In recent years, interest in exploring the effectiveness of different cooperative learning models in promoting science learning outcomes for high school students has been increasing. The three most studied models are STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions), TGT (Teams-Games-Tournaments), and TTW (Think-Talk-Write). The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the STAD, TGT, and TTW models on science learning outcomes of class VII students in junior high school. The research method was an experimental study with a comparative design. The results showed a significant difference in science learning outcomes among students taught using the three cooperative learning models. The TGT and TTW models did not show a significant difference in learning outcomes, although the TGT model showed better learning outcomes than the STAD and TTW models. This study also highlights the importance of considering specific learning objectives and student characteristics when selecting and adapting cooperative learning models. While the TTW and TGT models can be effective alternatives to the STAD model in improving science learning outcomes for junior high school students, further research is needed to explore the long-term effectiveness and generalizability of these models in different contexts

This paper examines how the process of social dynamics of the Angkola Batak takes place. There is a need for the Angkola Batak community to be able to understand the ins and outs of his family tree properly and correctly, by seeking identity their baldness which will later become the history of life. As we see a lot of today's society The Angkola Batak are again concerned about their ancestors, not just looking for grave land, instead find out about their tarombo and then form a network in line with tarombo the. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach to be able to produce descriptive data regarding the processes of ongoing socio-cultural dynamics. The problem discussed is how the processes of community interaction what happened, and what caused the community to care about the village again page. Have a positive impact on efforts revitalization of these aborigine values as historical sources. The Batak land of Angkola is an ancestral land passed down hereditary as evidence of the existence of a clan in the lifetime of the ancestors who introduced to the next generation. Deep maintaining the Batak culture of Angkola in particular, the parents did formations of the unity of the descendants of the ancestors. This unity will later function strengthening the existing kinship system, becoming a learning platform for the younger generation in knowing the ins and outs of their ancestors and knowing the existing kinship system in Angkola culture.

The purpose of learning in the millennial era is the development and improvement of students' high-level thinking skills. High-level abilities or often referred to as higher order thingking skills (HOTS) are the level of thinking of students with stages of analysis, evaluation and creation. The indicators of HOTS can be derived from the ability to think critically and think creatively. In order for students' mathematical HOTS abilities to be known, a HOTS assessment instrument is needed. The purpose of this study is the development of a mathematical HOTS assessment instrument for MTs class VII students. The type of research is a development adapted from the development of Borg and Gall. Analysis of research data using quantitative and quality analysis to determine the quality of the mathematical HOTS assessment instrument conducted a review based on the criteria of validity, reliability, difficulty index and differentiating power of the problem. The result of this development is that the HOTS assessment instrument with the form of a description of 15 questions and is suitable for use. The HOTS assessment instrument is included in a valid category that is based on expert assessment with an average score of 36.5 and an excellent category. The difficulty level of the question is moderate with an average difficulty index of 0.5 in the medium category and the differentiating power of the question is good with an average differentiating power index of 0.33 in the good category. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a condition where there are very significant changes in industrial processes carried out by humans.Digital technology's rapid development in the industrial sector, which has accelerated industrial processes, is a defining feature of this shift. The available Human Resources (HR) must, on the other hand, be able to adapt to these changes in order to keep up with global competition in the industrial world because the industrial revolution has replaced human labor. The capital available in Indonesian ports is sufficient to implement industry 4.0.Preparing human resources through secondary and higher education is the first step in developing national capability in maritime education, followed by mastery and application of marine science and technology.
