Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti selama kegiatan pembelajaran matematika yang berlangsung di SMA Negeri 2 Barabai Khususnya di kelas XII MIPA 1 terlihat bahwa motivasi siswa dalam belajar masih rendah. Beberapa siswa terlihat tidak antusias dalam mengikuti pelajaran dan tidak tekun mengerjakan tugas, bahkan ada yang mengerjakan tugas mata pelajaran lain saat pembelajaran matematika sedang berlangsung. Keadaan ini menyebabkan hasil belajar mereka secara klasikal rendah. Sebagai solusi alternatif dari permasalahan tersebut guru mencoba menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar turunan fungsi melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Barabai Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September – November 2019 dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan persentase, rata-rata dan analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian setelah menggunakan model TAI menunjukkan rata-rata persentase tingkat motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan meningkat. This study aims to improve motivation and learning outcomes through the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning model in XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Barabai 2019/2020. Data were collected through observation, tests, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentage, average and descriptive analysis. The results of the study after using the TAI model showed that the average percentage level of motivation and student learning outcomes overall increased. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru matematika dalam menggunakan model kooperatif tipe jigsaw di sekolah dasar melalui supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan dua siklus yang dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan (Januari-Maret 2020). Subjek penelitian guru mata pelajaran matematika kelas VI SD Negeri Matang Batas Kecamatan Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin. Fokus yang diteliti yaitu proses pembelajaran dan data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa supervisi akademik kunjungan kelas dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dalam membuat RPP dengan kategori baik pada akhir siklus II dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dicapai juga pada akhir siklus II. Kata kunci: kunjungan kelas, supervisi akademik, matematika. Abstract: This study aimed to improve the ability of mathematics teachers to use the jigsaw-type cooperative model in elementary schools through academic supervision with class visit techniques. This research was a school action research type with two cycles which were carried out for three months (January-March 2020). The subject of the research was the sixth grade mathematics teacher at SD Negeri Matang Batas, Hatungun District, Tapin Regency. The focus under study is the learning process and data is collected through observation. The results showed that the academic supervision of class visits could increase teacher activity in making lesson plans with good categories at the end of cycle II and completeness of student learning outcomes was also achieved at the end of cycle II.. Materi jaring-jaring bangun ruang sederhana diajarkan di kelas V SD. Hasil belajar siswa pada materi ini masih rendah, khususnya di kelas V SDN Asam Randah Kecamatan Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin. Siswa mendapat ketuntasan belajar hanya 50%. KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah minimal 85%. Jika hal ini dibiarkan maka akan berdampak pada prestasi siswa menjelang kenaikan kelas. Salah satu usaha yang mungkin dapat memperbaiki hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran examples non examples. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, aktivitas guru dalam pembelajaran, dan hasil belajar siswa pada konsep jaring-jaring bangun ruang sederhana. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian 15 orang siswa kelas V SDN Asam Randah Kecamatan Hatungun Kabupaten Tapin semester II tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan observasi, selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan model pembelajaran examples non examples dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, guru, dan hasil belajar siswa. Student learning outcomes in this material are still low, especially in 5th grade of SDN Asam Randah, Hatungun District, Tapin Regency. Students get only 50% completeness in learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan ( development research ) yang terdiri dari tahap preliminary, self evaluation, expert review, one to one dan small group yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan soal-soal tipe PISA konten uncertainty and data dengan konteks penyebaran Covid-19 yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil PISA Indonesia yang menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan literasi siswa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan soal PISA dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif atau solusi dari permasalahan tersebut agar soal tipe PISA diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematika pada siswa ketika digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Izzuddin Palembang tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah soal-soal tipe PISA konten uncertainty and data dengan konteks penyebaran Covid-19 yang valid dan praktis. Berdasarkan analisis jawaban siswa diperoleh bahwa soal tersebut sudah praktis karena mudah digunakan dan dapat diinterpretasikan dengan baik oleh siswa sehingga menghasilkan respon jawaban siswa yang beragam dan tingkat kesulitan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa kelas X. Kata kunci : Soal Tipe PISA, Uncertainty and Data , Covid-19 Abstract: This is development research consisting stages of preliminary, self evaluation, expert review, one to one and small group which aims to produce problems like PISA task using uncertainty and data content and the spread of Covid-19 context that is valid and practical. This study is motivated by the low results of Indonesian students’ PISA which shows the low literacy ability of Indonesian students. Therefore, the development of problems like PISA task can be one of the alternatives or solutions to these problems so that problems like PISA task can be used in learning which is expected to increase students’ mathematical literacy skills. The subjects of this study in class X students of Izzuddin High School Palembang in the school year 2019/2020. The results of this study are problems like PISA task using Uncertainty and Data content and the spread of Covid-19 context that is valid and practical. Based on the analysis of the students' answers, it was found that the questions were practical because they were easy to use and could be interpreted well by students, so that it produced the variety of students' responses and problems' level of difficulty are according to the abilities of student grade X. Buku ajar merupakan salah satu cerminan kurikulum suatu negara. Buku ajar matematika yang digunakan di sekolah mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran matematika. Menteri Pendidikan Indonesia telah menerbitan buku ajar siswa dan guru yang didistribusikan secara nasional pada tahun 2013. Beberapa perbaikan dilakukan untuk merevisi buku tersebut. Revisi buku dilakukan untuk memperbaiki konten dan memperkenalkan soal HOTS untuk mempersiapkan siswa Indonesia menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian analisis perbandingan soal HOTS pada buku ajar matematika negara Singapura, Jepang, dan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan distribusi soal HOTS pada buku ajar matematika ketiga negara tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian analisis konten. Analisis konten adalah metode penelitian yang memberikan cara-cara yang sistematis dan objektif untuk membuat kesimpulan yang valid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proporsi soal HOTS dari buku ajar matematika Singapura, Jepang, dan Indonesia secara berturut-turut 27,08%, 17,02%, dan 28,57%. Masing-masing buku ajar matematika memberikan konten yang mendukung soal HOTS dan kurikulum yang berlaku di negara masing-masing. Mathematics textbook used in schools influences the quality of mathematics learning. Education Ministry of Indonesia had published textbook for student and teacher which distributed nationally in 2013. Some revisions conducted to improve the textbook. Revised textbook purposely both to improve content and to promote HOTS problems anticipating Indonesian student for sustaining in 21 st century. Therefore, researcher conducted a research to analyze and to compare HOTS Problem on mathematics textbook from Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia. The purposes of this research are to understand and also to compare the distribution of HOTS problem from mathematics textbook of the three countries. This research uses analysis content research model. Content analysis is a method providing systematic and objective ways to deduce a valid result. The result shows the proportion of HOTS problem on mathematics textbook from Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia consecutively 27,08%, 17,02%, dan 28,57%.
