AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is influence Tradidional Engklek Game Against Limb Muscle Power on schoolgirls in SMP Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu. The method used in this research is the experimental method with the design used is one group pretest-posttest design. With a sample of 30 people, Instrument used in this study is a Vertical Test (Widiastuti, 2011: 102), to determine the increase of muscle limb muscle to female students in SMP Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu, before being given treatment and after being given treatment using Test Vertical jump. Data analysis technique using t test. 摘要本研究旨在探讨传统的Engklek游戏对抗肢体肌肉力量是否对内格里10哥打明古鲁中学女生有影响。本研究采用的方法为实验法,设计为一组前测后测设计。本研究的样本为30人,使用的工具是垂直测试(Widiastuti, 2011: 102),以确定Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu SMP女学生在接受治疗前和接受治疗后的肌肉肢体肌肉增加情况。数据分析技术采用t检验。本研究的结果为4,527,若与1,699表比较,值为>表表示传统Engklek游戏练习对学校肢体肌肉力量有显著影响。关键词:恩格尔传统游戏,发力腿部肌肉

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model latihan modifikasi bola gantung terhadap kemampuan servis atas bola voli putra ekstrakurikuler SMK N 3 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan jumlah subjek adalah 20 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kenaikan nilai standat deviasi dari hasil pre-test sebesar 4,161 terhadap hasil post-test sebesar 6,012. Hasil uji normalitas di dapatkan nilai Asymp. Sig pre-test dan post-test lebih besar dari 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Dalam uji homogenitas didapatkan hasil signifitasi hitung sebesar 0,025 lebih besar dari 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hasil uji-t diperoleh nilai t hitung -3,876 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh dengan analisis dan pengujian hipotesis maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan dari model latihan modifikasi bola gantung terhadap kemampuan servis atas putra ekstrakurikuler bila voli siswa SMK N 3 Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Modifikasi Bola Gantung, Servis Atas, Bola Voli.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the model of hanging ball modification on the service ability of volleyball extracurricular participants SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu. Abstract This study aims to find out how the Implementation of the Rondo Method to Improve Student Passing Techniques in Futsal Courses so as to improve the learning quality of seventh semester students in Class A Penjas Study Program FKIP Unib. Through the rondo method students are included in groups to practice passing. The hope is that students have an active and contributive attitude so that getting meaningful learning both individually and in groups and improving the quality of learning in Futsal courses is achieved. The subjects of this study were seventh semester students of class A Penjas Study Program FKIP UNIB who were taking the Futsal Orpil course. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of tests conducted at the beginning and at the end of the cycle, there was an increase in the skills of basic passing techniques before and after using the rondo method in the first cycle, which proved to be an increase of 50% of 20 students who received complete grades from 40 students based on details percentage value (A) 12 people, (B) 8 people, (C) 20 people using the rondo method with 1 person being a guard. In cycle II there was an increase in passing skills in the rondo futsal game method with 2 students who became guards. Evident from the results of the study with the results of a 65% increase in completeness from the first cycle which only 50% completed from 40 students with details of the value (A) 16 people, (B) 9 people, (C) 15 people. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan yan latihan pukulan dengan menggunakan karet ban terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pukulan Kumite Gyaku Tsuki untuk atlet Inkanas Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan variabel bebas adalah latihan dengan menggunakan karet ban dan variabel terikat adalah peningkatan kecepatan pukulan Kumite Gyaku Tsuki. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah atlet Inkanas Kota Bengkulu yaitu sebanyak 30 atlet. Instrumen penelitian pukulan Kumite Gyaku Tzuki validitas dengan sebesar 0,71 dan reliabilitas 0,64. Hasil analisis statistik data menunjukan latihan pukulan dengan menggunakan karet ban memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pukulan Kumite Gyaku Tsuki hal ini karena t-hitung 21,64 dan dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh niai sebesar 2,00. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah latihan pukulan dengan menggunakan karet ban memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan dari pada latihan pukulan dengan tidak menggunakan karet ban terhadap peningkatan kecepatan pukulan Kumite Gyaku Tsuki untuk atlet Inkanas kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci : Latihan Beban Gaya-pegas Karet Ban.AbstractThis research arms to determine whether there is a significant effect trough exercise which was using rubber tire blow to increase the speed blowing of Gyaku Tsuki Kumite for the athletes Inkanas of Bengkulu City. The method of this research is an experimental method with an exercise which was using rubeber tires as an independent variable and the increasing blow speed of Gyaku Tsuki kumite as the dependent variabel. The sample of this study were 30 athletes in Inkanas Bengkulu city. The instruments of Kumite blow Gyaku Tzuki validity was 0.71 and to 0.64. the Statistical analysis of data showed the exercise blowing which was using rubber tires give better effect and significantly increased to the speed blowing of Gyaku Tsuki Kumite, showed by the t-test 21.64 and t-tabel showed the significance level of 5%. It was obtained ? value of 2.00. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jam belajar Penjasorkes kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap guru pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan latihan pliometrik single leg speed hop dan double leg speed hop tehadap kemampuan lompat jauh gaya jongkok di SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMA Negeri 08 Bengkulu Utara yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji t. hasil analisis uji t perhitungan perbandingan antara hasil akhir kedua kelompok ternyata terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Abstrak Permainan futsal harus memiliki teknik dasar yang mumpuni, seperti mengoper (passing), menerima (control), menggiring (dribbling), menendang (shooting), dan menyundul (heading). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik control, heading dan passing siswa ekstrakulikuler futsal SMP N 13 Kota Bengkulu, yang berkenaan dengan latihan tambahan ekstrakulikuler futsal, mengetahui hasil analisis teknik control, heading dan passing menjadi tolak ukur pelatih dan siswa untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dalam permainan futsal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggambarkan situasi atau keadaan yang sedang berlangsung dengan melakukan tes. Instrumen dari penelitian ini yaitu Observasi, Wawancara, Tes dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatnya teknik-teknik siswa maka siswa lebih dapat memaksimalkan bola-bola di lapangan baik dalam bertahan maupun menyerang dan akan memberikan pengaruh yang efektif dalam menjuarai kompetisi. Berdasarkan Analisis Kemampuan Teknik Control, Heading dan Passing Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bengkulu, rata-rata keseluruhan control, heading dan passing dengan jumlah control sebanyak 3099 kali (46%), heading rata-rata skor 6,5, dan passing sebanyak 2673 kali (56%). AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran lari jarak 60 meter dengan media yang dimodifikasi siswa kelas XI IPS 1 T.A 2018/2019 SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan lembar pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh teman sejawat. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 T.A 2018/2019 SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 33 siswa terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian yang mendapatkan nilai diatas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan media yang dimodifikasi siklus pertama pada keterampilan lari jarak 60 meter siswa 27,2 %, sikap ssiwa 60,6 %, dan aktivitas guru dengan nilai 58,1, siklus kedua pada keterampilan lari jarak 60 meter siswa 60,6 %, sikap siswa 72,7 %, dan aktivitas guru dengan nilai 68,4, siklus ketiga pada keterampilan lari jarak 60 meter siswa 90,9 %, sikap siswa 81,8%, dan aktivitas guru dengan nilai 78,7, siklus keempat pada keterampilan lari jarak 60 meter siswa 100%, sikap ssiwa 100%, dan aktivitas guru dengan nilai 86,8. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama sampai siklus keempat terdapat peningkatan dalam proses pembelajaran lari jarak 60 meter dengan media yang dimodifikasi siswa kelas XI IPS 1 T.A 2018/2019 SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu.Kata kunci : media modifikasi , pembelajaran lari jarak 60 meter.
