Mathematics is one of the cognitive aspects that must be introduced to children at an early age to achieve a standard of cognitive development called the Child Development Achievement Level Standard (STPPA) as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 137 of 2014. One of the basic learning Mathematics is a child recognizes the concept of numbers and understands numbers. So that children's understanding is in accordance with the concept, children must learn mathematics from concrete objects and by playing. the introduction of values ​​and numbers in children aged 2-8 years children need concrete objects, because at this age, children recognize concepts using symbols. This study aims to find a strategy for learning mathematics to recognize values ​​and numbers through play and concrete objects in early childhood. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with literature study method. As for the results of the research, the strategies that can be used in introducing children to numbers through play and concrete objects are: (1) Singing; (2) Flannel Board Media; (3) Calendar Games; (4) Number Card; (5) Counting Things in Daily Life; (6) Dice; (7) Write Numbers (8) Number Fishing Media; (9) Snakes and Ladders Game; (10); Congklak Game; (11) Finger Method.

Kemampuan Inkuiri Siswa SMP dalam Pembelajaran IPA Memanfaatkan Media E-LKPD 初中生在IPA学习中的孵化能力利用e - l介质

This study aims to describe the inquiry ability of junior high school students during science learning using the E-LKPD media. The instrument was E-LKPD media integration of inquiry abilities. Data collection technique in this study uses result of instrument with data analysis technique used is N-Gain test. The results obtained showed the average ability of inquiry at the first meeting was 58.25 to the second meeting with a score of 65.03 then to the third meeting was 76.86. Inquiry ability of each individual also increased, in the first N-gain test students was 71.88% of low criteria, 21.88% of medium criteria, and 6.25% of high criteria. Meanwhile, in the second N-gain test, it was obtained that 53.13% of students had low improvement, 31.25% of students had moderate improvement, and 15.63% of students had high improvement. So it can be concluded that the average inquiry ability of students has increased at each meeting during the learning process by using the E-LKPD media.

Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Dengan Model Pembelajaran Course Review Horay 增加学生在数学课上的学习动机与学习模式课程回顾课程

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perubahan motivasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pre eksperimen, sampel dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas III MIN 8 Aceh Barat, yang berjumlah 37 siswa kelas III-A, instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket tertutup, teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan komparatif dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay terdapat 21 orang siswa yang motivasinya rendah, 13 orang siswa yang motivasinya sedang dan 3 orang siswa yang motivasinya tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 36,34. Sedangkan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay tidak terdapat siswa yang motivasinya rendah, 3 orang siswa motivasinya sedang dan 34 orang siswa motivasinya tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 68,8. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perubahan motivasi belajar setelah penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay.
这项研究以学生数学学习动机低为基础。本研究的目的是确定学生在应用学习模式课程回顾后的动机是否有变化。本研究采用实验前的方法,在本研究中样本为西经第3课8班的学生,共有37名班长,使用的工具是驻足、观察和记录。数据采用闭关窗窗分析技术,使用SPSS进行描述性和比较性分析。在应用学习模式horay评审法之前,研究结果是21名动机较低的学生、13名有e动机的学生和3名平均成绩为36.34的学生。然而,在应用了教学模式后,没有一个学生的动机很低,三个学生的动机很低,34个学生的平均得分为68.8。可以得出结论,在应用学习模式课程课程评审之后,学习动机可能会发生变化。

Dr. Practicability of Blooms Mastery Learning Approach in Public Secondary Schools in Lagos Metropolis 布隆斯掌握式学习方法在拉各斯大都会公立中学的实用性

The applicability of theories at times are occasioned by societal norms as it is a known fact that theorist are influenced by their immediate society. Hence, situation where most classes are overcrowded, one would begin to wonder if theory like Blooms mastery learning could be applicable Hence, this study investigated the applicability of mastery learning in public senior school as perceived by teachers. The study used descriptive survey research type. Two hundred and thirty teachers were sampled from public senior secondary schools in Kosofe local government area of Lagos. Teachers’ perception on the applicability of Mastery Learning (TPABML) was designed by the researcher to measure teachers perception, the instrument was validated with reliability index of 0.84. Data collected was analysed using mean score, percentages and independent t-test of significance. Findings showed that mastery leaning is not practicable in public senior secondary as perceived by teachers. The study also finds significant difference between teachers with post-graduate qualification and teachers with first degree, but no significant difference was found based on teachers experience. The study recommends that teachers should change their orientation and make efforts to apply mastery learning as it has recorded positive results when used. The The Impact of the Heutagogy Approach on Responsibilities for Online Learning in Statistics Courses 统计课程在线学习责任的影响

This study aims to determine: (1) learning responsibilities and; (2) positive, negative and accompaniment impacts that occur after learning statistics using the heutagogy approach. This study uses an impact evaluation method with a goal free evaluation model. The population of this study was 104 students who took the Statistics course in the Odd Semester 2020. The sample was selected using a systematic technique as many as 82 students. The research data were collected from grades and assignments documents, interviews and learning responsibility questionnaires. The quality of the instrument was controlled using item validity and reliability with a halving technique. The validity of the qualitative data was controlled by means of document triangulation and interviews. The results showed: (1) the highest learning responsibility was in the learning effort, followed by discipline, independence, motivation and honesty; (2) the positive impact is felt by students in the upper group because they are more successful in learning anytime and anywhere, the negative impact is felt by the lower group because it opens up opportunities to look for examples of friends' answers. The impact of the accompaniment is that there is cooperation in the face of difficulties

Pengelolaan Kelas dalam Pembelajaran Tematik Berbasis Google Classroom 课堂管理基于谷歌课堂的专题学习

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas dalam pembelajaran tematik yang berbasis google classroom. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester ganjil siswa kelas III SD Swasta Al-Ulum Medan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru, materi pembelajaran tematik serta RPP. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi serta wawancara. Sedangkan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan penggunaan aplikasi google classroom terbukti sangat efektif digunakan bagi guru dan siswa kelas III SD dengan sistem daring. Pembelajaran tematik dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi google classroom dilaksanakan dengan memisah-misahkan mata pelajaran.

