Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani berdasarkan indeks massa tubuh pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan tes kebugaran jasmani dan tes antropometri pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik Cluster Sampling. Analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan persentase untuk menggambarkan frekuensi dan persentase dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 68% siswa memliki indeks massa tubuh yang kurang, 18% siswa memiliki indeks massa tubuh normal, dan 14% siswa memiliki indeks massa tubuh gemuk. Sedangkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa menunjukkan 39% kurang, 42% sedang, dan 19% baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani dan indeks massa tubuh pada siswa SMP Negeri 29 Bengkulu Utara masih rendah.Kata kunci: tingkat kebugaran jasmani, indeks massa tubuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif analisis yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Maksudnya adalah sember data yang diperoleh dari 53 pemain yang termasuk dalam tim SSB pada usia 16 tahun di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Berdasarkan hasil data diperoleh dari 53 pemain usia 16 tahun di SSB kabupaten Rejang Lebong diperoleh hasil dengan persentase 57,77% pemain yang didominasi dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar bermain sepakbola pada pemain usia 16 tahun belum bagus atau baik, Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemain belum memiliki kemampuan teknik dasar sepakbola yang baik adalah program latihan yang tidak teratur yang dilakukan 1(satu) kali dalam seminggu, dan fasilitas pendukung latihan yang kurang bagus. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil akurasi shooting olahraga sepakbola melalui media lingkaran karet ban pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 03 Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 03 Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 28 siswa, yang terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswi perempuan. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan informasi yang peneliti dapatkan, Olahraga sepak bola belum sepenuhnya dikuasai siswa terutama shooting bola ke gawang hal ini dapat dilihat dari penilaian kemampuan melakukan tendangan bola ke gawang. Hasil dari penelitian prasiklus dari 28 anak presentase hasil akurasi shooting ke gawang siswa adalah 30,5%. Pada siklus I terdapat kenaikan yaitu (60,7%). Sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 78,5% tergolong baik. Ini menunjukan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan disiklus kedua baik guru maupun siswa dapat dikatakan telah tuntas belajar. Berdasarkan hasil diatas maka disimpulkan bahwa dengan mengunakan media lingkaran karet ban dapat meningkatkan hasil akurasi shooting olahraga sepakbola.Sehubungan hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti menyarankan kepada guru dan pembina dianjurkan lebih berperan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar atau kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sehingga siswa lebih merespon dan antusias terhadap pembelajaran yang diberikan.Kata kunci:Media lingkaran karet ban, Akurasi Shooting Sepak bola. While in cycle II equal to 78,5% pertained good. This shows that the actions taken in the second cycle of both teachers and students can be said to have been thoroughly studied. Based on the above results, it is concluded that by using the rubber circle tire media can improve the accuracy of shooting sport football. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan teknik distribusi terhadap keterampilan dribbling zig – zag secara ilmiah. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen (perlakuan) dan kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ektrakurikuler SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bengkulu pada tahun 2017. Analisis statistic yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t. Adapun hasil analisis Uji t hasil perhitungan antara tes awal dan tes akhir pada kelompok eksperimen (perlakuan) terdapat pengaruh yang signitifikan. Hasil perhitungan menyatakan bahwa harga thitung = 8,95 ? ttabel = 2,160 dengan taraf ? = 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara X (Metode latihan teknik distribusi) dengan Y (Keterampilan Dribbling Zig – zag). Kontribusi metode latihan teknik distribusi terhadap keterampilan driblling zig – zag yaitu K = r2 x 100% = 75,69%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya kontribusi antara metode latihan teknik distribusi terdahap keterampilan dribbling zig –zag yaitu sebesar 75,69%.Kata Kunci : Metode Latihan, Teknik Distribusi, Dribbling Zig – Zag.AbstrackThis research aims to find out the influence of distrubution technique practice method toward zig – zag dribbling skill scientifically. In this research, there were 2 groups of classes. They were experimental group (treatment) and control group that received no treatment. Population of this research was extracuricular students of SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bengkulu in 2017. Statistical analysis used in this research was T test. Based on the results of T test analysis, there was significant influence in calculation result beetween pre-test and post-test on experimental group. Calculation results showed that t count value = 8,95 ? t table = 2,160 with ? rate = 0,05, so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This fact showed that there was signitificant influence of X (distribution technique practice metdod) toward Y (zig-zag dribbling skill). Contribution of distribution technique practice method on zig – zag dribbling skill was K = r2 x 100% = 75,69%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya kontribusi antara metode latihan teknik distribusi terdahap keterampilan dribbling zig –zag yaitu sebesar 75,69%.Kata Kunci : Metode Latihan, Teknik Distribusi, Dribbling Zig – Zag.AbstrackThis research aims to find out the influence of distrubution technique practice method toward zig – zag dribbling skill scientifically. In this research, there were 2 groups of classes. They were experimental group (treatment) and control group that received no treatment. Population of this research was extracuricular students of SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bengkulu in 2017. Statistical analysis used in this research was T test. Based on the results of T test analysis, there was significant influence in calculation result beetween pre-test and post-test on experimental group. Calculation results showed that t count value = 8,95 ? t table = 2,160 with ? rate = 0,05, so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This fact showed that there was signitificant influence of X (distribution technique practice metdod) toward Y (zig-zag dribbling skill). Contribution of distribution technique practice method on zig – zag dribbling skill was K = r2 x 100% = 75,69%. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tendangan sabit seluruh perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desktiptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa perguruan pencak silat tapak suci . yang mendapatkan hasil yang sama pada tiga belas indikator mengenai tendangan sabit pada pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci di Kota Bengkulu. hal ini tentunya menunjukan bahwa tendangan sabit pada perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci semuanya mempunyai langkah dan gerakan yang sama. Sedangkan untuk analisis data berdasarkan tes kemampuan tendangan sabit mengambil objek pada ke tiga puluh (30) siswa perguruan tapak suci Kota Bengkulu.Hasil yang di peroleh dari tigapuluh (30) siswa dengan waktu 10 detik sehingga diperoleh berapa banyaknya tendangan sabit yang di dapatkan .skor sebesar 25-ke atas termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali sebanyak dua (2) orang atau sebesar 6,67%, pada skor 20-24 yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sebanyak delapan belas (18) orang atau sebesar 60%, untuk skor 17-19 di dalam kategori Cukup sebanyak 10 orang atau sebesar 33%, untuk 15-16 di dalam kategori kurang tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Dan untuk kategori kurang sekali dengan skor 14-ke bawah juga tidak ada atau sebesar 0 %. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berbentuk korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang diambil 10 orang tiap masing kelas. Instrument tes yang digunakan yaitu tes Backhand,Forehand drive, dan Kemampuan bermain. Teknik Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes, Teknik analisis data menggunakan Kontribusi. Penelitian dilakukan di Kampus PJKR FKIP UNIB Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui Kemampuan backhand drive (X1) terhadap kemampuan bermain (Y) = 0,42. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian, apakah ada hubungan kelentukan pinggang terhadap keterampilan Stutz, hubungan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz, hubungan kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz, Serta mengetahui besar kontribusi kelentukan pinggang dan power otot lengan terhadap keterampilan Stutz. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP negeri 17 kota bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode korelasi dengan statistik product moment dan korelasi ganda, penelitian ini secara objektif terhadap sampel 30 orang siswa SMP negeri 17 kota Bengkulu yang diambil dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan lay up.dalam permainan bola basket. Metode yang di pakai adalah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian di lakukan pada siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Pada penelitian ini melihat hasil uji pra siklus, siklus 1 dn siklus 2 serta lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Nilai tes uji pra siklus di dapat 33,3% yang mendapat nilai baik artinya masih sangat kurang dalam keterampilan lay up permainan bola basket . Pada siklus 1 di dapat 69,4% terjadi peningkatan keterampilan lay up pada permainan bola basket namun belum mencapai KKM dan dilihat dari observassi guru mendapat nilai 72 % dan observasi siswa 65%. Pada siklus 2 didapat nilai tes sebesar 83,3%, sedangkan lembar observasi guru sebesar 84% dan lembar observasi siswa sebesar 80% semua telah menunjukan ketuntasan nialai atau kkm 75%. Dari nilai tes siklus 2 dapat disimpulan pembelajaran teknik lay up dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan ketermpilan lay up permainan bola basket dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Peningkatan ini dikarenakan siswa bersemangat dalam proses belajar dan saling membantu didalam kelompok masing.Kata kunci: Metode Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Keterampilan lay up , Permainan Bola Basket AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of lay up skills in basketball games. The method used is cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Types of Research is a classroom action research. The research was conducted on the students of class X.MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah, wihch amounted to 36 students. This study looks at the results of pre-cycle test, cyle 1 and cycle 2 and teacher and student observation sheet. The value of pre-cycle test in 33,3% can get a good value means still very less in the skills lay up basketball game. In the 1st cycle in 96,4% there can be increased lay up on basketball games but have not reached KKM and viewer from the observasition of the teacher gets 72% and studebnt observation 65% in the 2nd cycle obtained the tes value of 88,3%, while the teacher’s observation sheer of 84% and student observation sheer of 80% all has shown maked kialty or KKM 75%. From the value of the test cycle 2 can be conclueded the learning of lay up techniques by using the cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) can increase the lay-laying of basketball games and improve the students' learning spirit. Pada siklus 1 di dapat 69,4% terjadi peningkatan keterampilan lay up pada permainan bola basket namun belum mencapai KKM dan dilihat dari observassi guru mendapat nilai 72 % dan observasi siswa 65%. Pada siklus 2 didapat nilai tes sebesar 83,3%, sedangkan lembar observasi guru sebesar 84% dan lembar observasi siswa sebesar 80% semua telah menunjukan ketuntasan nialai atau kkm 75%. Dari nilai tes siklus 2 dapat disimpulan pembelajaran teknik lay up dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) dapat meningkatkan ketermpilan lay up permainan bola basket dan meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Peningkatan ini dikarenakan siswa bersemangat dalam proses belajar dan saling membantu didalam kelompok masing.Kata kunci: Metode Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Keterampilan lay up , Permainan Bola Basket AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement of lay up skills in basketball games. The method used is cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD). Types of Research is a classroom action research. The research was conducted on the students of class X.MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah, wihch amounted to 36 students. This study looks at the results of pre-cycle test, cyle 1 and cycle 2 and teacher and student observation sheet. The value of pre-cycle test in 33,3% can get a good value means still very less in the skills lay up basketball game. In the 1st cycle in 96,4% there can be increased lay up on basketball games but have not reached KKM and viewer from the observasition of the teacher gets 72% and studebnt observation 65% in the 2nd cycle obtained the tes value of 88,3%, while the teacher’s observation sheer of 84% and student observation sheer of 80% all has shown maked kialty or KKM 75%. From the value of the test cycle 2 can be conclueded the learning of lay up techniques by using the cooperative learning type Student Team Achievments Division (STAD) can increase the lay-laying of basketball games and improve the students' learning spirit.
