This study aims to see how the post-disaster management carried out by the BPBD of West Aceh Regency in post-disaster handling. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The theory used about disaster management, there are 3 stages with indicators of post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction coverage, namely (1) Pre-Disaster, (2) During the Event, and (3) Post-Disaster. The results indicate that the Disaster Management of West Aceh District BPBD in Post-Disaster Handling has generally been carried out well. This rehabilitation and reconstruction process was carried out according to data sources from informants who worked at the BPBD of West Aceh Regency from 2017 to 2021. In 2022, the rehabilitation and reconstruction process is not carried out because considering the disaster that occurred in this year there is no need for a rehabilitation process and also budget problems which are obstacles in carrying out the post-disaster management process.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the Sub-District government bureaucracy and public services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that in terms of Government Bureaucratic Performance in the Middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Lea-Lea Sub-District, employees understand and can carry out their duties and functions as state servants in carrying out public services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the ability to provide services starting from Input Indicators, Process Indicators, Output Indicators, Result Indicators, Benefit Indicators, and Impact Indicators. This is supported by observations and in-depth interviews with officers on duty at the Lea-Lea Sub-District office, who complained about the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure during the COVID-19 outbreak.

This article aims to look at the ambivalence of state governmentality in governing prostitution, as well as to see how the prostitution community is self-ruled to protect itself. This article was carried out through ethnographic work, which lasted for approximately one year, by observing, documenting, and interviewing various parties, from prostitute business networks to state officials. The findings of this article show that state governmentality is ineffective and create new problems that complicate the lives of prostitutes. On the other hand, because the state cannot be expected to protect the interests and needs of prostitutes, the prostitute community develops its way to rule and manage itself. The conclusion is that the state from the start only wanted to keep the public transcripts, not really want to appease or empower prostitutes. On the contrary, sex workers develop hidden transcripts to reject the state governmentality and create self-ruled to protect themselves.

This paper discusses health service innovations at the Subulussalam City BPJS Office. The purpose of this study is to see how the development of BPJS Health innovations can provide good services for the community through the Mobile JKN application. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to see the development of Mobile JKN innovations. Data collection techniques through interviews with BPJS staff and the community using Mobile JKN. The results show that Mobile JKN has developed well because it has complete features and can be used anywhere and anytime so that health services can be more effective and efficient. The conclusion of this study is that health service innovation through Mobile JKN is good, it can be seen through three indicators, namely, good quality, has a variety of functions and the Mobile JKN application also has a uniqueness that is different from other applications.

This study aims to determine how the role of the Social Service in dealing with sexual violence against children in Nagan Raya district. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this study amounted to 3 (three) informants. The theory used in this research is role theory with indicators of providing assistance, recovering trauma, as a broker (liaison), as an advocate, as a motivator, and providing legal assistance. The results in this study indicate that the role of social services in dealing with sexual violence in Nagan Raya district has been carried out well. In this study, the obstacles faced by social services in dealing with sexual violence were the lack of budget and the unavailability of safe houses. The Social Service is able to reduce and overcome the negative impacts caused by acts of sexual violence experienced by children such as trauma, inferiority, depression.

Artikel ini bertujuan mengelaborasi dampak media sosial terhadap perubahan perilaku generasi muda dalam aktivitas keseharian di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hal itu disebabkan generasi muda memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap media sosial sebagai saluran komunikasi digital dan sarana mencari informasi terkini. Ketergantungan ini telah menciptakan dampak positif dan negatif bagi perubahan perilaku generasi muda. Dampak positif tampak dari perilaku generasi muda yang tampil lebih kreatif dan partisipatif dalam setiap aktivitas. Sedangkan dampak negatif yang diciptakan justru dapat membuat terlembaganya aksi perundungan (bullying) dan terjadinya depresi akibat tidak mampu meniru segala aktivitas yang lagi populer di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (literatur review) dalam mengelaborasi topik penelitian. Penelitian ini menyatakan ketergantungan terhadap media sosial bagi generasi muda telah mendorong perubahan perilaku yang positif dan negatif. Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa diperlukan upaya pencegahan dari adanya dampak negatif media sosial melalui penguatan literasi digital.