This research is motivated by the low mathematical communication skills of students in one of the junior high schools in Karawang Regency. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether the learning approach of Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) with Mobile Learning has an effect on Students' Mathematical Communication Ability. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with experimental methods and a Posttest Only One Control Group research design conducted at NURUL FALAH Junior High School JAKARTA. The data was collected using a mathematical communication ability test instrument and the hypothesis test used was an analysis of the difference between two averages (2 Independent Sample t-test) to determine the average difference in mathematical communication skills of experimental class students using the PMRI learning approach with mobile learning. and a control class that uses a direct learning approach with mobile learning. The calculation of the data was carried out using the SPSS ver 22 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application and based on the calculation of the posttest results of the two groups, there were differences in students' mathematical communication skills.

The Influence of Psychological Capital and Person Organization Fit on Teacher Performance with Organizational Commitment as Mediation 心理资本、个人组织契合度对教师绩效的影响——以组织承诺为中介

The teacher is a key element in the education system, especially in schools because of the teacher's role in transforming knowledge in education. Therefore, schools can improve teacher performance in order to achieve predetermined educational goals. This article will analyze the influence of psychological capital and person organization fit on teacher performance by mediating organizational commitment. This research uses quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 108 teachers of Junior High School in Bantarbolang District. Analysis of data techniques used regression analysis. The results of the research on model 1 show that psychological capital and person organization fit have a positive effect on organizational. In model 2, psychological capital and organizational commitment have a positive effect on teacher performance while organizational people do not. The results of the mediation test show that organizational influence does not mediate the effect of psychological capital on teacher performance, but organizational commitment mediates.

Pengaruh Minat Belajar Matematika terhadap Kemampuan Pemahaman Matematis Siswa SMP 数学兴趣对初中生的数学理解能力的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of interest in learning mathematics to students' mathematical understanding abilities. This research is an ex-post facto research with an approach quantitative. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Karawang Barat with 468 students using purposive sampling techniques so that the total sample was 38 students. Data collection techniques using test instruments, questionnaires and online (in the network). Data analysis techniques were performed using simple linear regression analysis. As a prerequisite for analysis, data normality test and data linearity test are performed. Data is processed using SPSS Software version 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that there is influence interest in learning mathematics towards students' mathematical understanding abilities, this is indicated from the results of simple linear regression analysis that obtained the value of Sig. = 0.046 𝑎 = 0.05 so 𝐻0 is rejected and 𝐻1 is accepted or the regression model is linear with a coefficient of determination of 10.6%.
本研究旨在探讨数学学习兴趣对学生数学理解能力的影响。本研究为实证研究,采用定量方法。本研究的人群均为Negeri 1 Karawang Barat SMP的八年级学生,共468名学生,采用有目的抽样技术,总样本为38名学生。数据收集技术使用测试仪器、问卷调查和在线(在网络中)。数据分析技术采用简单的线性回归分析。作为分析的前提,对数据进行了正态性检验和线性检验。数据处理使用SPSS软件版本22为windows。本研究的结果表明,数学学习兴趣对学生的数学理解能力有影响,这从简单线性回归分析的结果可以看出,Sig = 0.046𝑎= 0.05,因此𝐻0被拒绝,𝐻1被接受,或者回归模型为线性,决定系数为10.6%。

Deskripsi Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Guru Matematika 对数学教师可持续职业发展的描述

The purpose of this study was to describe the continuous professional development of mathematics teachers at SMPN 6 Panyabungan which includes aspects of self-development, scientific publications, and innovation works. The data collection method used consisted of observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis method which aims to describe how the continuous professional development of mathematics teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Panyabungan and how to deal with problems faced in carrying out continuous professional development of mathematics teachers. The results of the study concluded that in carrying out the Continuing Professional Development (PKB) mathematics teachers there were several problems, namely the lack of a given quota, ignorance of Continuing Professional Development (PKB) and the lack of a teacher's intention to participate in Continuing Professional Development (PKB).
本研究的目的是描述SMPN 6潘雅邦干数学教师的持续专业发展,包括自我发展、科学出版和创新工作等方面。使用的资料收集方法包括观察、访谈和文献研究。数据分析采用描述性定性分析方法,旨在描述SMP Negeri 6 pananyabungan数学教师的持续专业发展情况,以及如何处理数学教师进行持续专业发展所面临的问题。研究结果表明,数学教师在实施持续专业发展(PKB)过程中存在几个问题,即缺乏既定的指标,对持续专业发展(PKB)的无知和教师参与持续专业发展(PKB)的意愿不足。
