An industrial structure model is built based on complex networks theory and input-output theory. This paper chooses Beijing and Shanghai to make the practice research and analyzes regional industrial structure. The results, which can provide the theory base and reference data for government making relevant policy, show that the leading industries of Beijing and Shanghai both are traditional industries and the status of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery gradually decreased; the rise of scrap and waste industry proof the efforts made by China towards to protecting environment; metal smelting and processing, chemical, transportation and storage are still in a very important position and should be given enough attention. The results could provide theory base and reference data for government making relevant policy.

Last several years have seen the great growth of the Shanzhai mobile phone firms, and it is more surprising that these firms achieve such performance under the background of the global financial crisis. However, in order to acquire long term competitive advantages, Shanzhai mobile phone firms must make strategic transformation. This research tries to explain the emergence and growth of Shanzhai mobile phone firms from theoretical views of modularity and disruptive innovation. The research results suggest that technological modularity facilitates the evolution of industrial value chain, which greatly lower the threshold for local small firms' entry and promotes disruptive innovations. Shanzhai mobile phone firms start from low-end disruption and by accumulating technology and market knowledge through resource integration, some of these firms can work their way up to eventually achieve independent innovation and their own brands, becoming major players in the market. Based on the Tianyu case study, this paper explores the theoretical model about how Shanzhai mobile phone firms carry out strategic transformation, and then discusses relevant policy implications.

The research team investigated the technology personnel and managers from photovoltaic enterprises in Jiangsu province by questionnaires from August to December of 2011. The paper establishes a Structural Equation Model of knowledge acquisition affecting technology innovation performance of photovoltaic enterprises (PV). The mechanism of model is verified by an empirical analysis based on the questionnaires. The results show that knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on technology innovation performance of PV enterprise. Technology capability has a part mediating effect between knowledge acquisition and innovation performance. Government behaviors have the moderating effect. Government R&D subsidies can stimulate R&D investment of enterprises with lever effect, and electricity subsidies can promote technology capability and innovation performance with driving effect, but the moderating effect of industry planning isn't significant.

This article puts forward an idea of generating emergency plan under the “scenario-task” perspective and clarifies the main content and key technology roadmap of the research starting from problems existing in the domestic emergency plan. Based on the summary of typical emergencies evolution, by means of making the research on the classification and grading of emergency scenarios and the constitution of scenario elements, the network analytical model of emergency scenario evolution is hierarchically formed. This model is made up of incentive layer, rule layer and events chain layer. At the same time, with national strategic task, regional coordination tasks and basic respond set up in the vertical direction, prevention, monitoring, response and recovery in the horizontal direction, we establish an emergency task structural matrix facing up to different kinds of scenario. It is discussed about the matching relationship between different levels of tasks and dynamic effect on the scenario evolution by the task performance. Then we seek the interaction mechanism between scenario evolution and task changes by analyzing the variable transformation between scenario, scenario element and task. The basic logic of emergency plan generation is revealed and the critical path of its dynamically generation is proposed from the aspects of emergency plan structural system, scenario and case database, task responsibility of emergency organization, emergency practice and plan evaluation.

Under settings of China's economic transition period, strategic flexibility is the crucial capability to allow the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to proact or respond timely and effectively to quickly changing conditions. Starting from the perspective of top management team (TMT) and its members' leadership sources, this paper explored the impact of TMT managerial discretion on strategic flexibility of SMEs, based on the resource based view. Using the sample of 165 China's listed SMEs, the empirical research identified TMT managerial discretion derived from task environment and TMT managerial discretion derived from organization as key influential factors of strategic flexibility of SMEs. However, the impact of TMT managerial discretion derived from team power-base on strategic flexibility of SMEs was not significant. The empirical results also revealed that strategic flexibility has positive effect on firm growth performance of SMEs.

Shortage of water resources and aggravation of water environment have become important factors of restricting Chinese economic and social development. Faced with severe water crisis, it is the certain selection that realizes an integrated management of overall river basin to abide by natural law of water resources circle. Due to lag of the political system reform and imperfection of related systems, interrelation among multitudinous river basin management organizations is complexity and chaos; contradictions- among central and local governments, among different local governments- have seriously hindered improvement of water resources management efficiency and effective protection of water environment. To solve these problems, we can construct intergovernmental contradictions' coordination mode with restruction of river basin management organizations' function at the core, so as to reduce contradictions among multitudinous river basin management organizations, increase management efficiency of water resources, and achieve effective protection and sustainable development of water environment.

In accordance with information processing theory, the outside information influenced individual cognitive, and then affecting the individual evaluation and behavior. However, the academic circles have neglected the psychological reactions of consumers, this study build the conceptual model of relationship between corporate social responsibility and brand equity, consumers' emotional and rational cognition as mediating variables. Meanwhile, using structural equation methods to test the relationships between the dimensions of corporate social responsibility and brand equity, and mediating effects. The results showed that, corporate environmental responsibility influenced brand equity directly, and meanwhile indirectly through perceived quality; Community responsibility affected brand equity indirectly through perceived quality; Consumer responsibility had an impact on brand equity directly and indirectly through perceived quality.

Horizontal merger refers to mergers and acquisitions (later same as M & A) between enterprises which belong to an industry, producing and operating same or similar products. The main purpose of the M & A is expanding its market share, generating economies of scale. In this paper, from a new perspective, the event study method was used to study the motivation of M & A enterprises through the case of Midea Electric Appliances acquisitions Little Swan. Verify merger motives of the Midea electrical appliance and Little Swan accord with efficiency theory. Through analyze three common effects of the efficiency theory (management synergies, operating synergies and financial synergies), further explain the application of efficiency theory in the horizontal merger and acquisition motives between enterprises, and eventually come to convincing conclusions.

The psychological contract between organization and employee is not a documented contract. Better fulfillment of the psychological contract is helpful to realize the organization entire goals and improve organizational performance. Peripheral performance is an important part of the performance of employees. Good peripheral performance plays an irreplaceable role on employee loyalty, job performance and organizational cohesion. However, the majority of Chinese enterprise still doesn't realize the importance of the psychological contract and peripheral performance management. The aim of the present study is to study the relationship between psychological contract and peripheral performance and the influence mechanism. The results are based on questionnaire data using structural equation modeling method, hoping to provide advice for human resources management practice in the enterprise of modernization.

The modality in which stakeholder orientation can be successfully leveraged in a scope on corporate social performance has become an important research issue. Based on the legitimacy management model, the study aims to answer two research question (1) what about the efficient scope of the effect of stakeholder orientation on corporate social performance? and(2) whether the stakeholder orientation and institutional condition are complementary? Through combined legitimacy view on corporate social performance, stakeholder and institutional theory, we investigate above two question based on the data of top 100 of advanced corporate social performance in China since 2009 to 2011. Empirical research has found that stakeholder orientation will likely in a higher level in much stronger institutional condition. Stakeholder orientation has an efficient effect scope on corporate social performance by the significantly reversed U-shape relationship between stakeholder orientation effect on social performance. Stakeholder orientation and institutional condition synergy leverage on corporate social performance. Institutional condition is complementary stakeholder orientation effect on corporate social performance.
