Regarding the Pearl River Delta economic zone as the research object, this paper quantitatively analyzes the short-term interaction and long-term equilibrium relationship between real estate prices and bank credit supply in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Donguan and Foshan from 1999-2011 by constructing a VAR model and applying multivariate cointegration analysis technology, Granger causality test, impulse response function and variance decomposition. Through the studies, this paper concludes that: the two-way causal relationship exists between property prices and bank lending for the Pearl River Delta area. As for Guangzhou, since a lot of demand for investment, the bank has less impact on property prices. Finally, the paper put forward recommendations from the three aspects of the financing channels for enterprises, product supply structure and policy control.

National ownership structure is significant for promoting economic performance. In the last thirty years, the Chinese government implemented sustained reform to restructure the economic ownership, and most of the districts have finished the reform except some underdeveloped and remote areas. To facilitate the ownership restructuration of these unreformed areas, this paper derives a game between the central government, local government and local participants to analyze the players' strategies in different situations. The results show that without local government the game between the central government and local participants could not get the optimal solution; the local government's participation could break the dilemma and facilitate the ownership restructure process. With the seven propositions, we are hoping to bring a light to those local governments of underdeveloped and remote areas to restructure their local ownership.

The understanding and description of emergency case plays an important role in emergency decision-making in the process of CBR (Case-based Reasoning). However, most people usually have semantic conflict with each other in the understanding of emergency case, which weakens the effect of emergency decision-making severely. In order to resolve this problem, this paper analyzed the structure of the emergency case and extended the ABC ontology model on the basis of emergency case. Then, this paper proposed emergency case ontology model which was called ECOM for short after above steps. Finally, the paper tested the consistency of ECOM with Racer and conducted application study by modeling knowledge of emergency case in power-repairing. The application results show that the model can effectively describe emergency cases.

In the venture capital firms, the relationship between the project manager and shareholders is the agency relationship. Because of the existence of internal control phenomenon and opportunistic behavior, we must inspire and constraint the project manager. To compensate for the drawbacks of the traditional salary incentive mechanism, in recent years, some venture capital companies require the manager to invest the project with their own funds. However, the scholars have no further study and research on this mechanism. For this reason, I established a dynamic game model basing on the related theories research and the interviews to the main venture capital firms to analyze the dynamic game of project manager's investment along with the investment mechanism of the venture capital firms. By the research conclusions, I conclude that the returning expection value deducting the time value present different relation among different following investment stock proportion, venture capital firm and project manager in different conditions. Meanwhile, when following investment stock ratio meets the fixed interval, adopting this mechanism can help to improve venture capital firm and project manager's the returning expection value deducting the time value and stimulate both sides, forming a sub-game perfect Nash Equilibrium.

The current status of the Russian economy, its role in the international division of labor and status of innovational potential leave much to be desired. Overcoming of these negative tendencies is possible only under activation and development of venture innovative activity, creation of new forms of innovative infrastructure. With the advancement of Triple play and the communication technology innovation, as a form of media, mobile phone plays a more and more important role. Mobile TV as a new media, opened up a kind of information dissemination channel that not limited by time and space. Mobile TV services are characterized by multi-actors, cross-industry, integrated, dynamics, interaction, and requirement uncertainness. These features make us hard to calculate their service value and to understand their innovation process. According to the service integrating process, the dynamic model of mobile TV service value network is constructed, in which serve modules are the basic elements and research subjects. The client service value evaluate index system is constructed from the customer view. Then the survey questionnaire is designed. Based on the survey data, the importance factors and influencing factors of mobile TV value are analyzed. Finally we gave some suggestion about mobile service innovation.

Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in the national economic structure, whose quality of development concerns the whole country's development potential of economy. Process innovation is internal impetus to stable and sustainable development of manufacturing industry. From the perspective of the existing achievements of process innovation in our country, by means of establishing DEA evaluation model and conducting empirical research, this essay reflects the effects of financial support policy on process innovation that have been achieved in our country at present, so as to reveal some existing problems in financial support policy on process innovation of manufacturing industry in our country.

With information age approaching, for the fierce competition between enterprises, the large-scale machinery plants, such as the coal mine, begin to apply the scientific and lean management with modern technology. The sound layout is instrumental in controlling cost and increasing efficiency, so the managers think highly of the ground and transportation system layout of coal mine, as has become a newer research field. The coal mine, with the designed output of 900 thousand tons per year, is located in a mountain area, and because of the complex terrain and limited space, it is significant to layout the coal mine properly. This article analyzes the characteristics of the coal mine in Shanxi province, China, with Systematic Layout Planning (SLP), to project the optimal layout pattern. First the coal mine is divided into some related operational departments, and their relationship among departments is evaluated after the analysis of work flow, logistics and non-logistics, so the comprehensive closeness of each department can be qualified. Then the departments are arranged according to the closeness rank calculated. Finally, the optimized layout plan is obtained according to on-site fieldwork. The finding contributes to the coal mine with limited space.

Firstly this paper summarizes the model of the disaster loss calculation based on GIS grid, and then develops a regional disaster assessment information system based on WebGIS. Using the space grid as the computing unit, grid-based disaster damage assessment model gives us a new way to analyze and process the disaster geospatial data and the socio-economic data on the unit grid. It can express the process of the disaster dynamically. This paper elaborates the method of the grid-based disaster loss calculation. Then we have discussed the development objectives and function design of the integrated system. Finally, combined with ArcGIS Server platform we have developed a system and as a result conducted a scenario simulation and grid-based damage assessment experiments on several major disasters. It has got a good result.

A duopoly two-stage gambling model is set, composed by enterprises in the developed and the developing countries, based on Bertrand competition, in order to clear the relationship between the IPR protection degree and the firm's market performance in non-heated price competition. The model supposes that products have the horizontal and vertical difference, the developed country enterprise carries on the product R&D investment. The non-cooperation Cournot-equilibrium solution is found adopting backward induction. Influences of IPR protection degree in non-developed countries on market performance is examined when non-developed countries whether there exists or not production cost advantages. Influence of IPR protection of non-developed countries on market performance is studied when product R&D input is conducted by developed countries. The study indicates that the IPR protection degree of non-developed countries, the country in which the product market exists and the cost advantage size of non-developed countries will impact on whether the developed countries make the decision to input product R&D and impact on the firm's market performance when the products have the horizontal and vertical difference.
