This study offers solutions using OCR and NER technology to read and recognize the compositional entities listed on packaged product. The purpose of this study is to guide Muslim consumers identifying ingredients of a consumers products, we define three food category entities in NER: Halal, Haram, Syubhat (doubtful). The motivation is to meet the needs of a Muslim for halal products that halal guarantees should support. Because consumers have easier access to various imported products, it is hoped that consumers can freely choose the consumption products they like, including imported ones, while maintaining the halal guarantee. Our proposed system is built using OCR to scan the composition listed on packaged products and processed with the trained NER Model; the evaluation of the model gets an F-Score value of 0.967, and in system testing, by testing 24 packaged products, it produces an OCR accuracy value of 90% and the accuracy of the NER model. for a food reading of 84%.

Government instructions in implementing E-government in Indonesia have been regulated in presidential instructions No. 3 of 2013. The West Sumatra Province is the province that has implemented the instruction by providing various kinds of online-based public services. This can be seen on the West Sumatra Provincial Government website with the domain www.sumbarprov.go.id. However, the site visitors tend to decrease about 58.7% as shown in the period of December 2021 to February 2022, in the meantime the system has never been evaluated and assessed in terms of quality of its services based on user perceptions, so it is not yet known what factors affect service quality and what improvements need to be made to improve the website quality. This study uses the E-GovQual method combined with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study uses 5 E-GovQual variables, namely efficiency, trust, reliability, citizen support and user satisfaction variables to measure user satisfaction with E-GovQual. Respondents used in this study amounted to 230 people. The data obtained from the distribution of previous questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that the overall level of conformity is 71.7% while the gap value is −1.28%. The results of this study indicate that the overall service quality of the E-Government website in West Sumatra Province has not met user expectations. The recommendations for improvement are carrying out periodic maintenance, updating the website domain, changing the appearance of the website to a minimalist, disseminating information about the security of user data, and increasing service interaction with users.

Mobile devices are important to support older people in many ways, especially to promote independent ageing. However, rapid development of mobile devices which focus on younger people has incurred issues among older people to learn using it. Thus, this study aims to understand mobile device learning experiences among older people. Qualitative method was used in the study - interviews and focus groups, to collect data among 21 older people, aged 55 and above. It is found that older people initially experienced three stages of learning process: beginner, intermediate and advance. There are several learning techniques or resources required by older people to learn to use mobile devices. These resources are very critical for older people to maintain their positive emotions and attitudes. This study enhanced knowledge in user experience domain which can assist mobile designer to develop useful and usable mobile devices or technologies for older people and others.

In general, the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, especially in Medan, has increased very well. However, this development is not matched by the considerable interest of SMEs in using information technology in the operational and marketing fields. SMEs that are already using information technology also still do not know how successfully they use it. This research is a preliminary study in finding answers to the obstacles to SMEs using information technology (e-business) in terms of success in using the system. Delone and McLean's Success Model and the E-business Adoption Model are this study's choices, which will obtain supporting variables and indicators. The total variables and indicators generated from the model formed are nine variables and 45 indicators, with explanations that have been described in detail for each of the existing variables and indicators. The study results provide an overview of the variables and indicators that will be used as questions or statements on the questionnaire for further research.

Digitalization has occurred in almost all industries, one of them is health industry. Patients” medical records are now easier to be accessed and managed as all related data are stored in data storages or repositories. However, this system is still under development as number of patients still increasing. Lack of standardization might lead to patients losing their right to control their own data. Therefore, implementing private blockchain system with Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) concept for identity management in health industry is a viable notion. With SSI, the patients will be benefited from having control over their own medical records and stored with higher security protocol. While healthcare providers will benefit in Know You Customer (KYC) process, if they handle new patients, who move from other healthcare providers. It will eliminate and shorten the process of updating patients' medical records from previous healthcare providers. Therefore, we suggest several flows in implementing blockchain for digital identity in healthcare industry to help overcome lack of patient's data control and KYC in current system. Nevertheless, implementing blockchain on health industry requires full attention from surrounding system and stakeholders to be realized.

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer buying patterns at CV. XYZ by utilizing one of the data mining methods, namely the association method. This apriori algorithm belongs to the type of data mining rules. In other words, store owners can manage product placement and design marketing campaigns to determine the association rules between item combinations and determine the results of the association rules from consumer purchase analysis. The apriori algorithm is tasked with finding the frequent itemset or the itemset with the most frequent occurrence of all sales transactions so that association rules can be formed with the help of the RapidMiner application. Thus, all the sales transaction data in the company can be reprocessed to obtain critical information. Sales transaction data will be processed using Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The test results with the RapidMiner application get four association rules. The best association rule is that if consumers buy Pants with code 1076, they are also likely to purchase Pants with code 0814 (confidence = 83.3% & lift = 18.5).

The function of financial technology (or “FinTech” or “FT”) in influencing the intake of Renewable Energy (REY) across the Asian Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) locations is underlined in this study. Reducing carbon dioxide emissions, increasing power safety concerns, and the volatility of oil filling are all driving forces behind REY growth. FT influences cybersecurity regarding consumer decisions, savings, and funding. Therefore in the digital 4.0 era, the renewable energy program carries cyber security is needed to protect systems and networks. Cryptocurrencies like NRGcoin, blockchain-based REY certifications like Origin from the Energy Web Foundation, and crowdsourcing for REY assignments are just a few examples. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of FT on the use of REY. He did so by reading a balanced panel of 7 ACD countries from 2007 to 2020. The fixed yield estimator using the Driscoll-Kraay fashionable error was used to estimate the empirical model. Records show that increased use of FT and REY has a very favorable relationship. These findings provide a platform for governments and policymakers to nurture and inspire you to use FT to improve your green energy sector.

Zakat Ummat is a zakat management unit that utilizes the zakatummat.com website to distribute zakat funds, infaq, and alms from muzakki to amil. It is known that Zakat Ummah currently has problems with complicated transaction process layouts and is also known to be developing its website by adding some improvements. Based on the evaluation results using the Heuristic Evaluation method by 3 experts, the website usability value was obtained with a value of 66.07, with the conclusion that the website does not have a search feature and the UI and UX display are not optimal. This study aims to design a user interface recommendation in the form of a prototype design using the Lean UX development method and assess the results of the design using the Heuristic Evaluation (HE), Single Ease Question (SEQ), and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. The evaluator carried out the prototype design test using the HE method with the usability value increasing from 66.07 to 81.52. While testing by users, the usability value of each function with the SEQ method obtained a value above 6 out of 7 rating scales, and the overall usability value obtained with the SUS method with a value of 73.91, where the value is in the Acceptable range or can be accepted by the user.
