Systems of complex estimation (CO) based on a dichotomous tree of criteria and a set of criteria convolution matrices (generalized criteria) are widely used in the evaluation of a wide variety of ob-jects. Purpose of the study. To build a CO system for a given set of criteria, you need to solve two problems: 1. To choose the structure of the dichotomous tree of criteria. 2. To define matrix convolutions of pairs of criteria (generalized criteria) at each vertex of the tree (except for hanging ones). The article deals with the second problem, i.e. the problem of determining matrices the criteria convolution. In practice, this task is often solved based on expert opinions. Materials and methods. Let us assume that there are a set of options (a variant is a set of criteria estimates) and experts have defined complex estimates for each option from this set. The task is to define matrix convolu-tions at each vertex of the tree such that the CO of each variant in the resulting system CO is equal to the EXPERT estimate. The paper defines a class of unified CO mechanisms that meet the following conditions: 1. All matrices of the unified complex estimation mechanism have the same dimension. 2. For any matrix all rows are different and all columns are different. 3. All matrices are monotonous in rows and columns; 4. If all the variant scores are equal to a certain score, then the complex score is equal to this score. Results. Two cases are considered. In the first case, experts can give estimates of options with any set of criteria estimates. In the second case, experts can give a CO of only complete options, that is, options that contain estimates of all criteria. For the first case, an efficient algorithm with an estimate of computational complexity of the order of lm2 is proposed, where l is the number of crite-ria, and m is the number of gradations of the rating scale. The algorithm makes significant use of the 4 property of unified mechanisms. For the second case, we propose a method for solving the problem by constructing “top-down” matrices, i.e. constructing a matrix for the root vertex, then for adjacent ones, and so on. Conclu-sion. Thus, the paper proposes algorithms for the synthesis of unified mechanisms for complex eva-luation, in which the number of required expert options is minimal.

The work is devoted to the problem of mathematical modeling and search for optimal control of the dynamics of the insulin-glucose balance in human blood, represented by a nonsmooth sys-tem of differential equations with a constant delay. Aim. This study is aimed at developing and numerically solving the problem of optimal control of the glycemic profile in patients with type 1 di-abetes mel¬litus by insulin therapy, based on the optimality conditions for nonsmooth systems with a constant delay in the phase variable. Methods. The general research technique of the problem under study is based on the mathematical theory of optimal control, the theory of numerical methods, the theory of differential equations with a nonsmooth right-hand side and with a lagging argument. When implementing the software package, the methods of object-oriented design are used. Results. In this study, on the basis of the initial dynamic model proposed by N.A. Shirokova, the problem of optimal control of the dynamics of glycemic regulation in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus with a non¬smooth right side and a constant delay in the phase variable is constructed. On the basis of the necessary optimality condition obtained for the constructed optimal control problem, algorithmic and software tools have been developed, with the help of which optimal programs are obtained, and their meaningful interpretation is presented. Conclusion. The results obtained on the basis of the software implementation of numerical algorithms of the developed nonsmooth problem of optimal control of the insulin-glucose balance with a constant lag in the phase variables, make it possible to obtain the data that are necessary for monitoring the situation regarding the change in the glycemic profile, for predicting diabetes mellitus and choosing an effective treatment.

A priori information about measurement errors is formalized by choosing a hypothesis about the properties of errors k v . The following hypotheses are traditional. 1. The measurement errors k v are random and given by probability density function with known parameters. 2. The measurement errors k v are uncertain quantities: k v V , where V is a given convex set of their possible values. Acceptance of the hypothesis about the probabilistic nature of measurement errors makes it possible to formulate the problem within the framework of the stochastic approach as the problem of finding the optimal estimate in the mean square sense and to use statistical methods [2]. The most common is the use of the least-squares method (LS) [1, 2], i.e. minimizing a function

The research is devoted to the problem of the development models of network equipment that precisely reproduce the operation of real equipment by the time characteristics. Aim. This research is aimed at developing a methodology that allows you to quickly obtain models that statistically coincide in the behavior of the selected parameters with real measured equipment on existing open modeling systems. Methods. To obtain the performance parameters and time characteristics of the real equipment, an approach was proposed, which includes experiment planning to compute the characteristics for a wide range of input traffic intensities. fic test sets with the required parameters of time distribution between the packets as well as the scheme of connection through the container services and receiving traffic dumps. The approach does not include the testing of the output queues operation because the goal was to investigate and trans-fer into the model processes, which occur before the frames are placed in the outgoing interface queues. An open-source Omnet++ software was used as a modeling environment. Results. We studied the structure of its existing switch model and identified disadvantages that affect the accuracy and reliability of the results. In addition, we proposed an approach for imple-menting model delay lines based on the interpolation of time parameter tables obtained from real data for the required combination of traffic parameters and inbound interfaces. To test the developed approaches, a test bench on real equipment was assembled, and an experimental research plan was developed. Finally, an automated testing script was implemented according to a given plan. Testing was carried out in the conventional frame switching mode as well as in the switching mode based on OpenFlow tables. In addition, the time characteristics of the intermediate equipment were also obtained in order to take into account their influence on the experimental results. Based on them, a table of parameters was computed for the processing delay line in the model, and the experiment was conducted on the model in Omnet++. Since the obtained samples in the statistical analysis showed the types of distributions that are different from the 3 normal and exponential, the statistical Mann– Whitney U-test was used to compare the mean values. Conclusion. The results obtained at a significance level of 0.05 confirmed the efficiency of this approach for models that more accurately describe the temporal characteristics of the traffic processing in network equipment.

value of the coordinate of the position of the body in suspension. A mathematical model of the one-dimensional motion of a magnet under the influence of gravity and electromagnetic forces of interaction with a pulsed magnetic field at a known distance at which the current is turned off is developed. Conclusion. It was established experimentally and through computer simulation that the higher the frequency of the pulsations, the more rigid the pulsation amplitude is observed when the body is held and a more stable equilibrium is established. The ripple frequency decreases with increasing mass of the permanent magnet, and there is a critical mass that is no longer held in the electromagnetic field. As the voltage supplied to the coil switch increases, the frequency of the pulsations of the body and the consumed electric power increase, while the duty cycle of the current pulses decreases.

2020. Т. 20, No 3. С. 129–134 129 Introduction The problems of increasing the efficiency of industrial enterprises are now becoming increasingly relevant [1, 2], while the task of optimizing the activity of industrial units and machines is of particular importance. There are a large number of industrial units, the basis of which is the use of energy created by an electric arc. The lining layer present in such units during operation is subjected to thermal and electromagnetic effects created by the arc. A quantitative measure of this effect is the lining wear coefficient (LWC), one of the most important technological characteristics of modern multi-electrode arc furnaces. The most significant effect on the LWC is exerted by the arc power, the distance from the arc axis to the lining, and the applied voltage. In most studies, the influence of the described factors on the LWC is not taken into account. At the same time, heat fluxes affecting all elements of the furnace structure, including the lining, depend on the shape of the arc. The aim of the work is to study this effect and find the parameters that provide optimization of the LWC. To achieve this goal, an algorithm for calculating the shape of arcs in an AC steelmaking furnace has been developed, which will be used to optimize the objective function.
