Zakat is one of the instruments to equalize income to reduce poverty. The potential for zakat in Indonesia, especially in East Java is very high, but this has not been offset by the realization of the collection. People tend to pay zakat directly to mustahiq. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of religiosity, belief, location, and service on the interest of the people of East Java in paying zakat through BAZNAS. In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach with a measurement scale using a Likert scale and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the variables of religiosity, trust, and service did not affect the interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS partially. While the location variable affects people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS. Together or simultaneously the variables of religiosity, belief, location, and service affect the interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS.

Islamic economics and finance in Indonesia have developed rapidly in last two decades. However, Indonesias Islamic economic literacy is still low at 16,3%. One way that the government has taken toincrease Islamic economic literacy is by encouraging Islamic boarding schools to increase Islamic economic and financial literacy. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of Islamic economic literacy of Santri Islamic Boarding School Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang using a quantitative approach. Sources of data in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from answers given by respondents in distributed questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from library research. The number of respondents was 89 santri. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The test on the research instrument was the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The result showed that the Islamic economic literacy level of santri was in the sufficient literate category with an average of 73,64%. The Islamic economic literacy index is obtained by calculating the literacy rate of each aspect multiplied by the weight of the constituent aspects, so the result of islamic economic literacy index of santri is 36,61% (well literate).

Kosmetik the main needs of society in countries that are predominantly Muslim, Wardah is a brand of cosmetics brand in the first country to include halal label on its products, and is also known by some communities in Indonesia as products that demonstrate its existence, safe, high quality and also halal. This study aims to determine the effect of halal knowledge, religiosity and product quality on purchasing decisions of wardah cosmetics on Muslim consumers in Surabaya. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling with the population being Muslim consumers in the city of Surabaya, East Java. This study uses quantitative research methods from primary data. Meanwhile, the research sample amounted to 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS version 24. Based on the results of this study Partially, in this study, the variables of halal knowledge and Islamic religiosity did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While partially in this study product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And simultaneously the three independent variables halal knowledge, Islamic religiosity and product quality affect the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions..

Dengan penurunan perekonomian selama pandemi Covid-19, UMKM menghadapi beberapa kesulitan dalam usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran BMT Mandiri Artha Syariah dalam pemberdayaan UMKM baik sebelum maupun pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang dapat memaknai peran BMT dalam pemberdayaan UMKM , peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. BMT Mandiri Artha Syariah Bojonegoro menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini . Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh peneliti langsung dari informan. Dan data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh peneliti secara tidak langsung dari buku dan jurnal yang mendukung penelitian. Teknik validitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Analisis Interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan pembuatan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembiayaan UMKM di BMT Artha sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun ada beberapa pelayanan yang perlu diperhatikan . Sebelum C ovid - 19 wabah, program pendanaan berjalan dengan baik. Namun di masa pandemi ini, banyak UMKM yang mengalami wanprestasi sehingga BMT Artha memberikan kelonggaran dalam waktu pembayaran dan selektif dalam memberikan program pendanaan.

Asset, financing and third-party fund of bank were increasing in past three years. But, it was not followed by the increase of market share in national banking market. It means that peoples interest in islamic banking still low. This study aims to know whether religiosity and islamic bank image influence saving intention to islamic bank in Sidoarjo. This study is a quantitative study. Using validation test and reliability test for instrument testing, classic assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and hypothesis test consisting of partial test, simultaneously test and R squared test. The result of this study explains that religiosity and islamic bank image are influencing saving intention to islamic bank in Sidoarjo in both partial and simultaneously way. Variable of religiosity and islamic bank image have the strength to influence saving intention to islamic bank in Sidoarjo by 72,7%.

AbstractDuring the Covid-19 pandemic, people's habits changed slightly, namely that almost all activities were carried out online including school, work, and shopping. To meet their daily needs, people have switched to using e-commerce and payment systems using digital payments to avoid direct contact with money. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the use of digital payments on the Islamic consumption behavior of the people of Surabaya during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study using quantitative methods with a Likert scale measuring instrument with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression using SPSS 25.0. The results in this study indicate that the use of digital payments has a positive and significant effect on Islamic consumption behavior.

This study aims to determine the factors that drive early marriage in the Sepulu District of Bangkalan Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using field research. information and data sources in this study are people who do early marriage in the District of Sepulu, Bangkalan District. This research uses the source triangulation method. the results of this study indicate that the factors driving the early marriage that occurred in the District of Sepulu Bangkalan District are economic factors, educational factors, parental factors, and customs factors.

Bank syariah mempunyai orientasi akan laba ataupun keuntungan. Laba yang didapatkan tidak semata guna kepentingan pemilik ataupun pendiri, namun juga amat penting pada berkembangnya usaha bank syariah.Satu diantara beberapa perihal utama saat menjaga keeksistensian sebuah bank yakni terdapat hasil maksimal pada operasional bank yang diamati dengan meningkatnya kinerja keuangan yang dimiliki suatu bank dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Kondisi kinerja keuangan dimanfaatkan selaku bahan pertimbangan pada pemutusan kebijakan manajerial akan selurus aspek pada dunia perbankan. Penilaian pada kualitas aktiva produktif ditujukan guna melakukan penilaian bagaimanakah keadaan asset yang diperoleh bank, juga mencakup antisipasi atas risiko kegagalan pembayaran melalui pembiayaan yang ada. Dikarenakan aktiva produktif cukup tinggi risikonya, sehingga bank hendaknya menyisihkan sebagian dari laba guna membentuk pencadangan risiko atas aktiva produktif. Penelitian berikut bertujuan guna melakukan analisa pada pengaruh variable kualitas aktiva produktif terhadap profitabilitas bank umum Syariah periode 2014-2018. Penelitian berikut tergolong pada penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif melalui menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kualitas aktiva produktif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah. Indonesia is a country with a Muslim majority in it. So it would be nice if a system was based on Islamic rules, including leadership. An organization can operate well if there are leaders and optimal employee performance. The role of a leader is very important and has a correlation in optimizing employee performance and employee welfare. The purpose of this study was to see the role of Islamic leadership in optimizing employee performance and employee welfare at CV. Pratama Ekspedisi of Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data with the interview method then analyzing and concluding the results of the data. This research results that the role of a leader who is Islamic is able to optimize the performance and improve the welfare of the employees of CV. Pratama Ekspeidisi of Pasuruan Regency. Waqf management is the process of an organization in planning, organizing, leadership, and supervising various efforts of Nazhir to support the organization in achieving optimal goals. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the cash waqf fundraising strategy implemented in the Al-Azhar Waqf institution. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and uses purposive sampling. The results of this study concluded that the money waqf fundraising strategy by the Al-Azhar Waqf institution was implemented using the 5 ways method of funding and increasing your waqf fund. In addition, the Al-Azhar Waqf institution in carrying out the fundraising management strategy has implemented the fundraising management functions properly, namely planning, organizing, leadership, and supervision. However, in the implementation of fundraising activities there are obstacles that need to be considered in order to launch waqf fundraising activities, namely the lack of human resources both in terms of quality and quantity. Thus, this obstacle becomes an obstacle in the productivity of fundraiser activities in optimizing the collection of waqf funds.
