The main research content of this paper is the optimal pricing strategy of the enterprise under the e-commerce environment, based on the analysis of factors affecting consumers' purchase and return behavior, with the goal of maximizing the profit of enterprise, this paper concluded the optimal price that consumers can accept. Then, we established the mathematical model based on the sellers' profits, by solving this model we acknowledged the optimal commodity return price and the initial inventory. Finally, proving the conclusion in this paper by numerical calculation carried out by Matlab software, and analyzing the influence of various factors on the results, and proposing corresponding suggestions.

Investment risk of highway construction is contained in the whole life cycle from project initiation and design, to construction, to operation and maintenance; therefore investment risk assessment and corresponding precautionary measures are very important to project success. On the basis of China's realities and by Delphi Method this article established an evaluation index system of highway construction project investment risks consists of 19 factors from 6 aspects including political, economic and natural environment, project management, construction technology and operational management. Owing to the non-linear characteristics of the risk factors, the neural network toolbox of MATLAB software was adopted to build a 19 * 12 * 1 BP neural network evaluation model. Finally, this model was applied in investment risk evaluation of JL highway project in Jiangxi province of China; the results show that BP neural network model can be used as a practical effective investment risk evaluation method of highway construction project.

In dynamic environment, for the supply chain with time-varying demand forecast accuracy, although the lead-time compression may raise forecast accuracy, it may produce crash costs. Manufacturer owns the true information of crash costs and tells higher costs to retailer in order to get more profit. This paper takes the above situations into consideration, develops a supply chain coordination model with asymmetric information, which consist one retailer and one producer, makes the decision how much retailer orders goods and how long manufacturer compresses the lead-time. The study results that retailer has to pay extra information rent to reveal the private information of manufacturer. Additionally, based on the combination of buy-back contract and cost sharing contract, the supply chain can get to the state of Pareto efficiency. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the theoretical results of the proposed model and conducts sensitivity analysis on parameters of the proposed model.

This paper discusses about vibration energy harvesting using electrodynamic method, where inertial mass (a magnet) moves relative to an idle conductor. An thin planar spring with material of FR4 is used as mechanical spring, an NdFeB magnet is used as an inertial mass, and bobbin-less coil is used as the conductor. The research discussed in this paper compares the maximum voltage and resonance frequency generated by the Electrodynamic Vibration Energy Harvesting (EVEH) device with an FR4 thin planar spring with the dimensio n of 25mm × 25mm, one of which uses two 14mm symmetrical cantilever arm, and the other uses four 7mm symmetrical cantilever arm. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Comsol 4.3a simulation software is used to design the mechanical spring and EVEH device. Fabrication of the mechanical spring is done using laser cutting method and EVEH device characterization is done using a loudspeaker as vibration energy source. From the experiment, it is found that the two symmetrical cantilever EVEH generated a maximum voltage and resonance frequency of respectively 303 mV and 45 Hz with 0,5g acceleration then 423 mV and 49 Hz with 1g, while the four symmetrical cantilever EVEH generated 235 mV and 102 Hz with 0,5g then 350 mV and 113 Hz with 1g, where g = 9,8 m/s2.

Embedded innovation is becoming a new paradigm of innovation. Firms' innovation activities are influenced by both knowledge elements in the knowledge network and partners in the collaborative network. This paper explored the influence of knowledge and collaboration network embeddedness on innovation performance based on biological medicine producing Chinese enterprises operating in Wuhan East Lake high-tech zone. Network visualization technology was used to analyze the impact of centrality and structure hole on enterprise innovation performance. Research analysis results showed the following findings: First, an inverted U-shaped relationship exists between enterprise innovation performance and centrality in knowledge network and the innovation performance and structural holes have a positive correlation. Secondly, enterprise innovation performance is positively related to centrality in a collaborative network. But relationship between innovation performance and the degree of structural holes insignificant. Finally, the result showed that knowledge and collaborative networks were not correlated. Recommendations for enhancing innovation performance were also presented for the enterprises.

How to accurately evaluate the impact of design change during the whole design, and make decisions on the change request is the most important problem facing the complex product design changes. By means of studying the change rule of node state and the mechanism of change propagation in complex product design network, the improved cuckoo search algorithm is used to solve the design change propagation path, which lays a foundation for comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the influence of change on complex product design.

In this study, the integrated delivery of agricultural product's production chain and marketing chain, and the optimization of integrated logistics chain are investigated. For this purpose, the vehicle routing problem with simultaneous pickup and delivery (VRPSPD) models for integrated delivery of agricultural product's production chain and marketing chain are established. Then, the established VRPSPD model is solved by Clarke-Wright (CW) algorithm. In order to confirm the effectiveness of proposed approach, the actual case that the logistics park of agricultural products in central China's Henan Province is carried out. The results indicate that the transportation cost of the integrated delivery of the agricultural product's production chain and marketing chain is significantly lower than that of the two separately.

Order picking operation has become the key technical breakthrough with the development of distribution center. In this paper, taking into account the wide range of applications, the scattered picking system of distribution center is chosen as the research object, one turnover box is corresponding to the one packaging box in the system. We attempted to maximize the space utilization of the packaging box by designing the turnover box task assignment model. We developed a Clark-Wright heuristic algorithm to solve the turnover box task assignment model on the premise of ensuring efficiency, and introduce an actual case to do some experimental analysis. The experimental results show that the packaging box space utilization can be promoted greatly through the optimization. Therefore we verified the feasibility and validity of the algorithm eventually.

The Tujia nationality's brocade (short as Tujia brocade) is one of the Tujia traditional handicrafts, and is considered as the highest value and the most symbolic cultural art in the traditional craft of China because of its difficult technology and rich cultural connotation. The Tujia brocade is also China's first batch of intangible cultural heritage. This paper proposes a set of strategy according to digital protection of the Tujia brocade, which aims at establishing the virtual exhibition scenes through 3D technique to model the Tujia brocade character and imitate 3D character animation, for propagandizing, educating, inheriting Tujia brocade culture.

Occupational stress measurement of corporate customer care agent is needed to be done to increase the service quality that is being delivered to the customer. In this paper, researcher used Electroenchepalogram to measure Beta band and then calculated Relative Power Ratio to find the level of occupational stress. The result of this research states that there is an upturn of stress level in the end of the shift compared to the beginning of the shift.
