Iklim Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Guru Di Sekolah Singosari Delitua 组织气氛与教师在Delitua学校的工作满意度

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja guru sekolah Singosari Delitua. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan model deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi akan menjadi sampel penelitian dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur, tanggung jawab, penghargaan, resiko, kehangatan, dukungan, standar kinerja, konflik. Adapun kepuasan kerja terdiri dari ciri pekerjaan gaji, penyelia, rekan kerja, kondisi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 90 guru, lebih dari 50% menyatakan iklim organisasi rendah dan lebih dari 25% menyatakan sedang sehingga yang menyatakan tinggi masih dibawah 10%. Sedangkan untuk indikator kepuasan kerja, lebih dari 50% menyatakan rendah dan 25% menyatakan sedang sehingga yang menyatakan tinggi masih dibawah 10%. Artinya iklim organisasi di sekolah tersebut belum baik dilihat dari semua aspek dan kepuasan kerja guru masih rendah dilihat dari semua aspek.
本研究的目的是了解学校教师Singosari Delitua的组织氛围和工作满意度。本研究的方法采用定量和描述性模型。至于使用总体抽样技术的抽样技术,其中整个人群将是研究的样本,本研究中的样本是90名教师。研究工具使用两种量表:组织的气候量表,包括结构、责任、奖励、风险、温暖、支持、绩效标准和冲突。至于工作满意度,它包括工资、买家、同事、工作条件。研究表明,超过90名教师,超过50%的教师表示气候较低,超过25%的教师表示气温高达10%。而对于劳动力满意度指标,超过50%的人表示低,25%的人表示高达10%。这意味着从各个方面来看,学校组织的氛围并不好,从各个方面看,教师工作的满意度仍然很低。

Hubungan Keterbukaan Diri (Self Disclosure) Dengan Kepuasan Pernikahan pada Istri Di Kelurahan Mangga Medan 田野弱势中的自我表露与妻子婚姻

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara keterbukaan diri (self-disclosure) dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada istri di Kelurahan Mangga, Medan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik insidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala keterbukaan diri dan skala kepuasan pernikahan dengan melibatkan 70 wanita yang sudah menikah di Kelurahan Mangga, Medan. Keterbukaan diri diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek keterbukaan diri menurut Magno, Cuason & Figueroa (2008) yaitu: keadaan emosional, hubungan interpersonal, seks, masalah pribadi tentang diri, rasa/selera, pikiran, agama, masalah umum, pekerjaan/pendidikan. Sedangkan kepuasan pernikahan diukur berdasarkan aspek-aspek kepuasan pernikahan menurut Olson & Olson (dalam Lestari, 2012) yaitu: komunikasi, fleksibilitas, kedekatan, kecocokan kepribadian, resolusi konflik, relasi seksual, kegiatan di waktu luang, keluarga dan teman, pengelolaan keuangan, dan keyakinan spiritual. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara keterbukaan diri dengan kepuasan pernikahan dengan kolerasi rxy = 0,543 p = 0,000 < 0,050. Keterbukaan diri memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 29.5 % terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada istri di Kelurahan Mangga, Medan dan sebesar 70,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Pengaruh Metode Focus Group Discussion Terhadap Kesiapsiagaan Bencana Gempa Bumi di SMK Negeri 1 Alo’oa Kota Gunungsitoli Metode焦点小组讨论经理面对SMK州1 Alo'oa山城的地震灾害准备

Kesiapsiagaan adalah upaya-upaya yang memungkinkan pemerintah, masyarakat dan individu merespon secara cepat situasi bencana secara efektif dan salah satu cara meningkatkannya yaitu melalui focus group discussion. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya  metode focus group discussion  terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi di SMK Alo’oa Kota Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Alo’oa sebanyak 200 siswa. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dan XI sebanyak 15 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekhnik probability sampling jenis systematic random sampling. Data Instumen penelitian menggunakan skala kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi yang di kembangkan oleh LIPI. Data diolah dengan uji Wilcoxon test dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh metode focus group discussion terhadap kesiapsiagaan siswa menghadapi bencana gempa meningkat dengan nilai p value sebesar (0.001) dengan nilai hasil ≤ 0,05., Artinya ada pengaruh metode focus group discussion terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi

Modelling Untuk Meningkatkan Interaksi Sosial Pada Anak Dengan Intellectual Disability 建模以加强与智障儿童的社交互动

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan interaksi sosial anak dengan cara modelling Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Asesmen yang digunakan yaitu tes Binet  dan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bentuk single case. Diagnosis subjek adalah intellectual disability. Subjek penelitian yang terlibat bernama Budi (nama samaran) berusia 9 tahun dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki memiliki permasalahan interaksi sosial dengan lingkungan sekitarnya yang buruk seperti tidak adanya interaksi dengan tetangga dan teman sebaya. Intervensi yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan behavioristik yaitu teknik modelling yang dilakukan dengan 5 sesi, yaitu: (1) Membangun Komitmen (2) Modelling dan Role Play menyapa (3) Modelling dan Role Play bertanya (4) Modelling dan Role Play meminta sesuatu (5) Evaluasi dan Terminasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam interaksi sosial subjek sehingga intervensi dengan teknik modelling memberikan dampak yang positif seperti menyapa tetangga dan teman sebaya dan berani untuk membeli sesuatu di warung.

