ECONOMÍA ECOLÓGICA: HACIA UNA ECOLOGÍA EN LA ENSEÑANZA DE LA ECONOMÍA German Rodríguez Gama Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Colombia Resumen: La Economía Ecológica se presenta como una alternativa en método y forma que da respuesta a las deudas que la economía tradicional ha ignorado históricamente. Los movimientos estudiantiles en el mundo demandan una reforma de la enseñanza de la disciplina que responda a la crisis más grande que enfrentamos como humanidad: la sostenibilidad de la vida. En este texto se hace un breve recorrido sobre la forma como la economía tradicional ha abordado los temas asociados al medio ambiente, los retos y limitaciones y se presenta a la Economía Ecológica como una propuesta alternativa que se alimenta de la transdisciplinariedad. Palabras clave: Economía ecológica. Educación. Heterodoxia. Naturaleza. Ecología de saberes.

Sobre la naturaleza de la justicia indígena y su tratamiento en el ecuador: una evaluación post Montecristi 关于厄瓜多尔土著司法的性质及其待遇:蒙特克里斯蒂后的评价

The nature of indigenous justice has generally been shown to be well known in the context of the Ecuadorian legal culture, with political approaches predominating that identify it indiscriminately between different categories that are not always compatible. The absence of a theoretical foundation that has emanated exclusively from the legal sciences has allowed the proliferation and elevation of reductionist beliefs within the Ecuadorian society, in such a way that the whimsical interpretations, that observe in the institution in examine, are not strange. Pre-Columbian punitive havoc and an opera marked by cold water and nettle. The present essay intends to reexamine the main theses that have been advanced about the nature of indigenous justice, in order to demonstrate the weaknesses that are evident at the time of its application. In addition to the negative implications that have been demonstrated by their adoption by the Ecuadorian legal texts.

Riesgos a la salud y ambiente por el uso de lámparas que contienen mercurio 使用含汞灯对健康和环境造成的风险

This research was developed in order to analyze the management and management of mercury-containing lamps and to identify the health and environmental risks related to their mercury content. Taking into account that mercury is a natural and toxic substance, which once released into the environment it can remain and circulate in air, water and soil. It also causes a wide range of systematic effects in humans (kidneys, stomach, lungs and nervous system). In Peru, the lamps are considered as waste of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) at the end of their useful life. The environmental problem they present is their mercury content, is not essential for any metabolic process and is bioaccumulable in living beings. Taking into account the risk it represents, many countries of the world, including Peru, signed the Minamata Agreement, and have been implementing national planning and management instruments to implement a correct waste management of the mercury. As part of this commitment, Peru has been drafting the National Plan for the Application of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, which aims to specify actions to protect human health and the environment from anthropogenic emissions and releases of mercury and mercury compounds. It concludes that lamps, at the end of their useful life, constitute a hazard due to their mercury it contains; a proper management is an important factor to reduce the risks to human health and the environment.