Seiring dengan dicanangkannya program reformasi birokrasi dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Presiden No 81 Tahun 2010 tentang Grand Design Reformasi Birokrasi 2010-2025 yang saat ini telah memasuki fase ketiga Road Map 2020-2025, pemerintah terus berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam melayani masyarakat. Untuk menunjang upaya tersebut, dibutuhkan tenaga professional yang mampu bekerja dengan lebih adaptif, inovatif, efektif dan efisien. SDM professional merupakan unsur yang sangat penting untuk menciptakan birokrasi kelas dunia. Pemerintah telah membuat perubahan mendasar dalam pengadaan ASN dengan menambahkan skema perekrutan PPPK. Tulisan ini dibuat untuk menganalisa skema perekrutan PPPK dengan metode deskriptif. Kesimpulannya, PPPK belum efektif sebagai solusi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan SDM professional dalam birokrasi.

Tulisan ini mengkaji efektivitas kebijakan penetapan lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan (LP2B) dengan pengendalian alih fungsi lahan sawah yang diterapkan di Kabupaten Sleman. Studi ini menggunakan studi kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan FGD, serta pengumpulan data dari beberapa instansi. Hasil penelitian bahwa kebijakan penetapan lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan yang diterapkan di Kabupaten Sleman memperburuk masalah kemiskinan di wilayah tersebut. Masalah ini akan menjadi ancaman besar bagi pemerintah daerah dalam melindungi kebijakan dan menerima kepatuhan petani dari mereka menjual akta tanah mereka di bawah tangan dan pemilik tanah baru menolak untuk menanam padi di tanah mereka. Rekomendasi kebijakan yaitu: (1) Pemerintah Daerah perlu memberikan insentif berupa keringanan pajak kepada petani yang lahannya termasuk dalam peruntukan lahan untuk pertanian pangan berkelanjutan (LP2B); (2) Pemerintah Daerah perlu mendorong percepatan atau pemantapan kegiatan pertanian dengan sektor lain untuk menghindari ketidaktaatan petani dan tetap mempertahankan penetapan sebagai lumbung pangan daerah dan sebagai daerah tangkapan air.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak sosial pengembangan Sedayu smart distric terhadap pengembangan smart society. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi data dan wawancara pada multistakeholder masyararakat dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebijakan Sedayu smart distrik dalam pengembangan smart society menggunakan media sosial facebook, instagram, dan whatsapp group. Tingkat ketercapaian sasaran pengembangan smart society optimal pada salah satu sasaran yaitu pengembangan interaksi masayarakat, sedang sasaran lain yaitu pengembangan aplikasi edukasi dan peningkatan keamanan masyarakat belum dapat dikembangkan ditingkat kecamatan. Dampak sosial pengembangan sedayu smart distric dapat dirasakan oleh rumah tangga berupa peningkatan jual beli online melalui facebook group komunitas. Dampak peningkatan secara ekonomi lokal sebagai tempat promosi obyek wisata desa. Media facebook dan insagram juga berdampak secara sosial, politik dan pemerintahan dalam bentuk sosialisasi kebijakan, sharing informasi dan saluran pengaduan masyarakat.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi data dan wawancara pada multistakeholder masyararakat dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kebijakan Sedayu smart distrik dalam pengembangan smart society menggunakan media sosial facebook, instagram, dan whatsapp group. Tingkat ketercapaian sasaran pengembangan smart society optimal pada salah satu sasaran yaitu pengembangan interaksi masayarakat, sedang sasaran lain yaitu pengembangan aplikasi edukasi dan peningkatan keamanan masyarakat belum dapat dikembangkan ditingkat kecamatan. Dampak sosial pengembangan sedayu smart distric dapat dirasakan oleh rumah tangga berupa peningkatan jual beli online melalui facebook group komunitas. Dampak peningkatan secara ekonomi lokal sebagai tempat promosi obyek wisata desa. Media facebook dan insagram juga berdampak secara sosial, politik dan pemerintahan dalam bentuk sosialisasi kebijakan, sharing informasi dan saluran pengaduan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak covid-19 terhadap sektor pariwisata di obyek wisata Goa Pindul Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi lapangan. Setelah melakukan penelitian dan menganalisis hasil penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukan dampak covid terhadap sektor pariwisata di obyek wisata Goa Pindul Gunungkidul yaitu adanya penurunan wisatawan yang sangat signifikan, Dengan adanya pandemi, seluruh pedagang di sekitar Goa Pindul kehilangan mata pencahariannya. Para pedagang tersebut harus banting setir memikirkan bagaimana mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Saran kepada seluruh pihak yang terkait dalam rangka menjaga kesehatan agar terhindar dari terinveksinya virus covid- 19, maka pengelola harus memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap fasilitas yang ada agar tidak menjadi sarana yang memicu kerumunan serta menerapkan protokol kesehatan, lebih memfokuskan pada wisatawan local dan disarankan ada sosialisasi yang terus menerus tetapi santun