Makna Hidup pada Wanita Dewasa yang Terlambat Menikah 为晚婚成年女性创造生活

This research was a qualitative research regarding the meaning of life for unmarried woman. There are four components that were explored, the causes and psychological effect they experienced, coping strategy that used and the meaning of life that was owned by those women. The technique for collecting data using interview and observation sheet. The respondents was above 40 years old and unmarried. This research was supported by logotherapy theory of Victor Frankl. The meaning of life for these respondents was a kind of full life experiences that came from their suffering of being not married yet. The result of the this research showed thet the factors affecting both respondents had not get married because they want to be established before get married, dedication to their parents, and having a high standard factors. But for respondent I, study oriented factor and difficulty of married was also of factors. Both respondents enjoyed their unmarried status became they have freedom and autonomy in determining this own decision. But they have negative effect such as difficulty to fulfill their sexual need and difficulty when they got sick wothout any help from other people and feeling uncomfortable because of the norms from their religion and culture which considered unmarried woman as unlucky and incomplete as a woman.

This research aims to determine the relationship between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction. The hypothesis states that there is a relationship between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction. This research uses quantitave method, especially the correlational technique. The subjects were 76 married female nurses at RSUD Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai. Total sampling technique was used in this study. The datum collected through Scale of Job Satisfaction, Adversity Response Profile (ARP) and Work Family Conflict Scale. The collected data then analyzed with multiple regression analysis method. The main result of this study showed that there was a significant correlation between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction (R = 0,462; p < 0,05). Based on the result, there is a relationship between adversity quotient and work family conflict with job satisfaction. It can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.
本研究旨在探讨逆境商数、工作家庭冲突与工作满意度的关系。假设逆境商数、工作家庭冲突与工作满意度之间存在一定的关系。本研究主要采用定量方法,特别是相关技术。研究对象为76名已婚女护士,Dr. RM Djoelham Binjai。本研究采用全抽样技术。数据通过工作满意度量表、逆境反应量表和工作家庭冲突量表收集。对收集到的数据进行多元回归分析。本研究的主要结果显示,逆境商、工作家庭冲突与工作满意度存在显著相关(R = 0,462;P < 0.05)。结果表明,逆境商数、工作家庭冲突与工作满意度之间存在一定的关系。可以得出结论,这个假设是可以接受的。

This study aims to determine how much influence and relationship between office layout on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Medan. The population is 20 people and uses saturated samples. Data collection using questionnaire method tested with several methods of data analysis. The results of this study proved by testing the hypothesis that is: Test Validity and Reliability, Test T, Coefficient R and Coefficient R2 and Simple Linear Regression Analysis that indicates that the influence between office layout on employee performance. Based on Simple Linear Regression Analysis obtained equation Y = 16,638 + 0,684X, and if assumed every increase of office layout for unit then will improve employee performance equal to 0,684. Based on the analysis of product moment correlation obtained both variables have a strong relationship. Based on the analysis of determination, between office layout on employee performance of 41.0% means that the office spatial has an influence on the performance of 41.0%, while the remaining is 59.0% explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Based on the T-Test, it is explained that partially, the regression coefficient used is significant. In conclusion, that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is a strong and significant influence between office layout on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Medan.

This study aims to see the influence of self-development training to member loyalty. Research subjects are 40 members of Formasi Ar-Ruuh UMA. The samples were divided into experimental groups (Trained) and control groups (No training). Using 50 instruments of loyalty as a measuring instrument. Data analysis techniques using Wilcoxon Test, with the following results: 1. There’s influence of training on experimental group, significance coefficient 0.005. p 0.005 <0.05, hypothesis is accepted. 2. There’s no significant increase in the control group. p = 0,513. p 0,513> 0,05, hypothesis is rejected. 3. There’s no significant difference between the two groups, p = 0.225. p 0.225> 0.05, hypothesis is rejected. The experimental group further increased its loyalty score by a pretest average of 125.85, the posttest rising to 130.25. The control group obtained a pretest average of 124.75, the posttest rising to 125.00. Self-development training affects loyalty improvement with pretest empirical mean experimental group 125,85, pretest control group 124,75, posttest experimental group 130,25, posttest control group 125,00. The empirical average value is greater than the hypothetical value (100) and the difference over the SD number is 11.440, 16.227, 5.447, 16.387.

This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of organizational culture to intrinsic motivation, (2) the effect of work team to intrinsic motivation, (3) the effect of organizational culture to normative commitment, (4) the effect of work team to normative commitment (5) the effect of intrinsic motivation to normative commitment and (6) the undirect effect who organizational culture and work team to normative commitment weather intrinsic motivation. The result showed that: (1) There is a significant direct possitive of effect between organizational culture and work team, individually to intrinsic motivation with significance level of 0,399 and 0,414. (2) There is a significant direct possitive of effect between organizational culture, work team and intrinsic motivation, individually to normative commitment with significance level of 0,324, 0,181 and 0,169. (3) There is a indirect effect between organizational culture and work team, individually to normative commitment with the significance level of 0,210 and 0,229 weather intrinsic motivation. The study concluded: (1) Organizational culture and work team has a direct effect, individually to intrinsic motivation by 16% and 17%. (2) Organizational culture, work team and intrinsic motivation, individually has a direct effect to normative commitment by 10%, 3,3% and 2,8%. Thus suggested to improve the normative commitment should be increased organizational culture, work team and intrinsic motivation of teacher.

Hubungan Regulasi Diri dalam Belajar dan Efikasi Diri dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik Mahasiswa 学习自律关系与学生学业拖延的自我效能

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) the relationship of self efficacy with student academic procrastination; (3) the relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination. The hypothesis proposed is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination, assuming the higher self regulated learning and self efficacy, the lower the student academic procrastination. Conversely, the lower the self regulated learning and self efficacy, the higher the student's academic procrastination. The number of samples is 61 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sample techniques. The data collection techniq uses questionnaire. The research method used is quantitative methods. The results of the study conclude that: (1) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and student academic procrastination; (3) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination.
