the rapid development of e-government entire the world has opened how the discussion on how a government can enhance effectively and efficiently public services. As the result, the Indonesian Government has issued Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 regarding Electronic-Based Government Systems in providing guidance to government agencies and businesses to implement online governance tools used for public services. This study aims to develop concept of e-government agility for Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. It focuses on three factors: technology, behavior, and government organizations. This study utilizes qualitative research methods with identified informants including executive, legislative, and government agencies. The research findings indicate that the Ogan Ilir community is affected by three technological factors: accessibility, legal papers, and the presence of an independent service infrastructure. Leadership, rules and processes, and the moderation of information systems will directly shape the behavior of e-government users, therefore it is hoped that the Ogan Ilir government will be able to execute the concept of e-government agility. In term of organization factors, there are three organizational characteristics, including clear procedural structure and strong governance. In terms of academic contribution, this study provides a better understanding of the critical factors for the adoption of e-government agility from the perspective of local government, Government Agencies, and legislatures. With regards to practical implications, this study provides the local government and public organisations with relevant suggestions on how can lead to the formulation of better strategies and policies for the continuous development of e-government agility in local government.

The Indonesian Waqf Board, together with other waqf institutions, is intensively carrying out a digital cash waqf collection strategy. This strategy is carried out to optimize the collection of cash waqf. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the behavioral intention and use of behavior in a digital-based cash waqf system by adopting constructs in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) theory as research variables. This is done so that the waqf institution can improve the system and design strategies to increase the collection of cash waqf. The sample in this study was 135 wakif who lived in the Jabodetabek Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) area and had used a digital-based cash waqf system. The analytical technique used in this research is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS version 3.3.0. The study results show that the variables of effort expectancy and social influence have a positive and significant impact on the behavioral intention to use a digital-based cash waqf system for wakif in the Jabodetabek area, while performance expectancy has a positive but not significant effect. Facilitating conditions and behavioral intention positively and considerably influence the use of behavior a digital-based cash waqf system for wakif in the Jabodetabek area.

In general, the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia, especially in Medan, has increased very well. However, this development is not matched by the considerable interest of SMEs in using information technology in the operational and marketing fields. SMEs that are already using information technology also still do not know how successfully they use it. This research is a preliminary study in finding answers to the obstacles to SMEs using information technology (e-business) in terms of success in using the system. Delone and McLean's Success Model and the E-business Adoption Model are this study's choices, which will obtain supporting variables and indicators. The total variables and indicators generated from the model formed are nine variables and 45 indicators, with explanations that have been described in detail for each of the existing variables and indicators. The study results provide an overview of the variables and indicators that will be used as questions or statements on the questionnaire for further research.

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer buying patterns at CV. XYZ by utilizing one of the data mining methods, namely the association method. This apriori algorithm belongs to the type of data mining rules. In other words, store owners can manage product placement and design marketing campaigns to determine the association rules between item combinations and determine the results of the association rules from consumer purchase analysis. The apriori algorithm is tasked with finding the frequent itemset or the itemset with the most frequent occurrence of all sales transactions so that association rules can be formed with the help of the RapidMiner application. Thus, all the sales transaction data in the company can be reprocessed to obtain critical information. Sales transaction data will be processed using Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The test results with the RapidMiner application get four association rules. The best association rule is that if consumers buy Pants with code 1076, they are also likely to purchase Pants with code 0814 (confidence = 83.3% & lift = 18.5).

Digitalization has occurred in almost all industries, one of them is health industry. Patients” medical records are now easier to be accessed and managed as all related data are stored in data storages or repositories. However, this system is still under development as number of patients still increasing. Lack of standardization might lead to patients losing their right to control their own data. Therefore, implementing private blockchain system with Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) concept for identity management in health industry is a viable notion. With SSI, the patients will be benefited from having control over their own medical records and stored with higher security protocol. While healthcare providers will benefit in Know You Customer (KYC) process, if they handle new patients, who move from other healthcare providers. It will eliminate and shorten the process of updating patients' medical records from previous healthcare providers. Therefore, we suggest several flows in implementing blockchain for digital identity in healthcare industry to help overcome lack of patient's data control and KYC in current system. Nevertheless, implementing blockchain on health industry requires full attention from surrounding system and stakeholders to be realized.

Government instructions in implementing E-government in Indonesia have been regulated in presidential instructions No. 3 of 2013. The West Sumatra Province is the province that has implemented the instruction by providing various kinds of online-based public services. This can be seen on the West Sumatra Provincial Government website with the domain www.sumbarprov.go.id. However, the site visitors tend to decrease about 58.7% as shown in the period of December 2021 to February 2022, in the meantime the system has never been evaluated and assessed in terms of quality of its services based on user perceptions, so it is not yet known what factors affect service quality and what improvements need to be made to improve the website quality. This study uses the E-GovQual method combined with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This study uses 5 E-GovQual variables, namely efficiency, trust, reliability, citizen support and user satisfaction variables to measure user satisfaction with E-GovQual. Respondents used in this study amounted to 230 people. The data obtained from the distribution of previous questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that the overall level of conformity is 71.7% while the gap value is −1.28%. The results of this study indicate that the overall service quality of the E-Government website in West Sumatra Province has not met user expectations. The recommendations for improvement are carrying out periodic maintenance, updating the website domain, changing the appearance of the website to a minimalist, disseminating information about the security of user data, and increasing service interaction with users.

Data on internet users continue to increase. For this reason, a reliable network is needed, one of which uses a redundancy gateway protocol. This research will do the measurement of the three redundancy gateway protocols, namely Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol (VRRP), Hot Standby Routing Protocol (HSRP) and Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP). In addition to reliability, performance is also one of the factors that affect the quality of the internet network. Technology is needed to support performance on the internet network such as Etherchannel technology. There are two etherchannel protocols, namely Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) and Port Aggregation Protocol (PAgP). To find out the performance of the combination of these protocols on a network, a study is needed. The research was conducted by measuring several scenarios using the FTP protocol on a VLAN network which resulted in the Quality-of-Service parameter values, namely Throughput, Delay and Packet Loss. The combination of GLBP and PAGP protocols is better in Throughput and delay values in normal and failover conditions, but has a packet loss value that is slightly not better than other combinations in several scenarios.
