This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability on capital structure, the effect of capital structure on firm value, the effect of profitability on firm value and analyze the effect of profitability on firm value through the capital structure of finance companies on the IDX. This type of research is causal associative research. The population of this study is a finance company listed on the IDX, while the selected sample consists of 11 companies. Determination of samples with Purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis (path analysis) and the analytical tool used is IBM SPSS 23. The results show that (1) profitability has a positive and not significant effect on capital structure (2) the capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on firm value ( 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value (4) capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability on firm value.Keywords:Perusahaan Pembiayaan;Profitabilitas;Nilai Perusahaan;Struktur Modal

This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. Small and medium enterprises are one of the leading drivers in the world economic development. Small and medium enterprises are one of the fields in absorption very significant workforce. At this time is a period of globalization where competition is getting tougher, many companies will go bankrupt or out of business if the company does not prepare the company inside current competition. The goal to be achieved is to increase market orientation and product innovation towards competitive advantage in the Gedong Weaving Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the City of Bima. The data used is primary data. Research sample amounting to 90 respondents. The data analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Market orientation positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in UMKM Weaving Gedogan in Bima City, product orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in Gedogan Weaving Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City and there are the positive and significant influence of market orientation and product innovation has been reduced Competitive advantage in UMKM Weaving in Bima City. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. This research is directed to prove the significance of the influence of organizational climate dimensions in the form of physical environment (X1), social environment (X2) and management system (X3) on the dimensions of employee performance in the form of employee work goals (Y1) and employee work behavior (PKP). There are six hypotheses that are proven through a partial least square (PLS) analysis process. The population of this study (observation data) was 82 BKD NTB employees. Data was collected through questionnaires and all questionnaires returned in accordance with data input needs. Through the outer model stage there are two indicators of the social environment that are issued, namely the relationship of superiors with subordinates (LS1) and colleague relations (LS2) as well as two indicators of employee work behavior, namely commitment (PKP3) and leadership (PKP6). Indicators that are classified as valid get a reinforcement of criteria through the parameter AVE values above 0.50 and include reliable indicators through Cronbach's alpha parameters and composite reliability above 0.70. PLS analysis through the inner model stage found that all dimensions of the organization's climate have a positive influence (positive sign of the path coefficient) on the dimensions of employee performance.Keywords : Organizational Climate Dimensions and Employee Performance Dimensions.

One Day Service is processing land clearance in one day in Mataram Agrarian Office Counter. Low capability of employee in terms of using technology devices, work performance, and discipline affect One Day Service Program. This research aim to analyze the influence of organizational structure, leadership and public servants competence to the effectivity of One Day Service. The research conducted in Mataram Agrarian Office with 50 Samples. This data used primer data and seconder data. The Data collection method of the research is done using observation , interview , the spread of the survey/Engineering and a data collection is done with the survey , documentation , and questionnaires. The result of the hypothesis shows that organizational structure and public servants have a positive and significant impact on the service effectivity. However, leadership has a positive impacts but not that significant.In conclusion, the result of this research illustrate that the influence of organizational structure, leadership, and public servants competence in Mataram Agrarian Offices for One Day Service contributes to the effectivity service, accounting for 48 %. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement and OCB on NTB Provincial Secretariat staff. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational climate and employee engagement on employee OCB, find out the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement, as well as knowing the mediating role of employee engagement variables in Provincial Regional Secretariat employees NTB. The population of this study was all employees who served in the NTB Provincial Secretariat were 378 respondents. There were 237 questionnaires that were received back or the questionnaire return rate was very high because it reached 62.70 percent, then the data collected was further analyzed. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) with AMOS applications. The results showed that transformational leadership style and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on OCB, while organizational climate did not significantly influence OCB. Transformational leadership style and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Electronic Cash (Server-Based) is one way to realize a cashless society in Indonesia. However, previous studies have shown that there are antecedents that influence consumers' perceptions of the use of electronic cash which then also influences consumer usage decisions. This study aims to look at the antecedents that affect the perception and usage decisions of Indonesian consumers regarding the use of electronic cash (server-based).The study was conducted by survey method and analyzed using the PLS approach. This Research Method uses Linear Regression and Intervening Regression Analysis (IRA). This study aims to analyze the influence of managerial ownership on firm value with Capital Structure and Profitability as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 10 real estate companies with a research period of 2014-2018.This type of research is associative causal. The data analysis technique in this study is the path analisys (path analysis) using SPSS software ver. 24 with a significant level of 0.05 percent.The results showed that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a negative and not significant effect on capital structure and profitability. Capital structure has a negative and not significant effect on firm value while profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure intervenes but not significantly managerial ownership of firm value. Similarly, profitability intervenes but there is no significant effect of managerial ownership on firm value.Keywords:Managerial ownership, Profitability, Capital Structure, Firm Value

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy (DPR) on company value (PBV) with profitability (ROE) and leverage (DER) as moderation variable at manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling technique is purposive sampling so the number of sample obtained are 16 companies, with year observation period are 2013-2016. Analysis technique used in this research is inferential statistic (regression linear) using Gretl, with 5 percent of level significant. It also performed descriptive statistic that include mean, median, minimum, maximum, and std. deviation. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value. Profitability is not able to moderate the influence of dividend policy on firm value and leverage can strengthen the influence of dividend policy on the value of companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016.Keywords: Dividend Policy; Company Value; Profitability and Leverage
