Assessment of the project cost of the creation of a digital archive in the construction company 评估建筑公司创建数字档案的项目成本

In modern digital economy the creation of electronic archive is more, than the expansion of electronic document management system in the construction company. Some benefits which are brought by the use of such electronic archives, including expense reduction on document storage, including the project documentation brings to construction company, simplification and reduction in cost of access for employees to documents, their copying, reduction of idle times, stops of projects because ofinaccessibility of information, etc. are revealed in the article. However, it is necessary to consider that the creation of uniform electronic archive of construction company is connected with significant investments, it demands expenses which have to be accurately defined and used for the assessment and justification of the efficiency ofthe project of the electronic archive creation.

Green construction 绿色建筑

In view of the threat of global climate change and the depletion of natural resources, the construction of buildings using new technologies is of great importance. The authors of the article consider a new technology of construction and operation of buildings — green construction. The main principles, as well as advantages and disadvantages of modern environmental technology were highlighted. The comparison of two certification systems of green buildings — BREEAM and LEED. Conclusions are drawn that green construction is promising, but it still needs a lot of time and economic resources to become the most preferred direction in its field.

The implementation of the programme «Digital economy» and introduction of BIM technologies in construction demands that graduates of construction higher education institutions should to master professional and universal competences at the new digital level. The purpose of this article is the consideration of some universal competences of the graduate of construction higher education institution in the aspect of the development of information-and-communication technologies as well as the also methods of forming of these competences on the example of studying of the discipline "Social interaction in the industry (construction)". The digital technologies, allowing to create skills of the team work and effective interaction within the situation of online communication as well as self-organization methods are listed. The definite task (case), allowing to achieve the stated objectives in their complex is described.

In spite of the fact that laws in the field of public-and-private partnership and municipal-and-private partnership as well as in the field of concessions are adopted long ago and are constantly supplemented and changed, legal regulation of this sphere still should be considered imperfect. It is necessary to consider one more problem in modern conditions: that is the significant increase in prices for construction materials, having negative effect on the cost and efficiency of construction projects. At the end of 2021 it demanded a series of new amendments. The order of modification of concessionary agreements and agreements of public-and-private partnership, caused by the growth of cost of construction materials, is considered in the article, the main novelties are systematized.
