This study is the first paper to introduce in the country the preview of RiC-CM v0.2, the standard for the description of records based on archival principles by the ICA in December 2019, and an early stage of research that considers how to apply it at archive management. This study was conducted as follows. First, this study compared and analyzed entities, attributes, and relations of RiC-CM v0.1 and v0.2, and extracted the characteristics of version 0.2. Second, this study tried to confirm the semantic structure of the archives by constructing the ontology modeling in consideration of the basic principle and the extracted characteristics of version 0.2, and built ontology modeling using Protégé. Finally, this study figured out the differences from version 0.1 through entering individuals into Protégé and examined how the characteristics of version 0.2 was represented by ontology.
本研究首次在国内介绍了ICA于2019年12月发布的基于档案原则的记录描述标准RiC-CM v0.2的预览版，是研究如何将其应用于档案管理的早期研究阶段。本研究进行如下。首先，对比分析了rick - cm v0.1和v0.2版本的实体、属性和关系，提取了0.2版本的特征。其次，本研究结合0.2版本的基本原理和提取特征，通过构建本体建模，试图确定档案的语义结构，并使用prot构建本体建模。最后，本研究通过将个体纳入prot中，找出了与0.1版本的差异，并考察了0.2版本的特征是如何用本体来表示的。

제 4차 산업혁명의 도래로 인한 신기술의 도입과 클라우드 업무환경으로의 변화 등의 기록관리 외부환경의 변화로 인해 기록의 생산 및 관리 환경의 변화가 예상되나 현재의 법제와 시스템 등이 이러한 외부 환경 변화에 유연하게 대응하기에는 부족한 상황이다. 기록관리 프로세스, 시스템, 인프라 영역의 제문제가 서로 얽혀있어 부분적인 개편으로는 외부환경 변화에 대응하기 어렵다. 이에 전면적인 재설계가 필요하며 이러한 전면적 개편을 ‘차세대 전자기록관리’로 명명하고 차세대 전자기록관리 체계 구축을 위해 전자기록관리 프로세스를 재설계할 때 고려해야 하는 주요한 이슈들과 개선방법에 대해 연구하였다.

최근 조사에 의하면 공공기관이 사용하고 있는 전체 행정정보시스템의 수는 18,000여 종이 넘는다. 공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률은 모든 행정정보 데이터세트를 기록이라고 선언하고 있지만, 현행 전자기록관리정책으로 데이터세트 기록을 관리하기는 매우 어려운 실정이다. 이 논문은 데이터세트 기록을 관리하기 위한 정책방향을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 데이터세트 기록의 진본성은 기록의 내용, 구조, 맥락뿐 아니라 외형과 기능을 함께 보존함으로써 확보되며, 데이터세트를 전자객체가 아니라 전자기록으로 관리하기 위해서는 재현성이 전제되어야 함을 강조하였다. 또한 데이터세트 기록의 재현 및 장기보존 전략으로서 에뮬레이션의 가능성을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 데이터세트 기록의 관리 모형과 정책 방향을 제안하였다.

This study proposed an educational program using presidential records to develop the self-esteem of children from multi-cultural families in accordance with the vision of the Presidential Archives—including political, economic, historical, and cultural aspects—to activate programs for the underprivileged. To accomplish this, we performed a literature review of self-esteem–enhancing programs for such children, and compared and analyzed the Presidential Archives’ educational programs of the United States and Korea. We also conducted a survey and interviewed teachers who have experienced teaching children from multi-cultural families. Through the process, this study proposed an educational program for such children to develop their self-esteem.
