk. Based on the ideas of “de-institutionalization movement” and “welfare pluralism”, this paper analyzes the barriers to the care of dementia in China's community elderly care service from three perspectives: policy design, role orientation of community residents committee and civil organization intervention. Suggestions were made to give play to the leading role of the government, to clarify the orientation of community care responsibilities, and to create a community environment for dementia-friendly communities.

In economic development, green finance and industrial structure are interrelated closely. Based on up-to-the-date China’s supply-side industrial structure reform and upgrading, it is of pragmatic significance to put green finance study into economic development mechanism and optimize the industrial structure to accelerate better eco-environment. By establishing a grey correlation analysis model, this paper provides an empirical research on the relationship between them on the ground of data from 2008 to 2017. In order to further boost green finance to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, through discussion, some policy suggestions are put forward. Technology innovation is also presented as a key factor which connects the twos.

The aging of the population in Sichuan Province is characterized by an increase in the size of the elderly population, an increase in the dependency ratio of the elderly, an increase in aging and disability. Responding to the aging of the population is a major task facing Sichuan Province.Through investigation, interviews and literature analysis, this paper explores the main problems of the development of medical -nursing combined elderly care services (MNCECS) in Sichuan Province, and puts forward the countermeasures of developing the medical-nursing combined elderly care service in Sichuan Province. It is pointed out that in order to make the medical-nursing combined service (MNCS) develop rapidly and steadily, it is necessary to build a solid basis in three basic projects of medical institution for the elderly, medical association and family doctors team, strengthen the infrastructure of the community health service center, accelerate the development of smart medical care, jointly play the role of the government and the market to enhance the combined development forces of old-age service, and build a healthy old-age system of “MNCS” combined with traditional Chinese medicine.

Oral English development for life-communication is a necessary part in language teaching and English course revolution. Life-communication-oriented oral English teaching may benefit students in enhancement of studying motivation, improvement of logical thinking, and increased capability of dealing with interpersonal relationship. Strategies for developing oral English teaching should involve exploration of life-communication-oriented teaching resources, establishment of life-communication-oriented teaching models, and management of life-communication-oriented teaching activities. Establishing the relationship between life-communication and oral English teaching, which extends the scopes of language education, increases the diversity of language practice and homework, and facilitates language teaching. These activities may lead students to a new horizon for feeling, exploring, and developing life-communication-oriented oral English.
