The vital processes of a clinic system are the diagnostic process as well as storing patient dental records, forms, reports and other medical notes. This study created a web-based application that has an automatic dental caries detection and assessment tool, along with an online storage for patient dental records. The dental caries detection tool enabled the user to upload dental images, and output the severity class level, based on the ICDAS II criteria. This tool incorporated deep learning algorithms and uses the ImageAI Python library. Moreover, the web app works as an online dental diagnostic service and is able to store the patient's dental records and information in a database. Furthermore, SUS and UTAUT questionnaires were used to assess the usability. The SUS resulted with an average standard deviation of 0.7765, that interpreted the respondents’ answers to be consistent and a mean score of 76.25 which shows that most of the users found the system usable. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) raw scores revealed high marks towards the questions under attitude toward using technology, social influence, and behavioral intention.

This submission template allows authors to submit their papers E-learning has become one of the most used electronic systems in the field of education. Although it is beneficial, there are still some lacking capabilities and considerations that can negatively affect the performance of the students. This leads to the innovation that makes e-learning systems adaptive to the users’ personality, knowledge, behavior, interest, or preferences, the system is called personalized e-learning system. This survey paper aims to provide the general parameters in creating a personalized e-learning system based on the 150 research papers collected, and a timespan of 2016 to 2020 as a condition. Through a series of literature reviews of research papers published in the last five years, also related to personalized e-learning systems, this paper presents the common components, tools and algorithms, and learning model that are generally used in developing a personalized e-learning system to help as reference in developing more effective personalized e-learning systems. Moreover, considering the findings of this study, this paper has proposed developing a hybrid e-learning system with a chatbot.

Under the background of the continuous improvement of my country's social modernization and enhancement of economic strength, cross-border e-commerce trade, as a new development model of the foreign trade industry, not only provides favorable conditions for Chinese companies to expand overseas marketing channels, but is also an only way for Chinese foreign trade companies to realize comprehensive transformation and upgrading. At present, cross-border e-commerce has become the important component part of China's e-commerce and foreign trade with its own diversified advantages. How to explore a strategy suitable for the continuous improvement of China 's cross-border e-commerce has become one of important social development strategies in the contemporary society. This article focuses on a detailed analysis of the effective training path of cross-border e-commerce innovative and entrepreneurial talents on the background of the regional economy, and provides active help for the further improvement of China's cross-border e-commerce comprehensive strength.

It has long been observed that second language learners who natively speak different languages typically present different phonetic features while speaking a second language, because the acquisition of another language after a complete grasp of the mother tongue will be affected by the phonetic system of the mother language. Thus this paper mainly explores the phonetic features and the rules of mother tongue transfer in Lhasa Tibetan students’ acquisition of English back vowels by means of acoustic experiment and auditory discrimination experiment.

Aging is a demographic problem that China is facing. The impact of aging is not only reflected in the effect on economic growth; their demand will also be magnified with the increase of the elderly population. This paper finds that Henan has a profound degree of aging and a fast development by analyzing the national census and the data in Henan statistical yearbook. Through modelling and regression analysis, it is also found that the increase of the elderly population has a significant positive correlation with the demand for real estate. Combined with the facts, this paper is based on the China Aging Scientific Research and proposes to real estate developers in four aspects: hardware facilities, living conditions, software services, and surrounding facilities. It is expected that this research can provide suitable nursing homes to meet the living needs of the elderly and reduce the pressure on the elderly.

Internet of Things presents a great opportunity for human life in many applications. Many educational institutions provide various lessons and courses to improve students’ performances and skills. An enrollment of IoT course is simple and easy for students who have technical skills such as basic programming, computer and network components, and electric circuits. The students can learn and develop a solution of IoT applications. However, we have faced a problem of dealing with students who have the different technical skills in the same class. By designing a new course structure plan from a strong basic to a beginning intermediate knowledge of IoT in a variety of sensors and devices, our students enable to learn IoT lessons with a learning by doing techniques. Both technical skills and nontechnical skills students can study and share information as well as knowledge simultaneously. At the end of the semester, all students can design and develop the IoT project applications themselves. Project-based learning can be practiced improving in this experimental research. This research has shown the significant IoT course planning of a project-based learning and proved the successes ratio of master students gradated with IoT competent skills inside 2 semesters.
