We construct a two-echelon supply chain with one supplier and two retailers. Revenue sharing contract and lateral transshipment are considered in the discussed supply chain. We present a game model, and study how lateral transshipment under revenue sharing contract affects retailers' inventory choices and supply chain profit. Retailers choose their inventory levels by considering the possibility of transshipments to maximize their own profits under revenue sharing contract. We find that transshipment combined with revenue sharing contract can coordinate the discussed supply chain, and improve the performance of all the supply chain actors.

In comparison to worldwide extremely fast development of construction industry, measurement and evaluation of green building materials is still very weak. This article studies the essence of green building materials, establishes an evaluation index system from resource and energy consumption, and environmental and ecological influences towards different processes including producing, transportation, end using and after discard of the building materials, uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weights, and then puts forward some specific suggestions on how to promote the greening of building materials.

IELS is a web application that contains a number of elements developed together using the PHP language to form the Interactive Electronic Lecture System (IELS). This paper aims to evaluate the efficacy of the IELS compared to previous studies conducted to enhance and improve the lecturing process. A number of issues were taken into consideration in the comparison such as accessibility, usability, interactivity, learnability, communication, and satisfaction. To check the reliability of these issues factor analysis was conducted. Other issues considered when evaluating the IELS compared to the previous studies included student learning outcomes, their exchange information and their interaction with the lecture content.

Electric vehicles will gain a significant market share within the next decade. Therefore, the automotive industry faces challenges regarding increasing number of units as well as technology uncertainty. To address these challenges production systems have to be developed that provide volume flexibility and reduce cost. It is essential to provide companies with planning methods that have the ability to assess manufacturing systems in a short time to react quickly in this disruptive environment. In this paper, we argue that through the use of discrete event simulation in an early phase, planning time can be reduced and the output quality increased. Conventional approaches focus mostly on the further improvement of existing manufacturing lines for a low uncertainty in production volume. The simulation of scalable production systems in the early phase requires a fully variable control between different modules. These modules have to be parametrical because of new technologies in the environment of electric mobility and the associated unsecure input data. Due to the high amount of scenarios production planners without simulation expertise have to be able to use the method. In this paper a method is proposed that uses predefined models to configure the scope of an assessment as well as to determine the required data. Preprogrammed modules are used to analyze the scalable concept of a manufacturing line efficiently. An application shows that the required accuracy can be achieved in a shorter time than using conventional methods.

In order to survive in this competitive and ever changing market, manufacturers have to improve and enhance the competitiveness, flexibility, responsiveness and sustainability with the application of the cutting-edge technologies and innovative management methods. New concepts, i.e., Intelligent manufacturing, flexible manufacturing, agile manufacturing, network manufacturing, green manufacturing and Industry 4.0, etc., have been proposed and developed in recent years based upon the newest and most advanced manufacturing technologies and Information and Communication technologies (ICT). This paper presents a new concept: Small-scale Intelligent Manufacturing System (SIMS), and the comparison with previous concepts and the benefits of SIMS are discussed in this paper. Different from the previous research works which mainly emphasize the technological integration for improving the flexibility and intelligence of an individual manufacturing system, this paper, however, focuses on and discusses the supply chain problems arisen from a holistic perspective. The features of the supply chain for realizing small-scale intelligent production and responsive distribution are discussed, and the limitation and future works are also discussed and suggested latter in this paper.

Forward logistics and reverse logistics collaborative distribution is a powerful way to reduce carbon emission because the vehicle loading efficiency can be improved. Firstly, this paper study the theoretically and proposes a forward and reverse logistics collaborative delivery model. Secondly, Design optimize the target is based on distribution distance, actual load and fuel consumption which are closely related to distribution cost. Moreover, use the mechanism of the symmetry rotation and the quantum gate rotation to improve the Ant Colony Algorithm. And to solve the forward logistics and reverse logistics collaborative distribution problem. Finally, Case study is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed model.

The Proportional Navigation Guidance (PNG) law is not suitable for maneuvering targets interception as the accuracy will sharply degrade., in this paper, a modified augmented proportional navigation (MAPN) guidance law is proposed which adds an target maneuvering acceleration compensation to overcome the effect of the degradation of guidance accuracy. Aiming at modeling and filtering errors introduced by infrared seeker, engine and filter, such as the time delay of the seeker, the bias of the engine thrust, the time delay of the acceleration estimation, also the effect of the Extended Kalman Filtering (EKF) and Adaptive Extended Kalman Filtering (AEKF) on MAPNG law. Based on the presented analyses, the MAPN guidance law with the AEKF filter provides significant performance improvements over the commonly used classical method.

To deal with the increase of mass transportation needs problem, PT. Kereta Commuter Jabodetabek (KCJ) implements Commuter Vending Machine (C-VIM) as the solution. However, this implementation is causing problems and long queues when the user is not accustomed to using the machine. The objective of this research is to evaluate user experience after using the commuter vending machine, to analyze the existing user experience problem, and to achieve a better user experience design. User experience is measured using both quantitative and qualitative measurements. The quantitative measurement comprises user performance metrics, such as task success, time on task, error, efficiency, and learnability. The qualitative measurement includes system usability scale questionnaire (SUS), questionnaire for user interface satisfaction (QUIS), and retrospective think aloud (RTA). This study shows that C-VIM has a bad performance and user experience. Interface redesign using activity relationship chart (ARC) was proposed and resulted in a better performance and user experience.
