Campus Teaching Activity 3 is a service activity in the world of education. Campus teaching activity 3 in 2022 focuses on literacy and numberation, one of which is carried out at SDN 34 Bengkulu City. The aim is to improve students' understanding in understanding literacy and numberation. The results obtained are that the students of SDN 34 Bengkulu City still lack understanding of students in participating in literacy and numbration learning activities. This proves that there are still students who cannot read and count. This is because there are several influencing factors such as the lack of teacher innovation in increasing student interest in learning, students are polluted with online games, facilities and infrastructure supporting learning are still lacking. In this case, what we do to improve understanding of literacy and numberation is to innovate learning so that students are interested in participating in the learning process carried out by the teacher, and provide homework (PR) to each student so that the lessons learned in class can be reviewed.

English lessons are considered difficult for junior high school children because they never get these lessons in elementary school. In addition, learning, which was originally carried out face-to-face (offline), has changed to online or is carried out boldly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Learning assistance from home (BDR) must be carried out so that elementary school children in grades 1-6 in Sidomulyo Village can be technologically literate, especially in the use of gadgets and the internet to learn English online. The BDR Learning Method applies the Discovery-Inquiry Learning (DIL) model. This model is a combination of the discovery learning model and the inquiry learning model. The results of the survey during BDR showed that many children feel enthusiastic and interested in participating in learning. In addition, the expertise in operating cellphones to learn from YouTube, Google Drive, and Whatsapp media is considered easier to apply even though 30% of them still have some problems with internet connection.

Technology in the era of society 5.0 is an important aspect that needs more attention so that it can be directed at achieving progress. This service focuses on responding to the progress of the times and the needs of today's learning, where application innovation is needed. One aspect that determines the success of learning is the availability of teaching materials that are accessible to users. The innovation of the anchor application in providing teaching materials for the Pancasila and Citizenship Education podcast has become the focus of this study. Innovative activities contain issues and focus of service, goals of service, research methods/approaches/strategies. Training and socialization of the importance of innovation in education through anchor applications is one of the very possible momentums to be developed. Making learning content that is easily accessible and can increase students' interest in learning the material needs to be presented in a more innovative form. The anchor application training and socialization will be implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Anjir Muara Barito Kuala. The school was selected with data that teachers and students have facilities that allow them to use the anchor application on smartphones. The reading corner is a school literacy cultural activity carried out by students in their spare time between class hours to read books available on the shelves in the reading corner. Reading is an important activity in the teaching and learning process, because reading is the ability to absorb knowledge through text or reading material. This reading corner activity itself is carried out as an effort to increase students' reading interest which is applied as a habit. And aims to develop a literacy culture in schools through reading corner activities made in the library. The reading corner activity that was created in the library was carried out with the students of SMPN 55 Merangin aimed at restoring the role of the library as a center for empowering students to develop literacy-based potential. This service is carried out through preparation, socialization of reading corners in libraries, and implementation of reading corners. The result of the dedication to the formation of a reading corner at SMPN 55 Merangin. It is hoped that the establishment of this reading corner can improve school literacy culture.

The lack of teacher knowledge related to numeracy and character literacy, the low ability of numeracy literacy and student character and the low ability of teachers in developing numeracy and character literacy-based teaching materials so that the achievement of learning objectives is still low, on the other hand the 2013 Curriculum mandates numeracy and character literacy-based learning. The solution to overcome the existing problems can be through training for mathematics teachers at PAB Private Junior High Schools, namely the manufacture of teaching materials based on numeracy and character literacy. Specific targets that are expected to be achieved through this service program are improving the quality of learning, increasing pedagogic competence and developing the professionalism of mathematics teachers. For this reason, this activity will provide skills training in the development of numeracy and character-based teaching materials according to the interests of partners, so that later partners are able to develop and apply numeracy and character-based teaching materials in classroom learning so as to improve numeracy literacy skills and the character of teachers and students.
