PENGARUH SEASONAL EFFECT TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM LQ-45 DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2019 – 2020

The purpose of this research was to examine the existence of Monday Effect, Week Four Effect, and Rogalsky Effect on stock return of LQ-45 index ini Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019 – 2020. The statistic methods used to test the hypotheses are Mann Whitney. The results show that Monday Effect, Week Four Effect, and Rogalsky Effect exist on stock return of LQ-45 index in IDX.Keywords :Monday Effect, Week Four Effect, Rogalsky Effect, Return

FROM WORKER TO BUSINESS OWNER: UNDERSTANDING CHALLENGES FACING SMALL BUSINESS AMIDST COVID-19 OUTBREAKS 从工人到企业主:了解2019冠状病毒病爆发期间小企业面临的挑战

TThe Covid-19 pandemic has caused the unprecedented impacts to almost all aspects of human live globally. Travelling and tourism activities are among the most devastating sectors. Being one of the worldly known tourist destinations where over 80% of the local people rely on the tourism sector, Bali is particular case during this Covid-1 outbreak. People who work in the tourism field has been pushed to transform their job in order to survive. Addressing the research gaps, this paper reports the findings of a study that aimed to explore the challenges among hotel/tourism workers in Bali in running small business amidst Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected from 16 participants using semi structure interview and were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The study revealed four categories representing the challenges of business owner which are lack of management skills, insufficient funding and facilities; lack of creativity and innovation; and lack of experiences. Further discussion, implication, limitation and future research direction are presented.Keywords :Covid-19, Challenges, Entrepreneurship, Small Scale Business, Resilience

DETERMINAN PENGUNGKAPAN ISLAMIC SOCIAL REPORTING PERUSAHAAN YANG TERGABUNG DI JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX

This study aims to examine the determinants of the disclosure of Islamic social reporting of companies incorporated in the Jakarta Islamic Index. ISR determinants in this study are company size, profitability, leverage, board size, and company age. The population used in this study were all companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2016 to 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 51 company years. Data panel regression is used to achieve the goal. The results showed that company size, leverage, and the independent board of commissioners had a significant effect on the disclosure of Islamic social reporting. Meanwhile, profitability and company age show the opposite result.Keywords:Islamic Social Reporting; Firm Size; Leverage: Indepencent Board Director; Firm Age.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SEBAGAI MEDIASI PENGARUH MULTI HALAL FRIENDLY-HOTEL ATRIBUTES TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN GRAND MADANI HOTEL MATARAM

This study aims to analyze the effect of multi halal friendly hotel attributes on customer satisfaction at Grand Madani Hotel Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia using associative quantitative methods. In this study, the population is all hotel guests who have stayed at the Grand Madani Hotel Mataram. The number of samples used in this study were 105 samples using nonprobability sampling. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection was done using a questionnaire / google form. Data analysis using path analysis using SEM AMOS Version 24 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Multi halal friendly hotel attributes have no significant effect on customer experience; 2. Customer experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction 3. Multi halal friendly hotel attributes have no significant effect on customer satisfaction; 4. Multi halal friendly hotel attributes have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction after going through the customer experience intervening variable.Keywords:Multi halal friendly hotel attributes; customer experience; customer satisfaction; sharia hotel

This study aims to see how to conduct an analysis in a phenomenon which is to find the role of young social entrepreneurs in the development of sustainable tourism efforts on the Lombok Island with a content analysis approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation on young social entrepreneurs on the Lombok Island. The results of the study obtained 3 categories, 8 themes and 16 topics through open and axial coding processes. This study reveals 3 main roles of social entrepreneurs, namely as a stimulator, resource sustainability protector and quality assurance of sustainable halal tourism. This study provides a reference for scientific development in qualitative research methods and a gap for future research.Keywords :Content analysis; young social entrepreneurs; halal tourism; sustainable tourism.

PENERAPAN KONSEP PARIWISATA HALAL PADA CITRA MEREK PULAU LOMBOK 清真旅游理念对龙目岛品牌形象的应用

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of the halal tourism concept on the brand image of Lombok Island as the island of a thousand mosques on the decision to visit for the millennials tourists at the Mataram Islamic center. The research method uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the halal tourism concept variable had a positive and significant effect on the visiting decision variable, as well as the brand image variable which had a positive and significant impact on the visit decision variable, the halal tourism concept variable had a positive yet insignificant effect on the visiting decision. The Mataram Islamic center mosque is an icon of Lombok Island and has been named as the best mosque at the national level in 2020. With the achievements received by the Islamic Center Mataram Mosque, the management must be able to maintain the trust that had been entrusted by the community and tourists. In addition, the West Nusa Tenggara Government needs to carry out more activities to introduce tourist destinations in NTB, especially Islamic center attractions.Keywords:Halal tourism, brand image, visited decision, millennial tourists, Lombok island

 This study aims to find the results of content analysis in determining the pattern of developing halal tourism based community in Geosite Lembah Sembalun. Data collection was colledted through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study obtained 3 categories and 11 themes through open and axial coding processes. In this study, it is stated that the pattern of developing halal tourism based community in Geosite Lembah Sembalun is spontaneous and induced participation obtained from 3 categories of content analysis, namely community participation in involvement phase, degree of participation and community participation in developing halal tourism.Keywords: Content Analysis, Halal Tourism, Pattern, Participation, Geosite Lembah Sembalun

This study aims to analyze the typology of first-time voters in determining their political choices in the 2019 legislative elections in Mataram from the perspective of consumer behavior. This research utilised a qualitative-descriptive approach. The informants were 14 first-time voters who were purposively selected according to a number of criteria. The results showed that each typology of voters for legislative candidates in Mataram by first-time voters was related to several types of purchasing decisions by consumers. This paper provides recommendations for candidates in approaching each type of first-time voters. Specific and different strategies had to be prepared by the winning team of candidates before conducting a campaign to take voters' voting rights.Keywords:First-Time Voters, Rational Voters, Critical Voters, Traditional Voters, Skeptic Voters

This study aims to determine how to conduct an analysis in a phenomenon to find out the perception of Moslem female athletes of the dress code at beach volleyball events in Indonesia with a content analysis approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation on Moslem female athletes in Indonesia. The results of this study found three main categories from 14 themes which are interrelated dimensions, they are authenticity and professionalism orientation, moderate orientation and athlete's achievement. These findings indicate that the relationship between perceptions, attitudes and the use of dress codes for Moslem female athletes in beach volleyball events.
本研究的目的是确定如何在一个现象中进行分析,用内容分析的方法来了解印度尼西亚穆斯林女运动员对沙滩排球比赛着装规范的看法。通过对印度尼西亚穆斯林女运动员的观察、访谈和记录进行了数据收集。本研究从14个相关维度的主题中发现了真实性与专业性取向、适度取向和运动员成就三个主要类别。这些发现表明,在沙滩排球比赛中,穆斯林女运动员的观念、态度和着装规范的使用之间存在关系。

This study aims to examine the existence of rent extraction by examining the market reaction to the increase and decrease in dividends. For this purpose, the method used is an event study. Market reaction is measured using cumulative average abnormal return (CAAR). If CAAR is high> CAAR is low. hence rent extraction is proven, dividends are proven to relieve conflict between majority and minority. By using the difference test, it was not proven that high CAAR> low CAAR. These results indicate that investors do not react to increases or decreases in dividends. In companies with a concentrated ownership structure, dividends do not function as a reliever for conflicts between majority and minority. Kata kunci: Concentrated ownership structure, rent extraction, dividends.
